Abstract

The concept of a child-friendly school based on Islamic boarding schools is an integration of character education and religious values ​​of Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to analyze the concept and implementation of a child-friendly school based on Islamic boarding schools. The approach to this research is qualitative while the design is a case study. The location of the research is at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi. Research is the key instrument of the research. The subjects of the research are the head of education, principal, vice principal, teachers, and students. Determination of informants using purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. Data analysis using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana theory, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing uses credibility, dependability, and confirmability tests. Data validity is checked continuously, triangulation, member checking, peer discussion, and reference checking. The research findings are the implementation of child-friendly schools based on Islamic boarding schools through the formulation of policies through the head of education and teaching, principal, and vice principal, provision of facilities and infrastructure, educators and education personnel who understand and are certified and trained in children's rights, involvement of students to actively participate in the development of talents and interests, involvement of parents, alumni and the community, and learning with a fun, active, integrated concept known as recreational learning.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide effective and enjoyable learning support to facilitate the acceptance of English language learners into courses and institutions. Today English is an international language that all groups must master. In the world of education, English is introduced from an early age using different methods. In fact, it is not possible to apply effective teaching methods suitable for the level and characteristics of students in all courses. Like LKP Aloha Edu, the teaching and learning process at many elementary levels is still very inefficient, especially in learning English. Inefficiency affects students' motivation and enthusiasm for learning. One reason is the lack of fun learning methods. Therefore, the choice of media must be considered before learning the activity. In this lesson, the community service team used a theoretical approach to English for young learners using a medium suitable for primary school students, namely games, to develop English vocabulary. This media focuses on listening, listening and speaking. The purpose of learning the English language is to increase students' enthusiasm for learning English and to improve their English language skills in a more effective and enjoyable way. The results of this community service are 1. Students' interest and ability to learn English increased. 2. Basic skills, especially in terms of English vocabulary, are more versatile.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Facilities and infrastructure management is the administration of facilities and infrastructure which includes planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating activities in operational facilities and infrastructure programs in schools. And there is teacher teaching motivation, motivation is someone's encouragement to fulfill the responsibilities given to them. In this thesis we will examine the management of facilities and infrastructure at Minhajut Thullab Vocational School. The aim of this research is to determine the teaching motivation of teachers at Minhajut Thullab Vocational School, how much influence the management of facilities and infrastructure has on teacher teaching motivation at Minhajut Thullab Vocational School. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, documentation. To test data validity and to find data reliability using the product moment formula, to find data reliability using Cornbach alpha. Then, to test the hypothesis, use the F test and T test, for the normality test, use the Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. Results of this research: (1). Management of infrastructure at Minhajut Thullab Vocational School is included in the poor category. (2). There is a significant influence between facilities and infrastructure on teacher teaching motivation as shown by the results of the t test with a t test beta coefficient value of 0.-621 which is negative, with a t count of 8.394 > 0.423 sig 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (3). Judging from the summary test, the R value or correlation coefficient is 0.621, while R square, the result of squaring the R value or coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.385, which means that the independent variable variable Y and 62% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Manajemen kurikulum dengan berbasis kejuruan merupakan seperangkat rencana pembelajaran yang dirancang khusus untuk mempersiapkan bekal keterampilan yang sesuai dengan minat bakat dan keahlian siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan skill keterampilan yang diminati. Tujuan penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen kurikulum berbasis kejuruan dalam meningkatkan skil siswa di MAN 4 Banyuwangi (2) Untuk mengetahui Hambatan-hambatan dalam pengimplementasian manajemen kurikulum berbasis kejuruan dalam meningkatkan skill siswa di MAN 4 Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif, pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerapan manajemen kurikulum pada program unggulan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan siswa di MAN 4 Banyuwangi meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. (2) hambatan-hambatan dalam penerapan manajemen kurikulum terletak pada pendanaan dan tenaga pendidik pada program kejuruan diambil dari basic guru yang bukan selinier tetapi telah memiliki keahlian khusus dibidangnya, untuk kedepanya MAN 4 Banyuwangi akan memperbarui tenaga pendidik dengan basic yang linier.
