Abstract

A comprehensive evaluation aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the program, thus allowing for informed decision-making for improvement and development. This study aims to analyze the concepts, objectives, principles, steps, supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and solutions to overcome inhibiting factors in the implementation of educational program evaluation. The research method used is a literature review, with a focus on literature review analysis that discusses the concepts and steps of evaluating educational programs, as well as factors that need to be considered in the evaluation. The results show that the evaluation of educational programs has the goal of assessing program effectiveness, identifying areas of improvement, and encouraging improvement in the quality of education. The evaluation of educational programs should be guided by the principle of objectivity and focus on the goals of the program. The steps that must be taken in the evaluation of educational programs include the preparation and implementation as well as monitoring of the evaluation of educational programs. Supporting factors for the evaluation of educational programs include clear and firm policies from the government and educational institutions. This policy includes evaluation standards that must be met, methodologies used, and evaluation implementation schedules Factors that hinder the evaluation of educational programs include a lack of resources, both in terms of finance and competent experts.

Abstract

Abstract : In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers Article 2 paragraph (1) confirms that teachers have a position as professionals at the level of basic education, secondary education, and early childhood education in the formal education pathway appointed in accordance with regulations legislation. Article 10 paragraph (1) states that "the competence of teachers as referred to in Article 8 includes pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence obtained through professional education". Thus, it cannot be denied that teachers must have extensive knowledge, and have teacher competencies, namely; 1) Pedagogic competence, namely the ability to understand students, design and implement learning, assess learning outcomes, and develop students to realize their diverse potential. 2) Personality Competence, namely the individual's ability to reflect a stable, mature, wise and authoritative personality, be a role model for students and have noble character. 3) Social Competence, namely the ability of teachers to communicate and interact effectively with students, teaching staff, parents/guardians of students and the surrounding community. 4) Professional Competence, namely Mastery of the subject matter as a whole. This includes mastery of scientific content that covers the material and syllabus of school subjects, as well as mastery of scientific structure and methodology. Teacher competence is one of the factors that influence the achievement of learning and educational goals at Sekolah Sejahtera, but teacher competence does not stand alone, but is accompanied by 4 teacher competencies. Departing from this paradigm, this study aims to determine the pedagogic competence of teachers to improve the quality of education in the Prosperous School. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and documentation methods. The results showed that: (1) Pedagogical competence of teachers is one of the most important factors in improving the quality of education (2) Quality of learning for Sekolah Sejahtera Education is realized by the application of active, creative, and fun learning (3) Efforts by Principals in improving pedagogic competence teachers at Sekolah Sejahtera is to improve teacher competence through courses, webinars and learning media as well as managing the learning environment. (4) The efforts of the Prosperous School teachers in improving their pedagogic competence by participating in webinars and Teacher Working Groups. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) serve as the backbone of Indonesia's economy. However, these enterprises often encounter various challenges in running their businesses, one of which is intense competition. The application of Islamic business ethics can serve as a solution to address these challenges. Islamic business ethics comprises a set of principles and values that regulate business behavior in accordance with Islamic teachings. It emphasizes the importance of justice, honesty, and social responsibility.This research aims to examine the impact of implementing Islamic business ethics on the enhancement of UMKM. The study employs a literature review method, gathering data from various journals and articles. The research findings indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics has a positive influence on the improvement of UMKM.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang manajemen strategi pendidikan dengan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: Bagaimana perencanaan strategi pendidikan yang efektif, bagaimana proses pelaksanaan strategi pendidikan dan seberpa penting proses pengawasan strategi di dunia pendidikan. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut, peneliti mengggunakan jenis penelitian Studi Kepustakaan (library research). Adapun hasil yang di peroleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan manajemen strategi pendidikan yang dibuat dengan baik akan memberikan perubahan yg positif dalam dunia pendidika Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan agar peran manajemen strategi pendidikan baik dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan yang efektif mampu menunjang keberhasilan sebuah organisasi yang maksimal dan tentunya tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dapat tercapai dengan baik.

Abstract

Mail management includes managing incoming and outgoing mail, archiving, as well as monitoring and controlling documents to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational operations. The research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. This research finds that effective correspondence management can speed up the internal and external communication process, reduce the risk of losing important documents, and increase information accessibility. In addition, the application of technology in correspondence management has been proven to contribute significantly to improving organizational performance. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating effective correspondence management as part of an organization's management strategy to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Independent Learning Curriculum policy in improving student learning achievement. The study uses a literature study method, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various library sources, such as books, journals, scientific articles, and policy documents. The sub-discussion of this study includes the definition of the Independent Curriculum education policy and the concept of student learning achievement. The Independent Curriculum is designed to provide freedom for schools and educators in determining learning strategies that are appropriate to the needs and potential of students. This policy emphasizes project-based learning, curriculum flexibility, and strengthening the Pancasila Student profile. Student learning achievement is defined as the achievement of learning outcomes that include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in accordance with educational objectives. The results of the analysis show that the Independent Curriculum policy can improve student learning achievement by providing wider exploration space, developing creativity, and strengthening critical thinking skills. However, the implementation of this policy requires support from various parties, including educators, policy makers, and parents of students, as well as adequate training for teachers. This study concludes that the Independent Learning Curriculum is a relevant policy to improve the quality of education and student learning achievement, as long as it is implemented consistently and comprehensively.

Abstract

Management of teaching and educational staff is an activity that must be carried out starting from teaching and educational staff entering educational organizations until it finally stops going through the process of HR planning, recruitment, selection, placements, granting of champancies, awards, education and training development and termination. Management of educational personnel (teachers andemployees) absolutely must be implemented by the school principal in order to make use of it educational staff effectively and efficiently to achieve optimal results. In accordance with this, a school principal must be able to search for, positioning, evaluating, directing, motivating and developing talent every teacher and employee and is able to align individual and organizational goals

Abstract

This study aims to describe student management within the Semester Credit System (SKS) program as a strategy to enhance the quality of education, particularly in the academic aspect, at MTsN 2 Medan. The SKS program is designed to provide educational services tailored to each student's interests, talents, abilities, and learning pace. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of student management in the SKS program at MTsN 2 Medan involves several stages: planning, organizing, implementation, supervision, and evaluation. These stages actively involve the principal, vice principal, program coordinator, teachers, and students. The program has been proven to improve students' academic performance. Its success is largely influenced by the effective and efficient application of student management practices. Therefore, the SKS program serves as a strategic alternative for improving the quality of education and achieving academic goals. The results of this study contribute significantly to the field of education and can serve as a reference for policy development and educational practice aimed at enhancing the quality and academic achievement of students.
