Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of diversity, including ethnicity, culture, language, and religion. This divercity makes Indonesia a country ini rich in divercity. In responding to this diversity, of course there is an attitude of tolerance to prevent division. In the midst of this era of development, there is still a phenomenon of intolerance, so tolerance needs to be echoed and strengthened continuously. One of them in through the local tradition of tulun tali which is practiced by the people of Sukutokan Village, Kelubagolit District, on Adonara Island.This tradition is a praktice of mutual cooperation in terms of helping in the form of goods, foodstuffs and animals in people’s lives at certain events or events. This study aims to determine how to strengthen religious tolerance through the tulun tali tradition in Sukutokan Village. The research method used in this study is a qualitative using a descriptive approach. The results of study show that the tulun tali tradition practiced by the Sukutokan Village community in various social activities, such as death customs, marriages, religious events, building traditional house, and building residents house can strengthen religious tolerance.

Abstract

School pastoral care is an important part of Catholic education to increase the development of children's faith as adults and able to implement it in daily life. However, there are still problems that occur in the implementation of school pastoral in preaching the Gospel in every school institution. The purpose of this research is the Relationship of Evangelium Gaudium with the Pastoral of Catholic Schools: Reflections on the Role of Schools in Proclaiming the Gospel. The research method used is a qualitative research type with a literature review approach. The results found were; First, the EG-School Symbiotic Relationship; EG as a theological foundation, schools as an operational field; Second, the key problem; Academic elitism, pastoral fragmentation, weak response to the times; Third, Solutions; Integrative model based on 3 pillars (inculturative curriculum, encounter community, partnership);  Fourth, School Identity; Prophetic space: agents of change, laboratories of values, communities of hope; Fifth, Future Challenges; Reform of inclusive policies and teacher-missionary formation. Thus the importance of the application of Evangelium Gaudium in Catholic education through school pastoral care as a deeper and more concrete proclamation of the Gospel for students.

Abstract

Partisipasi anak dalam kehidupan menggereja penting dalam membentuk karakter anak. Namun, masih ditemukan karakter anak belum tercapai maksimal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk pembentukan karakter anak melalui partisipasi misdinar pada tugas misa harian. Lokasi penelitian di Paroki St. Maria Pembantu Abadi Weri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian berjumlah 6 orang informan, 4 orang sebagai informan kunci sedangkan 2 orang informan tambahan dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pembentukan karakter anak melalui misdinar melalui tugas misa harian sudah mampu meningkatkan karakter anak namun belum secara maksimal sehingga perlu dilakukan pembinaan secara rutin oleh pendamping. Dengan demikian penelitian ini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan karakter anak agar semakin memiliki rasa partisipasi terhadap kehidupan menggereja sebagai wada pembentukan karakter anak yang lebih unggul dan berkualitas
