Abstract

The quality of human resources is the main asset in company development, where work discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) are important factors that influence employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and K3 on employee performance at PT XYZ Pekanbaru. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey of 89 employees selected using probability sampling techniques. The results of the regression analysis show that work discipline and K3 have a significant influence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously, with a contribution of 73.3% to employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the productivity of employees of PT. ABC. To achieve these objectives, research was conducted using a sample of 63 people, using the census method. The method of data analysis uses simple linear regression. Then it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that occupational health and safety has a significant effect on the productivity of employees of PT. ABC. Based on the calculation results to see how much the percentage of independent variables contributed to the dependent variablethen the percentage of contribution or contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable. The recommendation that can be submitted is that it is expected that occupational health and safety for employees must be tightened again as prohibited from making irregularities on dangerous goods, so employees maintain health and safety at work

Abstract

The study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership on Employee Performance. This study was conducted at the UPT. YZ. The population in this study was 91 people with a sample of 90 people. The research data were analyzed using descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data processing using SPSS version 25. Based on the research results at the UPT. YZ, it can be concluded that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y 11.719 + 0.699X and the results of the t-test obtained a t-count value greater than the table (10.389> 1.9872) and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). From the results of the determination test (R2) of 0.551, which means that the leadership variable has an influence of 55.1% on employee performance at the UPT. YZ. Meanwhile, the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other variable factors that were not studied
