Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at the Housing, Settlement and Land Office of Pandeglang Regency using a literature study method from library sources in the form of journals based on specific topics of organizational culture, transformational leadership style, work motivation and employee performance. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance (2) Transformational Leadership Style influences Employee Performance (3) Work Motivation influences Employee Performance. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of trust in organizations on knowledge sharing in the context of the corporate world.  Trust in the organization was identified as a key factor that can influence knowledge sharing.  In developing the research framework, qualitative methods were chosen with a focus on empirical analysis. Data was obtained through reference literature, reference books, Google Scholar. The research results show that trust in the organization has a positive effect on knowledge sharing between superiors, subordinates and colleagues. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of trust in organizations within the company to share knowledge with fellow employees. Research implications of the influence of trust in organizations on knowledge sharing in the corporate world (empirical and theoretical studies in implementation)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the role of work discipline mediation on employee motivation and performance (Study of the Agriculture and Food Security of Pandeglang Regency). This study was carried out at the Office of Agriculture and Food Security of Pandeglang Regency using descriptive quantitative methods with a causal approach. Respondents of this study were all civil servants at the Pandeglang Regency Agriculture and Food Security Office, using a sample of 174 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 - 10. Data analysis using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.8. The results of research and hypothesis testing show that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (4) Work Discipline can mediate the relationship between Work Motivation and Employee Performance.
