Abstract

The quality of human resources is the main asset in company development, where work discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) are important factors that influence employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and K3 on employee performance at PT XYZ Pekanbaru. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey of 89 employees selected using probability sampling techniques. The results of the regression analysis show that work discipline and K3 have a significant influence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously, with a contribution of 73.3% to employee performance.

Abstract

This community service project aimed to enhance the sales performance of PT Dirgham Art Jaya, a furniture manufacturing SME in Sidoarjo, by implementing integrated digital strategies through social media management and digital advertising. The initiative responded to the company’s minimal digital presence and reliance on word of mouth promotion, which limited brand visibility and market reach. Activities included creating official business accounts on Instagram and TikTok under the handle “sahabatdirgham,” producing engaging visual content with CapCut and Canva, launching targeted advertisements via TikTok Ads and Instagram Ads, and registering the business location on Google Maps. Audience segmentation focused on demographics and interests relevant to home décor and furniture. The program achieved notable outcomes, including increased followers, content views, and customer orders from 5 in May to 8 in June indicating a positive correlation between optimized digital marketing and sales growth. The results highlight the potential of consistent content management, data driven advertising, and multi channel engagement to enhance SME competitiveness. Sustainability recommendations involve continuous performance monitoring, advanced analytics training, and diversification of content formats to ensure long term digital growth and adaptability in the competitive creative industry.

Abstract

Setiap orang mungkin sudah mengetahui komputer, tetapi tidak setiap orang mengetahui sejarah dan perkembangan komputer. Selain itu, setiap orang mungkin tidak mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi keputusan pembelian terhadap sebuah komputer, khususnya keputusan pembelian terhadap komputer jinjing (laptop).Untuk mencapai tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas dan iklan laptop merek Asus terhadap keputusan pembelian laptop merek Asus di Toko Chip Professional Komputer Pekanbaru, dilakukan penelitian secara langsung di lokasi penelitian, yaitu di Jl. Durian No. 22 Kelurahan Kedung Sari Kecamatan Sukajadi. Konsumen akan tetap melakukan keputusan pembelian laptop merek Asus di Toko Chip Professional Komputer Pekanbaru meskipun tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor harga, kualitas dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian laptop. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga, kualitas dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian laptop merek Asus di Toko Chip Professional Komputer Pekanbaru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai dari ketiga variabel tersebut maka keputusan pembelian akan semakin meningkat. Artinya variabel keputusan pembelian laptop merek Asus di Toko Chip Professional Komputer Pekanbaru dijelaskan oleh variabel harga, kualitas dan iklan produk. Sedangkan sisanya, dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of housewives in entrepreneurship in the District of Tuah Madani Pekanbaru by using the variables capital, independence, and education to analyze their effect on entrepreneurship motivation. The population in this study were all women who run home-based businesses in the Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City, whose exact number is not known, for an unknown population, the number of samples in this study used the Wibisono formula and obtained a sample of 97 people. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of statements to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially the variables of capital, independence, and education had a significant effect on the entrepreneurship motivation of housewives in the Tuah Madani District in Pekanbaru
