Abstract

Our goal in this research is to find out how administration ismanagedat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Istiqomah Sei Mencirim, howtoimprove the quality of madrasas. This research uses qualitative. The data collection technique that we use is observation, documentation and interviews. The results obtained are that the administrativemanagementatMadrasah Ibtidaiyah Istiqomah Sei Mencirimisgoingwell in improvingthequalityofmadrasas. The administration of the Madrasah curriculum has been going well, as evidenced by the students who successfully pass one hundred percent every year and Accreditation A. The quality can be seen from the curriculum, educators, and education staff. This research has a relationship between supervisors and Madrasah involvement. To study administrativemanagementat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Istiqomah Sei Mencirim in improvingthequalityofMadrasas.

Abstract

Learning planning is a product that an educator must fulfill before the learning process takes place. But the reality is from the research result Previously, educators designed learning plans only to fulfill school administration as a requirement for supervision or assessment. The purpose of this researc is to strengthen the argument by combining the results of previous research that learning planning must be carried out by every individual educator to improve the quality of educators. This is also the basis for researchers conducting research related to learning planning. research methods used in this research is the literature study research method. Results research is learning planning which is the spearhead of success achieving learning objectives, and improving the quality of educators in terms of competency pedagogical.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik perkembangan peserta didik kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar dalam aspek fisik, psikomotorik, emosi, sosial, kognitif, moral dan spiritual. Peserta didik pada usia 8-9 tahun berada pada tahap operasional konkret menurut teori Piaget, yang ditandai dengan kemampuan berpikir logis berdasarkan pengalaman nyata, tetapi masih kesulitan dalam memahami konsep abstrak. Secara sosial-emosional, mereka mulai membentuk identitas diri, menunjukkan empati, dan berinteraksi lebih aktif dengan teman sebaya. Dari segi fisik, anak-anak pada usia ini mengalami perkembangan motorik halus dan kasar yang signifikan, yang memengaruhi kemampuan mereka dalam kegiatan belajar seperti menulis dan olahraga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap karakteristik perkembangan ini sangat penting dalam merancang metode pembelajaran yang efektif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan prestasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This community service initiative was designed to address digital promotion challenges at Al-Amalul Khair Senior High School through the comprehensive implementation of a redesigned digital brochure. The program adopted a systematic approach encompassing four key phases: coordination and needs assessment, digital brochure implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scholarly publication. Primary activities included field surveys, brochure design using digital platforms, collaborative content review sessions, and digital distribution of the final materials. The project yielded significant outcomes, including the successful completion of both the brochure redesign and an instructional guide for utilizing digital design platforms. Stakeholder feedback indicated substantial improvements in visual appeal, information clarity, and promotional effectiveness. Teachers appreciated the more organized information presentation, while students found the core promotional message more focused and accessible. International collaboration with Politeknik Merlimau Melaka further enriched the project by providing valuable cross-cultural perspectives on infographic design and color scheme selection. This initiative has not only transformed the school's promotional strategy but also fostered digital capacity development, effectively bridging traditional educational values with contemporary digital marketing requirements while creating sustainable opportunities for advancing digital literacy.
