Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the process of recruiting educators and education personnel in formal education at the Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Islamic Boarding School, 2) to find out researchers and obstacles to the recruitment system for educators and education personnel in the formal education of the Mukhtar Syafa'at Islamic boarding school. blokagung. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using observation, interview instruments and documentation for data analysis techniques while the analysis uses miles and huberman. The results of the study included a) Teacher recruitment prioritizing santri and alumni of the Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Islamic boarding school foundation, b) Educator and education recruitment was carried out centrally by the head of the education sector and the construction of the Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Islamic boarding school foundation assisted by the foundation secretary, head of the field quality assurance and principal of each unit, c) Submission of non-permanent teacher decrees for 2 years as a test of teacher and employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study found that the fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council on interfaith marriages were based on two arguments that cannot be separated from one another. The first argument is an Islamic legal argument in the form of the Qur'an, hadith, and ijma> 'based on the interpretation and opinion of the classical authoritative scholars. The second argument is the argument for human rights in the form of religious freedom. Every individual who carries out a marriage that is not in accordance with the Qur'an, Hadith, and ijma> ', is automatically considered to be limiting in terms of religious freedom.They explained that the fatwa was the mechanism of the MUI to bring to orthodox (Sunni) religious understanding. The determination of MUI towards Sunni theology has the consequence of disqualifying other theological concepts. Therefore, the fatwa of the MUI in this field of theology tends to be exclusive. This study also agrees with M.B. Hooker (2003) explained that the MUI fatwas concerning religious freedom were the object of the government's interest in maintaining the integrity of the country. The standard of religious freedom in this context is a standard constructed by the government itself. This study rejects the opinion of Piers Gillespie (2007) who states that the main basis of the publication of the MUI fatwa on interfaith marriage is social factors, not religious or political factors. This factor is the dissatisfaction of the MUI towards the Reformation era (1998-present) which provides broad freedom, especially in freedom of expression.This research is a library research. The approach used is the normative approach of human rights. The primary data of this research is the result of the MUI fatwa collection on religious marriage in 1980-2005. While the secondary sources are the books of Jurisprudence and ushul jurisprudence, which are mainly the MUI reference in fasting, as well as national and international laws on human rights.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1). To find out the recruitment at MTs Al-amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi 2). This is to determine the work performance of teachers at MTs Al-amiriyyah 3). This is to determine the effect of recruitment on teacher work performance at MTs Al-amiriyyah. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using observation, questionnaires, and documentation for data collection techniques, data analysis using the product moment. The population in this study were 42 teachers / educators at MTs Al Amiriyyah. After analyzing the findings, it was found that the implementation of the recruitment was very influential on the work performance of MTs Al Amiriyyah teachers as evidenced by the results of data analysis of 0.662. It can be said that 0.662 <0.312. This means that there is a strong relationship between recruitment and teacher work performance at MTs Al Amiryyah Blokagung Banyuwangi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze curriculum management in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation at SPM Ulya Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Second, to determine the role and function of curriculum management in improving the quality of students of SPM Mudalam Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Amiriyyah Tegalsari Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative approach method, data collection is carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques, then the instrument used in this study is the human instrument (researcher as an instrument), then after data collection, the data obtained are field notes, speeches , and respondent's actions, documents, and others, then the data sources obtained in this study are developed during the research process. The result of this research is that the WKM SPM Muisah Ulya Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Amiriyyah Curriculum is holding an additional hours of study program that aims to complete the targets that have not been achieved and to reform curriculum management in terms of curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation.

Abstract

The objectives set in this study are: (1) to determine the implementation of entrepreneurship education in shaping the entrepreneurial attitude of MA Darussalam Puncak Siliragung students; (2) to find out the form of implementing entrepreneurship education in shaping the entrepreneurial attitude of MA Darussalam Puncak Siliragung students. The methods used by researchers include a qualitative approach with descriptive research types. Data collection techniques use 3 stages, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources that the researchers obtained were primary data in the form of observations related to the implementation of student entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial attitudes in madrasas/schools, interviews with school principals, teachers, and several students, as well as secondary data on documentation and activity archives from the institution. Checking the validity of the data by triangulation, namely triangulation of data, methods, and sources. Data analysis with interactive three models, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of his research: Implementation of Entrepreneurship Education in Forming Entrepreneurial Attitudes of MA Darussalam Puncak Siliragung Students include: (1) entrepreneurship planning is prepared based on vision, mission, curriculum, and areas of expertise, (2) planning of SKN (Real Work School) learning activities, (3) planning teaching and learning activities and their application into practice, the form of implementing entrepreneurship education in shaping the entrepreneurial attitude of MA Darussalam Puncak Siliragung students includes: (1) implementing learning and practice, (2) implementing student product marketing, (3) implementing SKN (Real Work School) activities ).

