Abstract

This research describes the relationship between psychological differentiation and career commitment of Catholic Religious Education teachers after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research uses a quantitative approach and the sampling technique used is Purposive samplingwith the criteria of Catholic Religious Teachers who are in the Palangka Raya Diocese and have worked for a maximum of 5 years so that as many as 30 teachers were obtained as resource persons.. The research instruments used were the Psychological Empowerment scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.899 with 22 valid items, and the Career Commitment scale had a reliability coefficient of 0.935 with 22 valid items which were distributed via Google Form media. Data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique through the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of data analysis were a value of r = 0.592 with p = 0.001 (p0.01), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between psychological empowerment and teacher career commitment Catholicism after the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Critical thinking and pschosocial skill are the abilites to achieve in 21st century. One effort to improve these abilities can be through project-based collaborative learning (PjBL). This quantitative study aims to determine the integration of the PBCL model on students' critical thinking and psychosocial skill on the Catholic Religious Education subjects. This research used a pre test and post test design. The research population were the eighth students of junior high school from three schools in Palangkaraya, totaling 30 students. The research instrument used 30 questions for critical thinking skill and 30 questions for psychosocial skill. The collected data was then analyzed using the t- test. The results of the analysis show that the PBCL model has a significant effect on students' critical thinking abilities and psychosocial skills on the on the Catholic Religious Education subjects. Thus, the PBCL model can be used as an alternative learning to improve critical thinking abilities and psychosocial skills

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of psychoeducation on emotional intelligence about changes in learning motivation, self-regulated learning, and academic procrastination. Providing Emotional Intelligence psychoeducation is hoped to increase learning motivation, self-regulated learning, and reduce academic procrastination. The research method used is a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The participants in this study are 63 students from STIPAS Tahasak Danum Pambelum, Palangkaraya Diocese. Participants were given an intervention in the form of emotional intelligence psychoeducation. The evaluation of the intervention used the Kirkpatrick criteria levels, namely the reaction level measured using a reaction test, the knowledge level measured with an emotional intelligence knowledge test, and the behavior level with a learning motivation scale, self-regulation scale, and procrastination scale. The results of the data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test show a significant difference between before and after the psychoeducation was provided, with a learning motivation value of z = -5.848 with p = 0.00 (p<0.05), self-regulated learning value of z = -5.773 with p = 0.00 (p<0.05), and procrastination value of z = -5.440 with p = 0.00 (p<0.05). Psychoeducation on emotional intelligence is effective in increasing learning motivation, self-regulated learning, and reducing procrastination.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman paham kebangsaan dan nilai Batang Garing pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik (PAK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik Pearson’s product moment correlation yang digunakan IBM Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) Statistics Versi 25.0 for Windows dengan sampel Populasi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 4 Palangka Raya, melibatkan 13 siswa kelas XII yang berAgama Katolik. Instrumen Penelitian menggunakan angket paham kebangsaan dan nilai Batang Garing dengan koefisien reliabilitas dihitung menggunakan Alpha Cronbach paham kebangsaan sebesar 0,78 dengan 36 item valid dan nilai Batang Garing dari sebesar 0,753 dengan 22 item valid. Hasil penelitiah ini menunjukan paham kebagsaan mendapatkan nilai z=-3.111 dengan p=0,002(p<0,05) dan pada nilai Batang Garing mendapatkan nilai z=-3.361 dengan p=0,002(p<0,05) tergolong memiliki peningkatan yang signifikan maka dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh pemahaman siswa terhadap Paham Kebangsaan dan Nilai Batang Garing. Pada akhir ini menunjuk adanya perbedaan pada pengetahuan siswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman pengetahuan lebih tinggi dibandingkan sebelum mengikuti pembelajaran PAK. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan Paham Kebangsaan dan nilai Batang Garing menunjukkan ada perbedaan peningkatan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran dibuktikan dengan hasil akhir evaluasi tes pengetahuan Paham kebangsaan dan nilai Batang garing nilai z=-3.127 dengan t=0,002(t< 0,05).

Abstract

Salah   satu   tuntutan   pembelajaran   Abad   21   adalah   guru   dapat menerapkan   berbagai   model   pembelajaran   yang   bertujuan   untuk mempersiapkan siswa dengan berbagai keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang   relevan   dengan   tuntutan   zaman   modern. Kesiapan dimulai dari kesiapan guru dalam mengetahui, memahami dan menerapkan model pembelajaran abad 21. Pelatihan ini memberikan gambaran dasar tentang kemampuan guru dalam mengetahui, memahami dan menerapkan model Discovery Learning, Problem Based Learning Dan Project Based Learning. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan kepada 40 guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik yang ada di Kabupaten Barito Timur. Teknik penyampaian menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi kelompok dan presentasi. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan teknik pre test dan post test. Setelah pelatihan diberikan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan guru pendidikan agama Katolik tentang model pembelajaran. Hasil pos test secara umum menunjukkan peningkatan dari 57% menjadi 82%, discovery learning dari 54% menjadi 79%, problem based learning dari 60% menjadi 89%, dan project based learning dari 56% menjadi 87%. Artinya pelatihan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta tentang model pembelajaran discovery learning, problem based learning, dan project based learning. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memahami dan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang inovatif, yang pada gilirannya akan berdampak positif pada kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah-sekolah.
