Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the motivation of learning subjects fiqih class XI students in MA Roudlotul Muta'allimin Simbar Tampo Cluring Banyuwangi 2015/2016 year. To know the learning achievement of fiqih subjects of class XI students in MA Roudlotul Muta'allimin Simbar Tampo Cluring Banyuwangi 2015/2016. To know the effect of motivation on the achievement of learning subjects fiqih class XI students in MA Roudlotul Muta'allimin Simbar Tampo Cluring Banyuwangi academic year 2015/2016. This research uses quantitative method with product moment technique. Conclusion 1) Based on the t test obtained the results of student learning motivation (X) variable is fairly good; 2) Based on the t test obtained the results of student learning achievement (Y) variable is fairly good; 3) Based on the calculations performed by using a simple regression formula t arithmetic significant influence with regression coefficient of 0.140 which is pentropped to 14%. Thus there is influence of learning motivation to learning achievement equal to 14%.

Abstract

Tegalharjo village is a village in Glenmore sub-district, Banyuwangi district, which has a very large plantation area with a variety of plants. One of the plants that thrives on plantations and people's homes is the papaya tree. But the use of papaya as a village's potential to improve the economy of citizens is less than optimal. Papaya is generally left to rot in the trees, sometimes sold cheaply with a maximum price of Rp1,500.00 a kilo gram and even ironically it is only used as animal feed. Meanwhile the majority of housewives only depend on the family economy for their husbands' work as farmers, farm laborers, very few who are self-employed and plantation labour majority. Seeing this, there needs to be innovations that can increase the economic value of papaya fruit. One of them by processing papaya fruit into shredded. After being processed into shredded, the selling value automatically increases from a kilo of Rp 1,500.00 to Rp 5,000.00 in 150 grams. This innovation was carried out by the service team through mentoring activities and training in making shredded papaya fruit.

Abstract

Reasons for Choosing Side-by-Side, namely: (1) Madrasas need curriculum innovations in order to contribute to the success of madrasa goals that are in line with the objectives of national education; (2) Madrasas have never received civic education assistance from the Banyuwangi district government; (3) Madrasah students need an understanding of civic education, especially insight into the archipelago as a counterweight to understanding religion and nation in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia for the provision of living in a pluralistic society. The approach used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The conclusion obtained from the results of this service is that the madrasah curriculum innovation at the pesantren is important, given that Islamic religious education at the pesantren contributes greatly to the Republic of Indonesia as a moral fortress as well as a stronghold of radicalism. Positive responses and stakeholder support are also a great motivation for the smoothness and success of the madrasah-based community service program carried out at the largest madrasah diniyah in Banyuwangi district, hoping that it could become a reference and barometer for the madrasah diniyah in Banyuwangi district

Abstract

Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter perlu ditumbuhkembangkan peserta didik yang pada akhirnya akan menjadi cerminan hidup bangsa Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, sekolah memiliki peranan yang besar dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter karena peran sekolah sebagai pusat pembudayaan melalui pendekatan pengembangan budaya sekolah (school culture). Studi dalam penelitian ini mengenai Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang perencanaan guru dan implementasi pendidikan karakter pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Artinya penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan secara obyektif dan sistematis fakta-fakta atau peristiwa yang terkait dengan munculnya gejala-gejala dari yang menjadi pusat perhatian penelitian. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan yang lebih mendalam atau pencarian makna-makna dibalik munculnya gejala yang terkait dengan subyek penelitian