Abstract

Administrative management really needs to be understood, organized by grouping of the various tools used in the field of business, tasks, responsibilities and human resources in it, so as to be able to give coming out an organization that is in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution. In carrying out administrative management assistance at the Wustha Muadalah Education Unit (SPM), the service method or stages of implementing mentoring activities are used as follows: the first stage is the preparatory stage. The second stage is the program implementation phase. The third stage, namely the closing and review stage, carried out a thorough evaluation of the implementation of activities. The impact of the changes expected in this assistance are: a) The creation of an orderly administration. b) Complete and develop the Provider Performance Information System (SIKAP) application by adding a menu. c) Suggest an application for score and finance even though you already have the Education Management Information System (EMIS) application, minimum (a list of students' original grades before being transferred to an education report book or report card). d) Suggest all data stored in Google Drive.

Abstract

This research aims to interpret the transformation of visionary and collaborative leadership styles in madrasah publication innovation. The object of this research is educational consumers MAN 2 Banyuwangi, This research design uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, The source of informants in this study consisted of the head of the madrasa, and teachers. MAN 2 Banyuwangi. Data collection in this study was carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and publication documentation, Data analysis in this study uses an interactive analysis model developed by Miles, Huberman, which includes three main steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the visionary and collaborative leadership styles at MAN 2 Banyuwangi are successful in contributing the publication innovation. The collaborative leadership strengthens educational community networks, transformation for resource management and innovation, to increasing Madrasah reputation.

Abstract

Manajemen kurikulum dalam konteks pembelajaran jarak jauh, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi serta solusi modern yang dapat diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur terkait implementasi kurikulum dalam lingkungan pembelajaran daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh menghadapi tantangan utama seperti keterbatasan interaksi langsung, perbedaan akses teknologi, dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan kemajuan siswa. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, artikel ini mengusulkan beberapa solusi, termasuk penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran canggih, pengembangan kurikulum yang fleksibel dan adaptif, serta pelatihan intensif bagi pendidik untuk memanfaatkan alat dan platform digital secara efektif. Selain itu, pentingnya dukungan teknis dan administratif yang berkelanjutan serta strategi evaluasi yang komprehensif juga dibahas sebagai bagian dari solusi. Pendekatan yang diusulkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran jarak jauh, memastikan bahwa kurikulum tetap relevan dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik dalam lingkungan digital yang terus berkembang. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi ini, diharapkan institusi pendidikan dapat mengatasi tantangan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih inklusif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategy for developing santri resources through collaboration between boarding school management and technology at one of the Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. As an Islamic educational institution, boarding school face challenges in preparing santri with both strong religious understanding and competencies relevant to the digital era. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, informants in this interview were purposive, namely individuals who have insights and experiences relevant to the focus of the research. The number of informants interviewed was 25 people, consisting of the head of the foundation, principal, teachers, and students. The selection of these informants aims to obtain in-depth and comprehensive data on the development of human resources in collaboration between Islamic boarding school management and technology, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that the strategy for developing Islamic boarding school resources involves integrating technology into learning, providing digital-based skills training, and collaborating with various stakeholders to increase access to modern educational resources. Islamic boarding school management plays an important role in formulating adaptive policies, while technology applications include digitalization of teaching materials, online-based learning, and the use of educational applications. The main challenges in its implementation include limited infrastructure, human resource readiness, and resistance to change. However, effective collaboration between Islamic boarding school management, educators, and external stakeholders improves the quality of Islamic boarding school students in terms of academics, skills, and readiness for the modern world. This study highlights that collaboration between Islamic boarding school management and technology is a strategic step in developing Islamic boarding school resources in the digital era.

Abstract

Domestic conflict is a dispute or tension that occurs between family members, especially married couples, which can negatively impact family dynamics. The purpose of this study is to obtain a complete, detailed, and systematic description in order to understand the impact, concept or practice, role and responsibility of parents on children's mental health. The method used is qualitative with a normative juridical approach, this study analyzes how parental disputes affect the psychological development of children in Muslim families. The results obtained are that children exposed to domestic conflicts often experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, and behavior disorders. Islam emphasizes the importance of maintaining domestic harmony and protecting the interests of children. Islam has mechanisms to protect children's mental health from the negative effects of domestic conflicts, while still striving for peace and family integrity. The results of this study are expected to provide new insights into efforts to protect the mental health of Muslim children affected by domestic conflicts, as well as enrich the understanding of the implementation of Islamic family law in the modern context.
