Abstract

Digital leadership has become a strategic element in supporting employee performance amidst the rapid development of technology and digital transformation. This study aims to analyze in depth how digital leadership affects employee performance, with a focus on technology adaptation, innovation, and renewal of organizational work culture. The research method uses a qualitative approach based on literature review, which includes analysis of journal articles, books, and relevant online publications. The results of the study indicate that effective digital leaders are not only able to utilize technology strategically, but also create a work environment that supports flexibility, collaboration, and innovation. In addition, digital leaders play an important role in strengthening employee commitment through technology-based empowerment and motivation. These findings confirm that digital leadership can improve operational efficiency, encourage creativity in problem solving, and create sustainable added value for the organization. This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions in the development of digital leadership models in various sectors, especially in facing the challenges of the digital transformation era.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of marketing strategies and teamwork on sales effectiveness at PT Sumber Jaya Motor Honda Medan. The marketing strategies implemented include promotions through events, brochure distribution, and the use of social media to reach consumers. Solid teamwork between departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, is the key to implementing these strategies effectively. The results of the study show that although the sales contribution from promotional events is relatively small, social media and brochure distribution have a significant impact on increasing sales. Synergy between teams allows companies to maximize the potential of marketing strategies, increase brand awareness, and maintain competitiveness in the automotive market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan organizational culture terhadap employee performance pada badan pengawasan keuangan dan pembangunan (BPKP) Medan. Employee performance merupakan hasil yang diperoleh karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Employee engagement merujuk pada keterikatan atau keterlibatan karyawan terhadap perusahaan sedangkan organizational culture mencakup norma atau nilai yang berlaku pada lingkungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PNS yang telah bekerja minimal 5 tahun BPKP Medan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda untuk melihat pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap employee performance, organizational culture berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance, serta employee engagement dan organizational culture berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap employee performance BPKP Medan.
