Abstract

Kecamatan Suka Makmur berada di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Provinsi Aceh. Dimana peta geologi pada daerah ini masih merujuk pada informasi geologi regional Lembar Banda Aceh tahun 1981 belum dilakukan kajian ulang yang lebih spesifik dan detail, sehingga harus dilakukannya pemetaan geologi permukaan yang lebih mendetail. Kemudian dilakukan suatu kajian khusus dalam bidang analisis fasies pada batuan sedimen karbonat yang termasuk ke dalam Formasi Batugamping Raba (Murl) sehingga didapatkan informasi kondisi geologi permukaan dan informasi sebaran fasies. Hasil kajian khusus ini dapat mendukung peta geologi hasil pemetaan pada daerah penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan dua data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak (software) Arcgis. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode pemetaan geologi dan metode analisis. Geomorfologi daerah penelitian terdiri dari atas dataran rendah non karst, dataran rendah pedalaman transisi, karstic dan karst border plain. Tatanan Geologi daerah penelitian terdiri atas satuan endapan lempung, satuan pasir konglomeratan, satuan batu serpentinit dan satuan batugamping. Sebaran Fasies pada daerah penelitian berdasarkan analisis dan interpretasi data terdiri atas Fasies mudstone reef flat, fasies bafflestone reef front, fasies floatstone back reef dan fasies bindstone reef front. Hasil dari penelitian yang dicapai oleh penulis adalah peta geomorfologi, peta lintasan, peta geologi dan peta sebaran fasies daerah penelitian Formasi Batugamping Raba.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and attractiveness of alternatives on word of mouth given by customers through the role of customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Saba Indomedika faces challenges in maintaining product and service quality amidst intense competition. In this research, the population was 95 devices and the sample was 150 respondents from Saba Indomedika customers in West Kalimantan. To determine the research sample, a purposive sampling method was used. The data was processed using SmartPLS software version 4. This research found that there was a significant influence of product quality on customer satisfaction, then there was also an insignificant influence of the attractiveness of alternatives which influenced customer satisfaction, there was a significant and positive influence of product quality on customer recommendations. , there is an influence but not significant from the attractiveness of alternatives on customer recommendations, there is a significant influence from customer satisfaction on customer recommendations, then there is the role of customer satisfaction in indirectly influencing product quality on customer recommendations which is significant, on the contrary the research results reveal that there is no influence attractiveness of alternative to customer satisfaction and customer recommendations.
