Abstract

This article is entitled The Role of Family Communication in Developing Early Childhood Reading Interests. This article looks at family communication which is very important in making children have a high interest in reading where both parents are the first school for children, especially early childhood. The method used is a literature study by taking references related to the role of family communication and the development of children's reading interests at an early age. The results of the study showed that fostering reading interest in early childhood is done by parents not only by giving orders to children but by providing the best example, namely parents showing great love for books, then the most important thing is to provide assistance when children read and answer correctly related to questions asked by children with language that is understood by children

Abstract

The creation of kabhanti gambusu is based on formulas and orality. Each kabhanti gambusu performer has mastered ready-to-use formulaic patterns that facilitate and enhance the creative process during each performance. This study aims to explain the formulas and characteristics of orality in kabhanti gambusu among the Mun community. This type of research is field research using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, note-taking, and recording. The results show that a good storyteller who wants to learn the technique of storytelling or singing from their teacher does not memorize the text; instead, they focus on orality. The storyteller recreates the utterances they have learned. In this context, performing kabhanti gambusu does not involve rote memorization but rather the recollection of most of the formulaic patterns. These formulaic forms consist of repetitions of sounds, syllables, words, and phrases.

Abstract

This article discusses the Team FIB-UHO industrial visit, as well as efforts to strengthen organizational culture in implementing the ISO Quality Management System at PT. Anindya Wiraputra Konsult (ANINDYA) Kendari Branch. This activity aims to open up space for collaboration regarding industrial literacy and the world of work for campuses by looking at the implementation of the ISO system in supporting partner activities and paying attention to factors that support and hinder its implementation. The ISO Quality Management System, starting from ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, to ISO 17020 certification, has an impact on activities at ANIDYA and the expansion of the world of work. The activity technique is carried out using collaborative observation, in-depth observation results, document analysis, and questions and answers with staff and partner employees selected purposively, as well as distributing questionnaires to clients. Data shows that the quality of human resources in the industrial world is not just a diploma, but also requires personal certification, as well as consistent and continuous training. Other results show strict and evaluative process standards, as well as a positive attitude and culture as a professional company that places competitors as benchmarks to support strengthening the quality and quantity of work, strategically providing service satisfaction to consumers and profit value for the company.

Abstract

Determination of information technology is felt by all levels of society including the people in Kendari. On average, every child in the city of Kendari can already use a gadget or smartphone and most of them have it. Other devices that are also used to play games are computers and playstations with more sophisticated hardware specifications. Consequently, traditional games such as permainan bentengan. Petak umpet (hide and seek), bola bekel, gundu and gobak sodor increasingly marginalized. However, a different scene occurred in one of the neighborhoods in the Wandudopi village, Kendari City, children seemed play traditional games every time they get ready. In groups, they invite each other and negotiate to determine what game they will play. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of seeing how the existence of traditional games in the midst of the determination of information technology in the children of Wandudopi Village, Baruga District, Kendari City. To analyze it, it takes several concepts related to traditional games and information technology as well as several other social concepts that support this research. The method used is descriptive qualitative method in which data collection is done by means of documentation, interviews and observations. Then the data that has been collected will be analyzed with the concept as mentioned above. The results of this study indicated that, first, the types of traditional games that are often played by the children of Wundudopi village are ase, cuke, rubber jump (lompat tali), kasede-sede, kalego and bamboo shoots. Second, the factors that cause this game to exist in the midst of the determination of information technology are the approval of parents, habits and the existence of facilities from local residents.

Abstract

Morosi Chinese Market adjacent to PT. Virtu Dragon Nickel and PT. OSS. The employees make this market a buying and selling transaction. The Morosi Chinese Market has a very heterogeneous audience. It is also in this place that people from various places carry out buying and selling transactions, both on a large, medium and small scale. They come from various tribes and different languages so that the communication that occurs between sellers and buyers will be different, they use Chinese, Indonesian and regional languages. Buying and selling transactions in this market cannot be separated from the mixing of language codes. This study aims to explain the process of code-mixing and the forms of code-mixing that occur in the Morosi China Market. This type of research is field research using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done by observing, interviewing, taking notes and recording. The results of the study show that code mixing that occurs in the Morosi China Market is in the form of code mixing in the form of root words, repeated words, and free clauses and descriptions. While the factors that cause code-mixing at the Morosi Chinese Market are due to the habits and background of the speakers, both buyers and sellers.
