Abstract

Mail management includes managing incoming and outgoing mail, archiving, as well as monitoring and controlling documents to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational operations. The research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. This research finds that effective correspondence management can speed up the internal and external communication process, reduce the risk of losing important documents, and increase information accessibility. In addition, the application of technology in correspondence management has been proven to contribute significantly to improving organizational performance. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating effective correspondence management as part of an organization's management strategy to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on students' academic performance at SMP Sinar Husni. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple regression approach. The population of this study was all students of SMP Sinar Husni, with samples selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to students regarding their perceptions of the principal's leadership style and their academic performance. Data analysis techniques used include validity, reliability, multiple regression, and t-test and R-square test. The results showed that the principal's leadership style has a significant positive effect on students' academic performance. The regression coefficient shows that every one unit increase in leadership style will increase students' academic performance by 0.487. The t-test shows a calculated t value of 9.791 which is greater than the t table (1.687) with a significance value of 0.000, indicating a significant effect. In conclusion, the principal's leadership style plays an important role in improving students' academic performance at SMP Sinar Husni.

Abstract

Education is the main pillar in creating quality human resources. Education policy has a strategic role in ensuring the achievement of optimal educational goals. However, the implementation of these policies often faces various challenges, especially in improving the quality of educational institutions in schools. This research aims to evaluate educational policies that have been implemented to improve the quality of education in schools. The method used is a qualitative approach with data analysis through in-depth study of literature from various journal and book references. The research results show that education policies that focus on increasing teacher competency have a positive impact on the quality of learning. Apart from that, this article explains the meaning of education policy, the quality of education, the objectives of evaluating education policy, as well as strategies for improving the quality of education. Therefore, synergy is needed between the government, schools and society to improve the overall quality of education.
