Abstract

It is very important to pay attention to factors that can affect employee performance, such as work stress experienced by employees or occupational safety and health. This research was conducted at PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera Probolinggo with the objectives (1) To determine the simultaneous effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (2) To determine the partial effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (3) To determine the dominant influence between work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera City of Probolinggo, amounting to 90 people. The sample taken by the Slovin method is as many as 73 people, with the criteria of employees who work as drivers, kondiktur, kernet and workshops with incidental data collection techniques. The approach used is quantitative with analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) provide great potential for driving factors supporting company activities which must be utilized as best as possible through synergy with the environment. The performance of employees supports the company's success in achieving its goals on an ongoing basis. The type of research used is an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, the sample in this study was all employees of Perum KPH Perhutani Kota Probolinggo, totaling 73 people. The data sources used come from primary data and secondary data. Data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R Square) and hypothesis testing. The research results show that there is an influence between the Work Environment (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) which simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) where the Fcount value = 22.310. Then, the partial test shows that the Work Environment variable (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount = 6.169 and Discipline (X2) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount = 5.870. Then, the partial test shows that the Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a t value = 2.683. In the results of the study, the dominant influence of the Work Environment variable (X1) has a dominant influence on Employee Performance (Y). Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial influence of price discounts, brand image and consumer trust on purchasing decisions at PT. Safara Main Service Kec. Krejengan, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this research is consumers of PT. Safara Main Service Kec. Krejengan, Probolinggo Regency in the period January – December 2023. The number of samples in this study was 90, obtained from calculating the Slovin formula. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, R2 coefficient of determination analysis, Hepotesis test are used. The research results show that price discounts (X1), brand image (X2) and consumer trust (X3) have a partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to research and analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence, work discipline and work loyalty on employee performance at the Probolinggo City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The sample for this research was 42 employees. Data was collected directly from respondents using questionnaires and analysis techniques using SPSS (Statistical Packages for Sosial Science (SPSS) v.22.0.) in the form of validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing. The research results are shown by the multiple regression equation Y = 3.401 + 0.406X1 + 0.203X2 + 0.249X3 + 2.339. Simultaneous hypothesis test results Fcount 42.165 > Ftable 2.85 with Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is a simultaneous influence of intellectual intelligence, work discipline and work loyalty on employee performance. For the results of the partial hypothesis test, the tcount value is, X1= 6.619, X2= 2.584, four variables < 0.025. This means that there is a partial influence of intellectual intelligence, work discipline and work loyalty on employee performance. The results of the dominant hypothesis test show that the intellectual intelligence variable (X1) has a beta coefficient value that is greater than the other independent variables.

Abstract

The reset was carried out by the Probolinggo City BKPSDM by looking for the impact of emotional intelligence, work discipline and work motivation on the work results of Probolinggo City BKPSDM employees. Quantitative reset by causal associative linkage, the type of reset used. This reset the number of samples used was 43 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. In proving and analyzing this, so validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, R2 determination analysis, linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. Test results: 1) There was an impact of intelligence on the work results of employees in the city of Probolinggo BKPSDM. 2) The work dedicated to the work of Probolinggo City BKPSDM has an impact. 3). Work culture has an impact on the job performance of employees in BKPSDM Probolinggo city.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, komitmen dan komunikasi terhadap loyalitaspelanggan pada PT. Telkom Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan hubungan asosiasif kausal ialah jenis penelitian yang dipakai. Kepercayaan (X1), komitmen (X2) dan komunikasi (X3) ialah variabel independen. Sedangkan loyalitas pelanggan(Y) ialah variable dependen yang dipakai di dalam penelitian ini. Sampel didalam penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 97 pelanggan. Penetapan sampel yang dipakai didalam penelitian ini ialah purposive sampling. Uji dugaan sementara (Hipotesis) bisa diambil kesimpulan yaitu varaibel kepercayaan diperoleh nilaithitung>ttabel (2,393> 1,660) menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, variable komitmen diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel (2,001 > 1,660) menunjukkan bahwa komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan variable komuniasi diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel (2,948> 1,660) menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Probolinggo with the aim determining the influence of Product Quality, Price, Promotion and Distribution on Purchasing Decisions for Cicil Emas products. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in the object of this reseacrh is Gold installment customers at Bank syariah Indonesia Jl.Soekarno Hatta Ruko Grand Soetta 12C Probolinggo city. The number of samples in this study was 57 respondent from calculations using the slovindormula. Data was collected through questionnaires. In proving or analyzing this, we use validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multipel regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The research results show the Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3) and Distribution (X4) have a partial and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y)

Abstract

Objective the purpose of this study is to determine the partial effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah.service quality, price,and location on customer satisfaction at Bank SyariahIndonesia KCP ProbolinggoCity. The type of research used isquantitative with an associative approach.The population in this study isconsumers of Bank Syariah Indonesia ProbolinggoCity in the February-March 2024 period. The number of samples inThis studywas 52 obtained from the calculation of the slovin formula. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of Education and Culture in Probolinggo City with the aim of knowing the significant influence of the variables of work communication, organizational commitment, and work conflict partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture in Probolinggo City. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The population referred to in this study were all employees at the Probolinggo City Education and Culture Office. Sample determination was carried out using non-probability sampling which determined a sample of 60 respondents. This research data uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing The results showed that work communication has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance, and work conflict has a significant effect on employee performance.
