Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the The Impact of Product Development Challenges on Innovation Management of Charcoal Briquettes at the Medan Amplas Briquette House. The research method used is a qualitative method with interviews and literature study as data collection techniques. Based on survey result releved that limited resources and technology, low knowledge and expertise, and limited market access are the main challenges. To address this issue, partnerships with research institutions, employee training, and digital marketing are recommended. Implementation of this strategy is expected to increase production efficiency, competitiveness and business desirability. This research provides guidance for other SMEs and encourages further research into sustainable product innovation.

Abstract

Digital leadership has become a strategic element in supporting employee performance amidst the rapid development of technology and digital transformation. This study aims to analyze in depth how digital leadership affects employee performance, with a focus on technology adaptation, innovation, and renewal of organizational work culture. The research method uses a qualitative approach based on literature review, which includes analysis of journal articles, books, and relevant online publications. The results of the study indicate that effective digital leaders are not only able to utilize technology strategically, but also create a work environment that supports flexibility, collaboration, and innovation. In addition, digital leaders play an important role in strengthening employee commitment through technology-based empowerment and motivation. These findings confirm that digital leadership can improve operational efficiency, encourage creativity in problem solving, and create sustainable added value for the organization. This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions in the development of digital leadership models in various sectors, especially in facing the challenges of the digital transformation era.

Abstract

This research analyzes the role of the Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) as a frontliner in the marketing strategy for Wardah products, one of the leading cosmetic brands in Indonesia. Using qualitative methods through in-depth interviews and observations, this research found that SPG has a significant contribution in increasing brand awareness, customer loyalty and product sales effectiveness. The research results also reveal that communication skills, adaptation to digital marketing trends, and collaboration with the marketing team are key factors for SPG's success in achieving marketing targets. This research suggests the importance of ongoing training, attention to SPG welfare, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration to increase the effectiveness of SPG's role in supporting Wardah's marketing strategy.
