Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relevance of the concept of Islamic education during the Khulafaurrasyidin period to Indonesian education. This type of research is a library study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. The research results The concept of Islamic education during the Khulafaurrasyidin era has strong relevance to education in Indonesia today, especially in terms of moral and ethical values ​​that are integrated into the education curriculum. During Khulafaurrasyidin's time, education did not only focus on mastering knowledge but also on character formation based on Islamic teachings, such as honesty, justice and social responsibility. These principles are reflected in the Indonesian education system which prioritizes the development of national character and the formation of individuals with integrity and noble character. By adopting these values, Indonesian education seeks to produce a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also moral and contributes positively to society.

Abstract

An education is recognized for its quality or quality of education after carrying out an accreditation process carried out by an independent institution. In today's world of education, there needs to be progress in order to keep up with the times, so that education remains relevant to the changes that occur in society. The challenges faced by education units are not easy because some things are not owned by education units. Everything in the education unit is the shared responsibility of all atake holders within the education unit. Of course, the challenges faced have solutions to solve of course by continuing to collaborate with every stake holder in the education unit. One of the challenges faced by secondary education units in improving accreditation in education units is the lack of human resources who have competencies in the field of education that have been certified by higher education institutions. The solution that can be given here is that every teacher is required to continue to improve themselves by participating in self-development and professional development activities to improve teacher professionalism. Then with the increase in teacher education, the accreditation of education units will increase. The Quality Imperative, being one of the key principles guiding organizational success to date, emphasizes the importance of prioritizing quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of innovation and creativity in developing business products within the school environment from the perspective of Islamic Education. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research examines how Islamic values such as honesty, trustworthiness (amanah), and justice can be integrated into the entrepreneurial process in schools and their impact on students’ character and skills. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis of entrepreneurship programs implemented in several schools. The results show that applying Islamic principles in entrepreneurial activities not only enhances the quality of students’ business products but also plays a crucial role in shaping students’ integrity and responsibility. Moreover, students’ creativity and innovation in developing products that benefit the community significantly improved. These findings emphasize that integrating Islamic education and entrepreneurship within the school context not only boosts intellectual abilities but also cultivates a generation of young people with strong character, ethical values, and high competitiveness to face future challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang Qur’ani di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) At–Taubah Batam, dengan mengacu pada strategi pengembangan SDM yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Strategi tersebut meliputi: (1) merencanakan dan menarik SDM yang berkualitas, (2) mengembangkan SDM agar semakin berkualitas, (3) menilai kinerja SDM, (4) memberikan motivasi, dan (5) memelihara SDM yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan rekrutmen berbasis nilai keislaman dan kompetensi pedagogik, mengadakan pelatihan dan pembinaan rutin berbasis Al-Qur’an, melakukan evaluasi kinerja secara berkala, memberikan penghargaan serta dukungan spiritual sebagai bentuk motivasi, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan Islami untuk menjaga kualitas SDM. Strategi ini secara efektif membentuk karakter pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang Qur’ani serta mendukung tercapainya visi pendidikan Islam yang holistik dan berkelanjutan.
