<![CDATA[Nursing service given to a patient will be excellent if the nurse shows her empathy to the patient. The objective of this present research was to analyze the effects of the active listening technique on the nursesâ emphatic ability in giving a nursing service in the hospital Soewandhi, Surabaya. It was a quasi-experimental type with non randomized control group, pretest-posttest design. The population were all nurses in the hospital Soewandhi and the sample was taken randomly. The data were descriptively and inferentially analyzed using the Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney Test with the level of significance of 0.05. The results showed that the change of the total mean score in the emphatic abilities in the control group before and after the intervention was insignificant with the p-value of 0.262. The intervention group showed a change of the total mean score in the emphatic abilities before and after the intervention with the p-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, among the control groups with intervention, a significant difference was shown with the p-value of 0.001. The nurses trained in the application of the active listening technique showed better empathy abilities than those who did not get any training. ]]>

<![CDATA[In every stage of long and complex chemotherapy procedure, of course, it could confuse patients. The purpose of this queasy experimental research was to analyze the effect of education from nurses about chemotherapy procedure on patients knowledge level toward the use of new card at one-stop oncology poly (POSA (Poli Onkologi Satu Atap)) of Dr. Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya, by using "pre-test post-test with control group design". The subjects were divided into two groups: treatment group that was given the education in using new cards and control group that was given the education in using old cards. The treatment group underwent the increase knowledge of general chemotherapy procedures, meanwhile, the control group did not undergo any increase.]]>

<![CDATA[Data mining merupakan cara untuk menemukan informasi baru yang diambil dari data dalam jumlah besar yang membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dengan memanfaatkan data induk siswa, kelulusan siswa, dan nilai rata-rata siswa sebagai sumber datanya, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan informasi tentang prediksi kelulusan siswa melalui teknik data mining. Kategori prediksi kelulusan di ukur dari jenis kelamin, perilaku, nilai rata-rata rapor dan nilai rata-rata UAS (ujian akhir sekolah). Proses teknik data mining ini ada 2 macam yaitu, proses analisa pola data kelulusan siswa yang telah ada sebelumnya (Data Training) berdasarkan atribut – atribut yang di ujikan dan proses dari analisa pola data baru yang diujikan berdasarkan pola yang telah ada (Data Testing). Informasi yang ditampilkan dari proses tersebut ada 2 macam yaitu, informasi hasil proses data training dan informasi data berupa nilai probabilitas posterior (kemungkinan kemunculan) dari masing-masing kategori prediksi kelulusan. Pada analisa data yang dilakukan diproses testing, di dapat tingkat keakurasian sistem sekitar 92% dan memiliki nilai error 0.8% berdasarkan pengujian 549 data siswa tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2017 dengan menggunakan perhitungan manual metode naïve bayes clasifision dan perhitungan pembuktian menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner]]>

<![CDATA[This classroom action research is conducted to reveal the application of cooperative learning with  Think-Pair-Share model to learners' learning outcomes on geography subjects of mapping basics. The type of this research is action research which carried out 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, action and observation, reflection, and refission. The subjects of this study are students Class X IPS 2 Semester 1 SMA Negeri 1 Bulu. Data obtained in the form of test results and non-test results. The results showed that the learning outcomes of learners increased from cycle I to cycle II that is equal to 76.00% in cycle I to 88.00% in cycle II. This classroom action research concludes that cooperative learning with Think-Pair-Share model can improve learners' learning outcomes in geographic subjects of mapping basics material with shown to increase learning mastery of participants to achieve 88% in cycle 2. Think-Pair- Share learning model in this study proved able to increase learner activity]]>

