Abstract

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia is very rapid. Various sharia concept products are offered to customers. Based on research in terms of knowledge, the majority of students on Lombok Island (62%) understand sharia savings and in terms of motivation, the majority of students on Lombok Island (82%) choose sharia banking products to avoid usury.

Abstract

Senggigi is a popular tourist destination in West Nusa Tenggara. Price and cafe atmosphere are factors that determine purchasing decisions for a product. Based on research, it can be seen that the price and atmosphere of cafes in the Senggigi area greatly influence students' purchasing decisions.

Abstract

A halal certificate is an acknowledgment of the halalness of a product issued by a Halal Product Guarantee Agency based on a written halal fatwa issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council and a halal label is a sign of the halalness of a product. With the existence of a halal label on products, it will provide added value to production, distribution and consumption activities for Muslim consumers, whose market is very large in Indonesia. And consumer desires. This study used a qualitative method with a total number of ITe tenants at the Islamic University of Al-Azhar Mataram as many as 75 and the respondents who were taken were 10 tenants with various types of businesses such as coffee, wedang, chips, skin, pastries, special dishes, and so on. . The results of the study show that tenants who already have halal certification in their business get an increase in income compared to tenants who do not have halal certification in their business.

Abstract

This research is entitlend “The Role of BUMDES Muara Gemilang in improving the community economy in Batuyang village, Pringgabaya Diatrict, East Lombok Regency”. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of BUMDES Muara Gemilang in impoving the community economy in Batuyang village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency. This research is qualitative research data was obtained from interviews with the community in Batuyang Village. The results of this research indicate that the existene of BUMDES in Batuyang Village has not been able to improve the economy of the people in Batuyang Vilage.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of the Level of Economic Growth and Level of Education on the Level of Open Unemployment in Central Lombok Regency". In this research, researchers want to see how the level of economic growth and education level influence the level of open poverty in Central Lombok Regency in 2016-2022. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. That partial economic growth has no significant effect on open poverty in Central Lombok Regency (Y). This can be seen from the value of Tcount (1.220) < Ttable (2.571) and the significance value of Tcount (0.290) > alpha significance (0.05). Education level (X2) has no significant effect on open poverty in Central Lombok Regency (Y). This can be seen from the calculated T value (0.093) < T table value (2.571) and can also be seen from the significance value, namely calculated significance 0.930 > alpha significance (0.05). Simultaneously, the estimation results show that the variables of economic growth and education level do not influence simultaneously, this is proven by the calculated F value < from F table (0.793 < 6.94). The results of the R-square test for the independent variable on the dependent variable, obtained a result or value of 0.533 with a significance value (α) or alpha of 0.05 (5%). The R-square value in this research has meaning, namely that the influence of the economic growth and education level variables is able to explain the open poverty level variable in Central Lombok Regency of 0.533 units or 53.3%, and this figure shows a small influence. Meanwhile, the remainder was influenced by other variables not included in this study, amounting to 46.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the digital marketing strategy used by UMKM actors in Babakan Village in maintaining and increasing their business profits in accordance with the perspective of Islamic Economics. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods are Observation, unstructured interviews, Documentation and Case Studies. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction (Data Reduction), data presentation (Data Display), Verification. The results of this study indicate that the digital marketing strategy carried out by UMKM actors in Babakan Village is in the form of marketing through social media. The impact of digital marketing in increasing income is very significant, in addition to other positive impacts, namely the creation of wider marketing channels and increasing popularity, reducing advertising costs. Digital marketing is very helpful for UMKM in running their business. With digital marketing, UMKM can promote their business more easily and quickly reach consumers more widely.

Abstract

AbstrakProgram pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) pengrajin tempe dan tahu di Desa Gemel melalui pelatihan pemasaran digital, sertifikasi halal, dan prinsip bisnis syariah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode observasi partisipatif melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan kajian fiqih. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap pemasaran digital, kesadaran akan pentingnya sertifikasi halal, serta penerapan prinsip keislaman dalam praktik bisnis syariah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan berdampak berkelanjutan bagi pengembangan UMKM berbasis syariah di wilayah pedesaan. Kata kunci: UMKM; pemasaran digital; sertifikasi halal; bisnis syariah. AbstractThis community service program aims to enhance the competitiveness of the Joint Business Groups (KUBE) of tempeh and tofu artisans in Gemel Village through digital marketing training, halal certification, and strengthening the principles of sharia-based business practices. The activities were carried out using participatory methods, including training sessions, mentoring, and fiqh studies. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing, awareness of the importance of halal certification, and the application of Islamic principles in business practices. This program is expected to have a sustainable impact on the development of sharia-based MSMEs in rural areas. Keywords: MSMEs; digital marketing; halal certification;, sharia business.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the role of mindfulness-based stress management and intelligence on employee productivity at the Bedrock Hotel Kuta. This study used primary data obtained through a questionnaire, and 67 employees were selected using a saturated sampling method. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that mindfulness had a significant positive effect on productivity, and intelligence also had a positive effect on productivity. Furthermore, stress management had a significant positive effect on productivity. Simultaneous test results indicated that mindfulness, intelligence, and stress management collectively had a significant positive effect on productivity. The coefficient of determination indicated that mindfulness, intelligence, and stress management in the regression model explained 51% of the variation in productivity, with the remainder influenced by other independent variables.
