Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pemasaran digital kepada ibu PKK Desa Tapis. Pemasaran digital adalah strategi untuk mempromosikan dan menjual produk melalui berbagai jenis media digital baik berupa media sosial maupun e-commerce. Salah satu cara yang kami lakukan dengan mengadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu sosialisasi pengenalan pemasaran digital dan memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat menggunakan teknologi digital untuk memasarkan produk mereka. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tapis, Kecamatan Tanah Grogot, Kabupaten Paser dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah ibu PKK Desa Tapis dengan lama kegiatan satu hari. Ibu PKK desa Tapis menghasilkan beberapa produk UMKM seperti kerupuk bayam,kerupuk sawi, bolu sawi, bolu labu, dan berbagai jenis sayur yang mereka hasilkan berupa baya, sawi , labu, pakcoy dan lainnya hanya dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah, dari hasil diskusi yang kami dapatkan masih kurangnya minimnya masih pengetahuan mereka mengenai berbagai platform digital mana saja yang bisa digunakan untuk promosi produk mereka dengan meminimalkan biaya promosi.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a marketing strategy that utilizes digital platforms to promote products or services to consumers. In the era of technology that continues to develop, digital marketing is one of the most effective and efficient methods in reaching the target market widely and quickly. One of the things that can increase sales is social media. The purpose of holding community service is to introduce digital marketing to PKK women in Tapis Village by providing socialization and digital marketing training. From the results of the discussion we got, the business run by PKK mothers was less than optimal because the only people who knew about their business were local residents who had not used online media in product marketing. Therefore, we carry out community service to provide socialization in the form of digital marketing to PKK mothers to increase sales of the products they produce.
