Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of Google Classroom-based learning innovation and technological support on student learning performance in the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a sample of students from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan. The results show that the implementation of Google Classroom-based learning innovation and technological support have a positive and significant effect on student learning performance. These findings indicate that the use of online learning platforms such as Google Classroom, supported by the availability of adequate technology, can improve students' academic performance. The implication of this research is the need to improve lecturers' ability to utilize learning technologies, as well as the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure to support online learning at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan. This study provides insights for educational institutions in developing effective learning strategies through the integration of digital technology.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the impact of campus environment and human resource management on productivity in economics faculty students at Medan State University. This research applies quantitative methods to study the relationship between the various variables. The free variables in this study are student productivity with its bound variables namely campus environment and human resource management. The data in this study is primary data by spreading the questionnaire as a data collection method. Respondents to this study were 80 students at the Faculty of Economics of State University of Medan. The hypothesis was tested with the help of SmartPLS software. Based on the test the researchers found that the campus environment and human resource management had a positive and significant influence on student productivity.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of teamwork on employee performance at Kemang Jaya 2 Restaurant using a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that effective teamwork, supported by good communication and inclusive leadership, has a positive impact on increasing employee productivity and job satisfaction. However, challenges such as work discipline and interpersonal conflict are still obstacles that need to be managed strategically. The recommendations of this study include communication training, conflict management, and collaborative skills development to create a more conducive work environment. With this strategy, it is hoped that organizations can improve operational effectiveness and competitiveness in the competitive restaurant industry.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dimana data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan menggunakan data sekunder, dimana data dan informasi yang diperlukan diperoleh dengan cara membaca buku, dari internet, dan penelitian skripsi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa secara parsial employee engagement dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