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the role of public relations in improving the reputation of MAN 1 Banyuwangi and (2) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of public relations in improving the reputation of MAN 1 Banyuwangi. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used interactive 3 models of Miles & Hurberman (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation and (3) conclusion and verification, while the data validity technique used triangulation. The results show that the reputation of MAN 1 Banyuwangi in 2019 has increased. This was realized because the Public Relations staff had worked hard and worked together from all components of the school, such as teachers, employees, and students with stakeholders. The role of Public Relations Staff in improving the reputation of MAN 1 Banyuwangi in 2019 is as follows: (1) Collaborating with community leaders, (2) Conducting harmonious reciprocal relationships with the surrounding community and student guardians, (3) Developing positive opinions of MAN 1 Banyuwangi in the eyes of the community and student guardians, (5) Conducting promotions through brochures, oral and student achievements, (6) Consultation with internal stakeholders regarding policies.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) To determine the implementation of student management at MA Unggulan Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari for the 2019/2020 Academic Year; (2) To determine the achievements of MA Featured students Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari for the 2019/2020 academic year; (3) To find out the inhibiting factors and supporting factors of student management in improving the achievements of MA MA Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari 2019/2020 Academic Year. In this research, using a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and also documentation. Data analysis using analysis: (1) data reduction, (2) presentation of data, and (3) drawing conclusions and validity used is data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Planning for new student admissions is done one year earlier; (2) New student orientation is held for 3 days; (3) Implementation of student disciplinary coaching involves BP / BK and coordinator of extracurricular activities; (4) Development of intracuricular activities (academic) is done by providing additional lessons; (5) coaching for extracurricular (non-academic) activities is carried out through developing interest talents. In general, the academic achievement of MA Unggul Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari students from year to year continues to increase, in the semester examinations there are no students who do not advance the grade. At the time of the National Examination there were no students who did not pass. Supporting factors for student management in improving student achievement include: 1) adequate educational facilities and infrastructure; 2) High student enthusiasm for learning; 3) professional educators; 4) Educators and education personnel come from Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

The research focus in this paper is: (1) what is the principal's strategy in improving a positive image through superior classes at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi? (2) what is the madrasa principal's strategy for improving achievement through a superior class at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi? (3) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the madrasa principal's strategy in improving a positive image and achievement through a superior class at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi? The purpose of this research is to determine the achievement through superior class and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the madrasa principal's strategy in increasing the positive image and achievement through the superior class. The method used by the researcher here is a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive type of research. The location of this research is MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung, Tegalsari sub-district, Banyuwangi district, East Java, from 1 to 14 March. The research subjects were the head of the madrasa as the leader who managed everything in the madrasa and MA al-Amiriyyah students and the community or parents of MA al-Amiriyyah students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis is an interaction analysis of 3 models of Milles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and also SWOT analysis is used to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors.

Abstract

This study ain to determine the correlation of principal’s leadership style with work motivation of SMK Darussalam Teaschers in Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019 Academic Year. This research was in the from of a quantitative descriptive study, with a population of all members of the teaher council and secondary data. And use the validity test to obtain relevant and accurate data. The data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire, observation and documentation. By using data analysis techniques, prodect moment. And the last hypothesis testing to test the truth of a statement statistically and draw conclusions. Based on the discussion of the theory and the results of the analysis, discussion and interpretation results as well as some data from the field, the researcher can conclude the following: Based on the results of the questionnaire on variable X dan Y there is a significant correlation between the leadership style of the headmaster and the work motivation of teachers in SMK Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi in the 2018/2019 academic year of 0.667. this means that there is a strong relationship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation, characteristics of Islamic education management based on pesantren in SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The paradigm of this research is postpositivistic with data analysis of three Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results in this study are the implementation of Islamic boarding school-based education management through planning; with good service adopting the concept of modern school management, involving all stakeholders, organizing; grouping of work units according to school needs, implementation; creating effective communication, committed to implementing the school's vision, mission and values, supervision; determination of implementation standards, determination of measurement of the implementation of activities. Meanwhile, the characteristics of Islamic education management based on pesantren are having sincerity in teaching; high dedication in work, discipline in every activity, maintaining solidity by establishing friendship between teachers and employees, and maintaining trust and responsibility in carrying out each task.

Abstract

The purpose of this research: (1) To seek on how the role of headmaster of MTs. Al-Amiriyyah in academic year 2019/2020, (2) To find educational Innovations of MTs. Al-Amiriyyah in academic year 2019/2020 (3) To find the developers and inhibitors aspect of educational innovation at MTs. Al-Amiriyyah in academic year 2019/2020. This research is using a descriptive qualitative methodology, and using an interview for gathering up the information, observations and documentation. Analyzing data using three models interactives, while the data validation using triangulation. Results of the research: The Role of headmaster of MTs. Al-Amriyyah Blokagung: (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Evaluation, (4) Communication. While Educational Innovation at MTs. Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung: (1) Capable to seek, to find, and adopting new ideas from other individuals, (2) Capable to renew in teaching and studying process aspect and counseling, recruiting and accompanying new teacher and staff, to re new the human resources in committe and society. After being classified between developers and inhibitors from the result of the researsh, which is formulated in the role of headmaster of educational innovation at MTs. Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung: (1) The role of headmaster the weakness in management changed into opportunities, (2) Cooperation needed in order increase newer innovation, (3) New management needed to make so that facilities and infrastructure and resources being fulfilled.
