Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan pada koperasi secara manual akan menyulitkan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan yang representatif secara tepat waktu. Selain karena kurangnya pemahaman SDM yang ada terhadap sistem akuntansi, pengarsipan dan pembukuan transaksi secara manual memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam inventarisasi atau rekap transaksi. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berupa perangkat lunak akuntansi dibutuhkan untuk memasukkan data setiap transaksi agar tersimpan secara digital sehingga dapat dilakukan pemrosesan secara otomatis dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi. Namun, implementasi perangkat lunak akuntansi harus diiringi dengan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang sesuai dan jelas agar dalam operasional dan input transaksi bisa sesuai dan laporan yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, proses diskusi untuk penggalian permasalahan transaksi dan pembuatan panduan operasional yang tepat perlu untuk disusun dan di-training-kan ke pengurus dan pengelola koperasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan SDM dari lembaga mitra kegiatan dalam hal pembuatan laporan keuangan secara akurat dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang sudah terstandardisasi dengan prinsip akuntansi untuk entitas tanpa akuntabilitas publik (SAK-ETAP) yang menjadi dasar dalam penyusunan laporan koperasi. Berdasarkan hasil survey pasca kegiatan, 80% peserta menyatakan bahwa modul standar prosedur operasional atau SOP bagi SDM koperasi yang disusun sangat membantu dalam menjalankan aktivitas hariannya, terutama dalam melakukan input data transaksi ke dalam sistem. Selanjutnya proses pengawasan atau pendampingan secara berkala tetap diperlukan guna menjaga agar system tetap dijalankan dengan baik sesuai dengan SOP yang ada.

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 virus is of more concern to various parties. A referral hospital in Surabaya City noted that from March 2020 to July 2021 the recovery rate was 85% of patients exposed to the Covid-19 virus. More than 425 people are members of TNI soldiers, TNI civil servants, retired officers, and family members exposed to the virus. The handling and prevention of the spread of the Covid-19 virus are still being carried out. This study aims to develop respiratory rate improvement therapy media based on audiovisual media. The method to be used is based on ISO 9241-210:2019 Human-centered design as well as several other methods such as persona and expert validation. This research was conducted by conducting pre-production, production, and then editing scenarios. The results of this study were validated by testing the audio-visual media carried out by informatic validation and physiotherapy experts. The results of the expert validation prove that audiovisual media has succeeded because that has met the needs of the users and has a significant effect on improving the respiratory rate.

Abstract

Stunting or cases of failure to thrive in toddlers is one of the most serious health problems faced by the people of Indonesia. Based on data from the Ministry of Health and the Central Statistics Agency, East Java Province has a stunting prevalence value of 26.8% which is categorized as a high prevalence value according to the standards of the World Health Organization (WHO). Random forest is one of the machine learning algorithms in the field of artificial intelligence that can learn patterns from labeled data so that it can be used as a method for predicting or forecasting data. This approach is considered very suitable to be used in predicting the value of stunting prevalence because stunting prevalence data is usually accompanied by other data in the health sector according to survey results. Previous studies on the prediction of stunting prevalence used secondary data sourced from one survey only. Therefore, this study is one of the efforts to contribute in providing solutions for the stunting problem in East Java Province by combining several data from different surveys in the same year. The results of this study show that from 20 factor candidates for predicting stunting prevalence value, only 12 factors are suspected to be causative factors based on their correlation value. However, the prediction results obtained using the random forest algorithm in this study, with data consisting of 12 features and a dataset consisting of only 38 data, have results with error values of 1.02 in MAE and 1.64 in MSE that are not better than multi-linear regression which can produce smaller error values of 0.93 in MAE and 1.34 in MSE.

Abstract

One of the characteristics of autistic children or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is having emotional disturbances. This underlies the design of audio-visual murotal Al-Qur'an as a therapeutic tool for children with autism. Indirectly, murotal Al-Qur'an can calm children's emotions. This study aims to design practical audio-visual-based media for autistic children. The method in this study combines the Human Centered Design (HCD) method, persona, and expert validation. This research cycle begins with pre-production, production to the final result in the form of an audio-visual media design for the emotional therapy of autistic sufferers. The design of the audio-visual media was tested using the expert validation method with functional testing so that the results of the audio-visual media design from this study were by the requirements.

