Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and profitability ratio on financial distress with managerial ownership as a moderation variable in food & beverage sub-sector companies on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive and associative approach. The population in this study is food & beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. Sample determination is carried out using the purposive sampling method. The source of data in this study comes from secondary data in the form of company financial statements. Data collection techniques use documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are outer model test and inner model test. The results of this study show that liquidity ratio (CR) and solvency ratio (DAR) have no effect on financial distress, profitability ratio (ROE) has an effect on financial distress, managerial ownership is not able to strengthen the effect of liquidity ratio (CR) on financial distress and managerial ownership is able to strengthen the effect of solvency ratio (DAR) and profitability ratio (ROE) on financial distress.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency with the aim to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price on purchasing decisions at Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency partially. The type of research used is quantitative research with descriptive statistical analysis. The population is all visitors to Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency with a sample of 98 people, and the sampling method is probability sampling. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing are used. The results showed that there was a significant influence partially and simultaneously between product quality, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions at Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency. The product quality variable has a greater (dominant) influence on purchasing decisions at Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial, simultaneous and dominant influence of training, competency and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. ΚΑΙ (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station. The population of this research is employees of PT. ΚΑΙ (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Apart from that, this research used a sample of 39 respondents with a sampling method, namely saturated sampling. This type of research is causal associative. Data processing in this research uses SPSS version 22. Data analysis methods include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing and dominance testing. The results of this research show that training (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a t-test value of 3,325 and is at a significance of 0,002, competency (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a t-test value of 3,485 and is at a significance of 0,001 and organizational culture (X3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a t test value of 2,442 and is at a significance of 0,020. The results of statistical analysis obtained an Fcount value of 17,462 > 2,87 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. So there is a joint influence of the training variables (X1), competency (X2) and organizational culture (X3) on employee performance at PT. KAI (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station. And the competency variable has a dominant influence with a standardized beta coefficient value of 0.434.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial influence of price discounts, brand image and consumer trust on purchasing decisions at PT. Safara Main Service Kec. Krejengan, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this research is consumers of PT. Safara Main Service Kec. Krejengan, Probolinggo Regency in the period January – December 2023. The number of samples in this study was 90, obtained from calculating the Slovin formula. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, R2 coefficient of determination analysis, Hepotesis test are used. The research results show that price discounts (X1), brand image (X2) and consumer trust (X3) have a partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

Human resources are the most important element whose function and role cannot be replaced by other resources, whose needs must be met properly and supported by a good and adequate work environment and infrastructure. Knowledge, experience and expertise in certain fields can influence career development for employees. One of the factors that influences employee performance is the work environment and infrastructure for the smooth running of tasks. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, infrastructure on the smooth implementation of tasks on employee performance simultaneously and partially on employee performance. This research method is quantitative with an associative approach. The population of this study was all 104 employees, consisting of 44 permanent employees and 60 non-permanent employees. The data collection technique uses saturated sampling. The sample consisted of 104 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the work environment and infrastructure on the smooth running of tasks simultaneously and partially have a significant and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether sales turnover, organizational culture, and discipline affect the performance of employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Probolinggo City. The research method used is quantitative through a causal associative approach, while the respondents in this study were employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Probolinggo City. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique where all employees are sampled. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, determination coefficient tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing with the t test are used. The t test results show a positive and significant effect of the sales turnover variable, organizational culture, and discipline on the performance of employees of the Probolinggo City Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the partial and simultaneous influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at UD. Probo Sakti Probolinggo City as an entrepreneur selling broiler chickens. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive with surveys and causal associative. The population was 112 people, with the sampling technique used in this study being simple random sampling. The data uses a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear tests, determinant coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results show that service quality and price simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at UD. Probo Sakti Probolinggo City.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the delay in the distribution of Village Fund in Probolinggo Regency and propose solutions for accelerating the process. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and in-depth analysis. The findings indicate three main factors contributing to the delay: the quality of human resources at the village level affecting the operation of the Village Financial Management System (Siskeudes), the lack of operators at the subdistrict level, and the limited number of technical staff at the Community and Village Empowerment Office (PMD). To address these issues, capacity building for village officials through technical training, strengthened supervision by subdistricts, and expedited budget regulation formulation by the PMD Office are needed. This research is expected to provide insights for policymakers to accelerate the distribution of Village Fund, supporting village economic development and community welfare.
