Abstract

This research intends to gather objective data on online learning activities for students at Lancang Kuning University's Faculty of Economics, based on the policy of studying at home during the COVID-19 emergency response period. The descriptive research method was applied in the form of survey research. The data was collected via indirect communication tactics and data gathering platforms, such as the distribution of surveys using Google Forms. The participants in this study were 100 students from two majors at Lancang Kuning University's Faculty of Economics. Students' online learning activities during the COVID-19 emergency reaction period on the policy of studying at home are "good enough," according to the findings of this study. With the force majeure situation and all of the challenges and hurdles that exist, it is anticipated that it may be used as an evaluation and experience in online learning for both students and lecturers in the future. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data objektif kegiatan belajar online bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Lancang Kuning, berdasarkan kebijakan belajar di rumah selama masa tanggap darurat COVID-19. Metode penelitian deskriptif diterapkan dalam bentuk penelitian survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui taktik komunikasi tidak langsung dan platform pengumpulan data, seperti distribusi survei menggunakan Google Formulir. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa dari dua jurusan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Lancang Kuning. Aktivitas belajar online siswa pada masa tanggap darurat COVID-19 terhadap kebijakan belajar di rumah “cukup baik”, demikian hasil temuan penelitian ini. Dengan situasi force majeure serta segala tantangan dan rintangan yang ada, diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan pengalaman dalam pembelajaran online baik bagi mahasiswa maupun dosen kedepannya

Abstract

Abstract Online learning is a learning method that is currently being actively developed by every teacher and educator. This learning method is a solution for the limited learning activities during the Covid 19 pandemic as it is today. This research is motivated by the application of social distancing which requires students to carry out online learning activities in order to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Zoom Meeting application used by students in distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The effectiveness of online learning really needs to be considered so that students understand when learning is taking place. This study has a sample of 46 respondents who are students of the Faculty of Economics, Lancang Kuning University consisting of 31 female students (67.4%) and 15 male students (32.6%) who come from the management study program totaling 31 students (67, 4%), and from the accounting study program there were 15 students (32.6%). The data retrieval technique that we apply is to use Google Forms. We use the google form to distribute questionnaires, the use of this google form is because the google form is more effective, fast and broad to distribute questionnaires to subjects, on the other hand because it is still in a pandemic condition and there is also a policy from the government to stay home or social distancing so we cannot use the direct interview method. The research subjects were students of the Faculty of Economics, Lancing Kuning Universities. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the use of the Zoom Meeting platform by the Faculty of Economics, Lancing Kuning University during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstrak Pembelajaran melalui daring merupakan metode pembelajaran yang saat ini aktif dikembangkan oleh setiap tenaga pengajar dan pendidik. Metode pembelajaran ini menjadi sebuah solusi bagi terbatasnya kegiatan pembelajaran dimasa pandemi Covid 19 seperti saat ini. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya penerapan social distancing yang mengharuskan mahasiswa melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara online dalam rangka mencegah penularan COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui efektivitas aplikasi Zoom Meeting yang digunakan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Efektivitas pembelajaran online sangat perlu diperhatikan agar mahasiswa memahami saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini memiliki sampel 46 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Lancang Kuning yang terdiri atas 31 mahasiswi perempuan (67,4%) dan 15 mahasiswa laki-laki (32,6%) yang berasal dari prodi manajemen yang berjumlah 31 mahasiswa (67,4%), dan dari prodi akuntansi berjumlah 15 mahasiswa (32,6%). Teknik pengambilan data yang kami terapkan adalah menggunakan google form. Kami menggunakan google form untuk menyebarkan kuesioner, penggunaan google form ini dikarenakan google form lebih efektif, cepat dan luas untuk menyebarkan kuesioner kepada subjek, di sisi lain karena masih dalam kondisi pandemi dan juga adanya kebijakan dari pemerintah untuk tetap dirumah atau stay home dan social distancing maka kami tidak dapat menggunakan metode wawancara secara langsung. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universities Lancing Kuning. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemanfaatan platform Zoom Meeting oleh Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Lancing Kuning pada masa pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

The low accessibility of handling and services for persons with disabilities in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, will certainly be an obstacle to the fulfillment and protection of rights for persons with disabilities. These barriers will have an impact on the development and rights of life for these marginalized people. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an assessment to map the general situation and optimize the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities. In this case, the researcher appointed Pekanbaru City as the focus of research. The stages of the research method are literature study, interviews, field observations, focus group discussions and data analysis. The results of this study will be used as a basis for developing policies that are inclusive of persons with disabilities so that they have equal opportunities before the State to enjoy social, economic, political, civil and cultural rights. The purpose of the study was to analyze the perception of the disabled community towards disability policies and facilities in the city of Pekanbaru and to analyze the preferences of the disabled community towards policies and facilities. The results show that the highest need for Infrastructure is 93%. In the Health sector, Hospital Needs with a percentage of 95.4%, Business Capital Requirements really help the economy of families with disabilities, namely the largest response of 94.70%, the Education Sector for special knowledge needs for disabilities the largest 84.3%, and the religious field needs lecturers and preachers disability-friendly 78.9%.
