Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengungkapkan faktor-faktor atau dimensi yang menyebabkan rumah tangga untuk berutang dengan metode dan studi literatur yang dideskripsikan secara deskriptif dan terkait dengan kondisi nyata dalam rumah tangga ketika. Dari hasil penelitian ini kami dapat mengidentifikasi dan menemukan sebanyak 9 faktor atau dimensi rumah tangga yang termasuk dalam utang yaitu: karena pendapatan kecil, pengaruh visual dan media online, pengaruh orang terdekat, kemudahan yang diberikan oleh lembaga keuangan, kemampuan untuk mengelola keuangan, sosial dan gaya hidup, jumlah tanggungan dalam keluarga, sebagai penghasilan alternatif, kebutuhan mendesak dan tiba-tiba. Beberapa rumah tangga dalam kehidupan mereka menggunakan utang untuk memfasilitasi konsumsi dan kebutuhan lain karena mereka tidak memiliki aset, tabungan, warisan yang dapat digunakan dalam menghadapi kebutuhan yang tiba-tiba dan tidak terduga. Pada akhirnya setiap rumah tangga yang dapat ditagih diharapkan menjadi debitur yang baik

Abstract

This study identifies the determinants of debt behaviors and their effects on household consumption. We surveyed households in Riau, particularly in Pekanbaru and its neighboring areas, using purposive sampling and collected 390 useable responses. Our findings show that of the ten determinants considered, debt behavior can be explained by five determinants: (i) imitated lifestyle and consumerism, (ii) ability to manage money from debt, (iii) effects of promotion on the internet and visual media, (iv) monthly income, and (v) increasing household expenses and dependants. Implications of the findings are discussed.

Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". It can be observed the phenomenon of socio-economic life in the neighboring order, if one household can buy an item, then other households can be aroused to buy the same goods without having to think about the function and usefulness of the products they buy. This kind of action is called a hard-to-follow behavior with the phrase "if people can buy, why do not we," even with debt, this condition requires households to make their choice of consumption. Also the development of technology and information is exploited by certain institutions, such as banking, or non banking to introduce their products through the media visual media, print media, radio media, internet media and others, which can stimulate, generate interest, desire, and intention to behave the ladder becomes a real behavior to have a product through the path of debt.

Abstract

The theme of the article is the banks and financial institutions. The research objective is: to measure the levels of health and financial performance of the bank. This research uses descriptive quantitative method, which analyzed data collected from the literature and data from the company. The data has been collected, then analyzed the financial ratios related to the health of banks and compared from year to year, but it also provides an assessment of the financial performance according to the standards and regulations of Bank Indonesia. The financial statements of the bank is the overall economic transactions undertaken by the bank concerned during an accounting period are classified and systematically arranged into the shape of the balance sheet and income statement. The financial statements of the bank balance sheet providing information to external parties, such as central banks, public and investors, regarding our financial position, which further can be used externally to assess the magnitude of the risks that exist in a bank. An income statement provides an overview of the business development bank. One way to determine the financial performance of banks is the financial statements. The financial statements present all operational activities of the bank in a given period. Based on those statements, do the analysis of the level of of the bank's financial performance, to see the progress and financial condition of the company and also to see the performance.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) tentang tata kelola keuangan rumah tangga dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 dan 25 September 2022 dengan sasaran warga Desa Talang Sungai Limau, Kecamatan Rakit Kulim, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, Riau. Pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga adalah suatu hal yang mutlak dilakukan agar terhindar dari kesulitan-kesulitan dan pemborosan keuangan yang lebih fatal, dengan menggunakan model K4UB. Abstract

This study examines the effect of the involvement of social media and social media platforms on household consumption activities, investigates the type and number of activities involving social media in household consumption. Using the household unit as the population and represented by one person or the head of the family as the sample, as many as 717 respondents. sampling method; convenience sampling. This study found, that; the involvement of social media and social media platforms has a statistically significant effect of 29 percent at a moderate level of influence on household consumption activities. This study can explore as many as 27 types of consumption activities in the household involving social media. Conclusion that social media engagement and platforms cannot be separated from current household consumption activities, and it is assumed that more consumption activities will involve social media. Studi ini menguji pengaruh keterlibatan media sosial dan platform media sosial terhadap kegiatan konsumsi rumah tangga, menginvestigasi jenis dan banyaknya kegiatan yang melibatkan media sosial dalam konsumsi rumah tangga. Menggunakan unit rumah tangga sebagai populasi dan diwakili oleh satu orang atau kepala keluarga sebagai sampel, yaitu sebanyak 717 responden. metode penarikan sampel; convienence sampling. Studi ini menemukan, bahwa; keterlibatan media sosial dan platform media sosial berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik sebesar 29 persen pada level cukup berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan konsumsi rumah tangga. Studi ini dapat mengeksplor sebanyak 27 jenis kegiatan konsumsi dalam rumah tangga melibatkan media sosial. Kesimpulan bahwa keterlibatan dan platform media sosial tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kegiatan konsumsi rumah tangga saat ini, dan diasumsikan akan lebih banyak lagi kegiatan konsumsi yang akan melibatkan media sosial

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial inclusion from the dimensions of access, user, quality, wealth on bank behavior and debt behavior and the indirect influence of each dimension of financial inclusion on bank behavior and household debt behavior. With population areas and samples in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia.The research focused on the demand side in banking services, namely consumer credit services to households. Using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 303 household units in the city of Pekanbaru.The analysis tool used in the study was SEM-WarpPLS version 6.From this study the authors found that access, user, quality, wealth had a positive effect on the behavior of household debt, then the authors found that access, user, quality had a positive effect on bank behavior, then found that access, user, quality, wealth had an indirect positive effect towards debt behavior through mediating bank behavior.It was concluded from this study that the behavior of banks as mediating variables can reduce the direct influence of financial inclusion on the behavior of household debt.

Abstract

The 1st edition of PKM Efficiency Digital Marketing activities was carried out in October 2020, and the 2nd Edition of PKM Utilization of Digital Marketing activities was carried out in February 2023, with the target still being home, micro and small businesses in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang, Kampar, who continue to struggle, and reach to be able to increase the competitiveness of products post-pandemic covid 19 by utilizing developments in internet technology within the frame of digital marketing (digital marketing). The fact has spoken that digital marketing is a must to choose, if you want to expand your marketing area and keep your business going. The real benefit of digital marketing is the opportunity for penetration and wider market reach.
