Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the availability of technology on mining sector stock returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2023 period, by considering the role of market risk as a moderating variable. This study uses secondary data obtained from financial reports and annual reports of mining companies listed on the IDX, with a sample of 12 companies selected using purposive sampling method. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the Industrial Revolution 4.0, technology availability and market risk had a positive and significant effect on mining sector stock returns. Industrial Revolution 4.0 and technology availability had a positive and significant effect on market risk. In addition, market risk is proven to positively moderate the relationship between Industrial Revolution 4.0 and technology availability with stock returns, which means that the positive effect of these two variables on stock returns is stronger in conditions of high market risk. This study provides empirical evidence regarding the importance of adaptation to the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and investment in technology for mining companies to improve their stock performance, especially in the face of high market risk.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Digital Economy and Blockchain Technology on stock Returns for technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the research finds that both Digital Economy and Blockchain Technology positively and significantly influence stock Returns. The statistical tests show that Digital Economy has a significant positive effect with a significance level of 0.002, and Blockchain Technology also demonstrates a significant positive impact with the same significance level. Additionally, the F-test confirms that these variables together have a significant effect on stock Returns. The results suggest that improvements in Digital Economy and effective application of Blockchain Technology can enhance stock Returns for technology firms. This study contributes to understanding the role of these variables in influencing stock performance and provides insights for investors and managers.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the role of mindfulness-based stress management and intelligence on employee productivity at the Bedrock Hotel Kuta. This study used primary data obtained through a questionnaire, and 67 employees were selected using a saturated sampling method. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that mindfulness had a significant positive effect on productivity, and intelligence also had a positive effect on productivity. Furthermore, stress management had a significant positive effect on productivity. Simultaneous test results indicated that mindfulness, intelligence, and stress management collectively had a significant positive effect on productivity. The coefficient of determination indicated that mindfulness, intelligence, and stress management in the regression model explained 51% of the variation in productivity, with the remainder influenced by other independent variables.

Abstract

 GO-JEK merupakan sarana transportasi yang melayani layananojek dengan menggunakan sebuah aplikasi online dan dapat melayani siapa sajayang memerlukan jasanya. Disamping itu, PT GO-JEK juga dapat memberikanbeberapa layanan jasa, seperti: go-ride (antar-jemput), go-food (pesan makanan),go-mart (belanja barang), go-glam (jasa kecantikan), go-clean (home service), gobox (cargo), go-send (kurir barang), go-massage (pijat). GO-JEK juga merupakantransportasi yang fleksibel karena GO-JEK menggunakan sepeda motor yanglebih mudah dan cepat serta lebih efisien untuk melewati dan menghindarikemacetan. Rumusan masalah dan tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahuipengaruh Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadapRetensi Karyawan (Driver) Pada Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (Gojek) KantorCabang Denpasar.Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustakaan, studi lapangan dankuisioner. Populasi menggunakan karyawan pada Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa(Gojek) yaitu Driver Gojek, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Reabilitas, AsumsiKlasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji t dan Uji F.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa : (1) Kompensasiberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Retensi Karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilait 3,267 dan sig 0,002. (2) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadapRetensi Karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai t 2,556 dan sig 0,013. (3)Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Retensi Karyawan,dimana diperoleh nilai t 3,743 dan sig 0,000. (4) secara simultan Kompensasi,Kepuasan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadapRetensi Karyawan (Driver), dimana diperoleh nilai F 30,030 dan signifikansi0,000. Saran yang dalam penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa(Gojek) Kantor Cabang Denpasar diharapkan meningkatkankompensasi,memberikan kepuasan kerja serta memberikan jenjang karir bagidriver gojek dalam menurunkan retensi driver pada aplikasi gojek