Abstract

Institut Teknologi, Sains, dan Kesehatan (ITSK) RS dr. Soepraoen is one of the higher education institutions that implements academic information systems in the process of providing education. The academic information system (SIAKAD) involves many users and many data processings, so there is possibility of problems with network access. Therefore, an evaluation is needed to determine user’s acceptances of the performance of SIAKAD which has been used so far at ITSK. The evaluation model proposed in this research is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which is a model that provides perceptions based on the experiences experienced by users. This research used a questionnaire instrument which was distributed to all SIAKAD ITSK users. The expected result is a positive percentage that will describe the correct system performance and a negative percentage that can be an input for further improvements to SIAKAD ITSK.

Abstract

Klinik Gigi drg. Ema Medika so far still provides services to patients manually and keeps medical records using paper documents. This causes data invalidity and sometimes the confidentiality of patient data cannot be maintained properly. To increase efficiency, this research designed an application Prototype for Klinik Gigi drg. Ema Medika. The Design Thinking method is used as an approach in Prototype development, which consists of the stages of knowing user problems and needs, identifying user problems, determining solution ideas, creating a Prototype, and conducting testing. Through the designed Prototype, users can interact with the user interface and experience the user experience. Testing was carried out using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and produced a value of 97.37. Thus, it can be concluded that the Prototype design of the Klinik Gigi drg. Ema Medika application can meet user needs very well. The expectation is that the outcomes of this study can play a role in the adoption of information technology solutions that are both effective and efficient within the dental clinic setting, leading to an enhancement in the level of service provided to patients.

Abstract

Lung cancer is a disorder of the lungs due to changes in respiratory tract epithelial cells which cause uncontrolled cell division and growth. Lung cancer is caused by several factors such as radiation exposure, smoking, heredity, gender, air pollution, and unhealthy lifestyles. Lung cancer can be detected when the cancer has entered an advanced stage. The large amount of lung cancer diagnosis data currently available can be used to predict lung cancer based on patterns in the data. One of the results of technological advances that can learn patterns in data is machine learning, which has currently made many positive contributions in the health sector. This research aims to predict lung cancer using a decision tree algorithm. This research produces rules based on decision trees which are built and then evaluated to produce the same accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score of 100%.

Abstract

Lung cancer is a condition caused by cancer cells growing in the lungs. Lung cancer causes a weakened immune system, tumors, and other abnormalities that prevent the body from functioning properly. Lung cancer examination uses various technologies, namely CT Scan, X-ray, and others. However, the examination is relatively expensive and takes a long time. The use of machine learning makes it possible to support lung cancer diagnosis. With the large amount of medical data available today, machine learning can recognize patterns in the data so that it will help the process of diagnosing lung cancer more effectively. This study aims to correct overfitting in previous research which used the decision tree method to predict lung cancer with cross-validation techniques. In this research, we use a public dataset from Data World. This dataset consists of 25 data attributes and has 1000 data. The results of this research are rules obtained from decision trees which are then evaluated to produce 96.7% accuracy, 96.7% precision, 96.7% recall, and 96.7% f1-score. These results show that the decision tree method performs well in predicting lung cancer early and the cross-validation technique can overcome overfitting in decision trees with more general and stable results.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di berbagai bidang merupakan suatu hal yang umum terjadi. Salah satu bidang yang didukung adalah sumber daya manusia. Adanya teknologi akan mendukung kinerja bidang sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai tujuan bidang SDM. Bidang SDM membutuhkan teknologi informasi untuk mengelola seluruh kegiatan pegawai dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya sesuai tujuan organisasi yang dinaunginya. Tapi pada penerapannya masih banyak organisasi yang belum bisa menerapkan sistem untuk bidang sumber daya manusia dengan tepat. Dalam rangka melakukan integrasi data seluruh pegawai dan dosen pada kampus Institut Teknologi Sains dan Teknologi (ITSK) perlu dilakukan pengembangan SIMPEG (sistem informasi pegawai) yang diharapkan informasi pegawai dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini dikembangkan untuk nantinya digunakan sebagai sistem yang mendukung pendataan, penyimpanan dan pengolahan data pegawai, data penggajian, data absensi seluruh pegawai dan dosen di ITSK menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Pengembangan SIMPEG dikembangkan dengan metode Extreme Programming. Metode ini mendukung proses pengembangan SIMPEG, dengan kebutuhan Kampus ITSK RS.DR Soepraoen untuk dapat melakukan integrasi data pegawai dan DOSEN. SIMPEG dikembangkan dengan metode tersebut sehingga terbentuk dua (2) peran aktor untuk melakukan input dan proses pada sistem yaitu admin dan pegawai/dosen. Setelah pengembangan selesai dilakukan SIMPEG juga telah melalui pengujian Black Box dengan hasil akhir semua fungsi berhasil dan pengujian diterima.
