Abstract

Implementation of Socialization and Stunt Stunts Activities in the main villages of Utama Discomfort Cijeungjing District Ciamis. the implementation of this activity uses the material exposure method. The main objective is to focus on dealing with stunting issues that are at the heart of improving the public health of the Main Villages Utama. And in this way we need a holistic approach that involves health education, easy access to medical services, as well as a healthy lifestyle for pregnant mothers and babies as stunting prevention. This government-society collaboration is a government program in the fight against and towards zero stunting in order to be a significant outcome in dealing with health problems and for health to improve in the future generations

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems in the implementation of village governance in Pangliaran Village, Pancatengah District, Tasikmalaya Regency. These problems include incomplete administrative reporting, an unrepresentative village office environment, unsustainable village programs, and difficult access to public services due to limited operating hours and infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of village governance. The method used was descriptive qualitative. The results indicate that the quality of village governance is suboptimal, reviewed across eight quality dimensions: performance, service features, reliability, compliance with standards, durability, serviceability, aesthetics, and perceived quality. The main obstacles include difficult physical access, lack of socialization and transparency, and limited digital resources. Several efforts have been made, such as an online queuing system, outreach services, increased socialization, and improvements to service facilities and workspaces. The village is also developing a combined information delivery platform to reach the entire community.

Abstract

The performance of employees at the Banjar City DPRD Secretariat is suboptimal, while the formulation of the problem is how the influence of work ability on the performance of employees of the Banjar City DPRD Secretariat. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability on the performance of employees of the Banjar City DPRD Secretariat. This research uses Robins' (2012) theory of employability. This research method uses descriptive qualitative which is a research method that intends to describe all activities to solve problems, analyze social events that are being studied by researchers, carried out by direct observation to find information, collect and compile data systematically, then analyzed to solve a problem raised. The data collection techniques used are field studies through observation, interviews, and documentation. And literature study through the results of similar research that has been done, books, and journals related to this research. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the effect of work ability on the performance of employees of the Banjar City DPRD Secretariat such as not optimizing some employees in completing tasks and functions and frequent errors in administration caused by not being careful in working and miscommunication in delegating work.
