Abstract

This study investigates the impact of pricing rates and credit procedures on home purchase decisions, focusing on PT Bank CIMB Niaga Bogor Branch, with purchase intention serving as a mediating variable. Through empirical analysis and discussion, several key findings emerge. Firstly, pricing rates significantly influence home purchase decisions, indicating that competitive pricing strategies attract potential buyers. Secondly, efficient credit procedures positively affect purchase decisions by facilitating smoother transaction processes for consumers. Additionally, both pricing rates and credit procedures independently contribute to enhancing purchase intention among buyers. Importantly, purchase intention plays a critical role as it mediates the relationship between pricing rates, credit procedures, and final purchase decisions. These findings underscore the interconnectedness of pricing strategies, credit facilitation, purchase intention, and actual purchase behavior in the housing finance sector, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making in banking institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between Motivation variables on employee performance, the influence between Work Ability variables on employee performance, the influence between Work Environment variables on employee performance, Compensation moderates the influence of Motivation variables on employee performance, Compensation moderates the influence of Work Ability variables on employee performance, the influence between Work Environment variables on employee performance. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive-verification analysis, this study involved 36 employees selected through proportional stratified random sampling and using Smart PLS. The results showed that there is a significant positive effect of motivation variables on employee performance, there is a significant positive effect of work environment variables on employee performance, there is a significant positive effect of work ability variables on employee performance, compensation significantly mediates the positive effect of motivation on employee performance, compensation significantly mediates the positive effect of work environment on employee performance, compensation significantly mediates the positive effect of work ability on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance, analyze the effect of career development on employee performance, analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, analyze the effect of self-efficacy on work motivation, analyze the effect of career development on work motivation, analyze the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance through work motivation, analyze the effect of career development on employee performance through work motivation. The method in the study was based on interviews and questionnaires. The sample processed was 227 employees obtained from the Slovin formula. The study was conducted using a descriptive analysis method using a questionnaire. The method of calculating this data will be processed using the Smart PLS application. The results of this study are that Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (employees at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia). Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (employees at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (employees at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia). Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work motivation.

Abstract

The non-class service implemented in the inpatient installation of Tangerang General Hospital causes all BPJS insurance participants to receive class 3 services and facilities. This raises the question of whether BPJS class 1 participants are satisfied with the services they receive and what innovations need to be implemented by Tangerang General Hospital. This study uses a quantitative method that aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on hospital image so that it affects the satisfaction of class 1 patients in the non-class inpatient installation of Tangerang General Hospital. The research sample taken was class 1 BPJS patients who were admitted to the inpatient installation of Tangerang General Hospital in August - September 2023, with a total sample of 85 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The analysis technique used was SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square). The results show that all hypotheses are supported by existing data, where it is proven that the quality of service and facilities each has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction. The results also show that hospital image mediates the positive effect of service quality on patient satisfaction and mediates the positive effect of facilities on patient satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on the interest in buying online skincare products Juva by ZAP on the TikTok Shop platform with influencers as a moderation variable. This study uses a quantitative method with a positivistic approach and data collection through an online questionnaire using the Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 160 respondents who had bought skincare products through TikTok Shop. Data were analyzed using SPSS for descriptive analysis and WarpPLS for inferential analysis. The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, meaning that the better the quality felt by consumers, the higher the buying interest that arises. Similarly, price has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on buying interest, so competitive prices are an important factor in attracting purchase decisions. However, influencer variables do not moderate the relationship between product quality and buying interest, so the presence of influencers does not reinforce the influence of quality on purchasing decisions. On the other hand, influencers have been shown to moderate the relationship between price and buying interest in a negative direction, which means that the existence of influencers can actually weaken the influence of price on buying interest. These findings underscore the importance of marketing strategies that emphasize product quality, proper pricing, and the selection of credible, relevant, and appropriate influencers in accordance with the characteristics of the target market.

Abstract

Pergeseran pola konsumsi masyarakat menuju gaya hidup sehat dan berkelanjutan membuka peluang besar bagi produk pangan fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran komprehensif bagi Salmontok, sebuah UMKM pengolah limbah kulit ikan salmon di Bali, dalam melakukan transisi dari skala mikro ke pasar premium. Menggunakan kerangka kerja STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) dan bauran pemasaran 4P, artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana integrasi nilai ekonomi sirkular dan manfaat nutrisi fungsional dapat menjadi keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha Salmontok dalam jangka waktu 3–5 tahun, dengan fokus pada penguatan struktur pemasaran dan perluasan jangkauan pasar secara terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian terapan (applied research). Metode studi kasus digunakan untuk menganalisis dinamika internal dan eksternal melalui wawancara, observasi, survei terhadap lebih dari 100 responden, serta analisis matriks SWOT dan TOWS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk Salmontok dinilai sangat layak secara pasar (Market Viable) dengan minat beli ulang yang tinggi dan ceruk pasar yang jelas di kalangan konsumen health-conscious dan wisatawan. Strategi utama yang dirumuskan meliputi transformasi kapasitas produksi melalui mekanisasi dan implementasi strategi pemasaran Hybrid Channel (kombinasi digital dan offline premium).Salmontok perlu memposisikan diri sebagai "Nutritional Heritage Snack" untuk meningkatkan nilai tawar produk. Investasi strategis sebesar Rp850 juta dengan alokasi anggaran pemasaran sebesar 21% diproyeksikan mampu mengatasi kendala operasional, memperluas distribusi nasional di 8 kota besar, serta menjamin keberlanjutan bisnis berbasis potensi lokal.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan internal, khususnya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). UMKM Salmontok sebagai objek penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik pengelolaan usaha yang masih bersifat owner-driven dengan sistem SDM yang belum terstruktur. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menghambat efektivitas operasional dan pertumbuhan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan manajemen SDM serta merumuskan strategi penguatan SDM pada UMKM Salmontok dalam mendukung pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas operasional, serta analisis dokumen internal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan utama SDM UMKM Salmontok bukan terletak pada kualitas individu, melainkan pada ketiadaan struktur organisasi, pembagian peran yang jelas, serta belum adanya sistem evaluasi kinerja yang terukur. Penerapan struktur organisasi fungsional sederhana, standard operating procedure (SOP), dan key performance indicators (KPI) berbasis jabatan terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja serta mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan manajemen SDM merupakan faktor kunci dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM Salmontok secara berkelanjutan.