<![CDATA[. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kesehatan BMT Sidogiri tahun 2017 berdasarkan pada Peraturan Deputi Bid. Pengawasan Kementerian KUKM RI No 7/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 tentang Pedoman Penilaian Kesehatan KSPPS-USPPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari : teknik analisis data adalah statistik deskriptif dengan aspek penilaian meliputi 8 aspek penilaian. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa nilai total skor BMT Sidogiri pada tahun 2017 adalah sebesar 87,60 dengan predikat SEHAT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa aspek likuiditas terutama dari segi rasio pembiayaan atas dana yang diterima dan aspek kemandirian pertumbuhan terutama dari segi rentabilitas aset merupakan aspek kelemahan BMT Sidogiri yang harus segera diatasi, karena apabila dibiarkan dapat berdampak terhadap bidang yang lainnya. Selain dari aspek likuiditas terutama dari segi rasio pembiayaan atas dana yang diterima dan aspek kemandirian pertumbuhan terutama dari segi rentabilitas, ternyata masih terdapat beberapa aspek lainnya yang harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi kinerjanya walaupun masih dalam kondisi aman.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to apply one of the data mining techniques by applying the linear regression method in the beverage production planning process. Data mining is a data analysis technique used to identify patterns, relationships, and valuable information from large data sets. The linear regression method is one of the statistical methods used to model the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. In this study, the data collected includes variables related to beverage production, such as sales results, the number of orders and the amount of production. The linear regression method will be used to build a mathematical model that can predict the amount of beverage production based on the existing variables. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into the beverage production planning process. Using the linear regression method can assist companies in forecasting future beverage production based on patterns and trends found from data analysis. This can help companies manage raw material inventories, optimize resource use, and reduce production costs. The results of this study can be used as a basis for making better and more efficient decisions in managing beverage production, as well as providing significant economic benefits for the company.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to reveal how the influence of the use of information technology and job characteristics on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Eratex Djaja Probolinggo. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population of this study were all employees using information technology, including users of server devices, LAN PCs, integrated production systems, utility systems and marketing systems, totaling 54 employees. The technique of determining the number of samples (respondents) through saturated sampling techniques, so that the number of samples is 54 people. Information technology and job characteristics as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. Prior to conducting a test to reveal how the effect is, tests are first carried out on all instruments, both validity, reliability and classic assumption tests with test results, all of which meet the requirements with the SPSS tool. This study found that first, there is a significant positive effect of the use of information technology and job characteristics together on employee job satisfaction. Both individually there is a significant positive effect of the use of information technology and job characteristics on employee job satisfaction. The third found that the most influential among these variables is job characteristics.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of e-marketing for business actors so that the businesses they establish develop more by expanding the existing market share. On the other hand, the government also supports existing MSMEs by issuing Smart MSMEs Cards that reach MSME owners. So these two things are a strong reason for us to hold an e-Marketing Socialization and Smart MSME Card Making by inviting several MSME owners in the Jrebeng Kidul Village, Wonoasih District, Probolinggo City. The method used in the form of initial observation and data collection. Then socialization and mentoring activities for MSMEs. The results of the activity show that there is an increase in the ability of MSME actors in online marketing (e-marketing). In addition, the formation of a smart MSME card that can reach between MSME communities in the city of Probolinggo.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the community service activity, Real Work Lecture, community empowerment learning in Jrebeng Kidul Village, Probolinggo City, is to try to build legal awareness in the community starting from the smallest sphere, namely the family. This service activity takes the form of socialization or legal counseling on how to respond to problems in the surrounding environment by being aware of the levels of rights and obligations so that a peaceful and orderly sub-district can be created, especially in land disputes. The impact of this service activity is able to grow and increase legal awareness for individuals, families and local residents so that order and order and harmony are created in social interactions in Jrebeng Kidul Village. The result of this service activity is the formation of community groups who care and are aware of the law. <![CDATA[The aim of this research is to examine the important role of several factors in determining the decision to use Go-Food services. The factors tested include cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. This research was conducted in Mayangan District, Probolinggo City. The method used a quantitative approach and the help of SPSS analysis tools. The research results show that cultural, social and personal factors do not influence a person's decision to use Jada Go-Food. Meanwhile, psychological factors have an influence on a person's decision to use Go-Food services. Research findings show that in the context of Mayangan District, Probolinggo City, cultural, social and personal factors do not play an important role in deciding to use Go-Food services, while psychological factors are considered to play an important role. The implication is that Go-Food service providers and marketers can focus more on marketing strategies that emphasize psychological aspects in an effort to increase adoption and decisions to use Go-Food services in the region.]]>
