Abstract

Traditional human resource management (HRM) has been considered a failure in developing the human resource information system (HRIS) to change the paradigm of green business. Thus, this study aims to explain the changes, roles, and challenges of HRIS in the effectiveness and efficiency of the currently developing Green Business. It is qualitative research with the support of national or international journals, accredited and reputable proceedings, reference books, and reference journal mapping through https://researchrabbitapp.com. As a result, HRIS can overcome traditional HRM problems because it is conducted digitally and easily. The application of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) can significantly increase competitiveness, improve the quality and productivity of the workforce, and maintain environmental integrity. Supporting the development of Green Businesses or businesses that focus on environmental sustainability. In conclusion, the transformation of HRM in utilizing HRIS is inevitable so that it can play an effective and efficient role. The utilization of HRIS can develop and be sustainable through innovation and information systems technology development towards green business and suggestions for HRIS development. Furthermore, it should be followed and carried out with sustainability along with developments of green business in line with Industrial Revolution 6.0.

Abstract

This study's backdrop is the state of workers who are doing worse, supposedly as a result of a work-life imbalance that affects their level of job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and assess how work-life balance affects employee performance at PT Mitra Grafika Perdana, using job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis tool, which is processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software, is utilized in this quantitative research methodology. 52 employees made up the overall sample size, which was obtained by employing the saturated sampling approach, which involves sampling the entire population. Questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation studies were used to gather data. The findings demonstrated that:"(1) Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance;"(2) Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction;"(3) Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance; and (4) Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect of Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance. “Thus, a good Work-Life Balance will increase Job Satisfaction, which has an impact on improving Employee Performance."

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the role of work discipline mediation on employee motivation and performance (Study of the Agriculture and Food Security of Pandeglang Regency). This study was carried out at the Office of Agriculture and Food Security of Pandeglang Regency using descriptive quantitative methods with a causal approach. Respondents of this study were all civil servants at the Pandeglang Regency Agriculture and Food Security Office, using a sample of 174 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 - 10. Data analysis using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.8. The results of research and hypothesis testing show that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (4) Work Discipline can mediate the relationship between Work Motivation and Employee Performance.
