Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to create the independence of Bekasi Batik by introducing Pakem Batik Bekasi and the novelty of Bekasi Batik from batik batik in Indonesia, as well as independence as an entrepreneur who is able to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of his business. The method used is to provide digital marketing training, how to create content both in indonesian and english, business model canvas, AMO (Ability Motivation Opportunity), innovation and creativity, and branding. In addition to training, mentoring and coaching are also provided and the creation of the Bekasi Batik platform application, so that the promotion system is not only through exhibitions, but also online sales are usually carried out, namely through IG or other online media, but the creation of a platform application specifically about Batik and highlighting the novelty of Bekasi batik with other batik in Indonesia, even the creation of batik and ecoprint which are not only used for fashion but batik and ecoprint are poured into various handicrafts. Even made according to the consumption of the millennial and Z generations as the majority generation in Indonesia.

Abstract

The big challenge faced by local governments in this era of globalization is how to display professional apparatus, the ability to hold bureaucratic ethics in the task of fulfilling the aspirations of the community. This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and trust on community satisfaction in commitment mediation in Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the distribution of questionnaires and the results are processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study concluded that service quality does not have a significant influence on community satisfaction either directly or through commitment, while trust has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction both directly and through commitment. Emphasizing the importance of increasing public trust in public services to increase public satisfaction.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi dalam sektor pendidikan, termasuk penerapan sistem pembelajaran online. PT Sembilan Daya Manunggal (SDM9), sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia, membutuhkan platform pembelajaran digital yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bisnis para pengguna. Namun, perusahaan ini belum memiliki sistem pembelajaran online yang memungkinkan pengguna mengakses materi secara mudah dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran online berbasis Laravel 11 dengan sistem langganan yang memungkinkan pengguna mengakses materi dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan agile dalam pengembangan sistem. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka, serta dianalisis untuk memastikan kebutuhan pengguna dapat terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan telah berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan dengan fitur utama seperti manajemen kelas, sistem langganan, serta peran pengguna yang mencakup admin, teacher, dan student. Pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing memastikan bahwa semua fitur berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan. Sistem langganan berbasis model pembayaran memungkinkan pengguna mengakses materi pembelajaran dengan fleksibel, sementara antarmuka yang responsif meningkatkan kemudahan akses dan pengalaman belajar. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi PT Sembilan Daya Manunggal dalam menyediakan pembelajaran bisnis yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Perilaku flaming yang ditemukan dalam game online seperti Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) adalah jenis interaksi negatif yang sering terjadi dalam komunikasi real-time antara pemain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pemain MLBB melihat flaming sebagai hal yang melanggar etika dalam permainan kompetitif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang melibatkan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan 17 pemain MLBB aktif di wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi. Kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (SWOT) digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pemain menganggap flaming sebagai sesuatu yang tidak baik, yang mengganggu kerja sama tim, menurunkan semangat bermain, dan memengaruhi kinerja individu dan tim. Narasumber menyadari bahwa flaming merupakan pelanggaran etika digital, tetapi karena anonimitas di internet, beberapa menganggapnya sebagai hal yang "wajar". Pelampiasan emosi, frustrasi dengan kinerja tim, atau upaya mendominasi permainan adalah motivasi utama pemain flaming. Menurut analisis SWOT, flaming adalah kelemahan utama dalam hubungan tim. Namun, dengan fitur permainan yang lebih baik, ada peluang untuk mengajar dan meningkatkan norma etika. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan etika digital di kalangan pemain sangat penting untuk membuat lingkungan permainan yang sehat dan mendukung. Untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih menyeluruh tentang efek flaming dalam permainan online, penelitian selanjutnya harus memperluas responden dan menggunakan metodologi yang lebih beragam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job burnout and stress resilience on career development, with work-life balance as a mediating variable among employees of PT. VIRQUARIA in Bekasi Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type that seeks to test the relationships between variables in a structural model. The population in this study consists of all 200 employees of PT. VIRQUARIA, with a sampling technique using cluster sampling, resulting in a sample of 90 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that job burnout has no significant effect on career development, but it has a significant effect on work-life balance. Stress resilience does not have a direct effect on career development, but it significantly influences work-life balance. In addition, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on career development. However, work-life balance does not mediate the relationship between job burnout or stress resilience and career development. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining a balance between work and personal life as a critical factor in supporting employees' career development.

Abstract

This research is expected to contribute to the development of human resource management theory, especially in the Ability to Adjust Self, Work Achievement to Work Satiscation in Work Engagement mediation. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with the help of software AMOS. The respondents in this study are PT Pertamina employees who work in various divisions with a sample number determined using the Slovin formula, which is 150 employees randomly selected from the existing population. The test results showed that the ability to adjust self did not have a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Work achievement also does not have a significant effect directly on job satisfaction. The ability to adjust has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on work engagement.  Work engagement has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The results of this study can be a reference for the management of PT Pertamina, that Adaptability, Work Achievement, Work Attachment, and Job Satisfaction have a very important role in increasing employee job satisfaction. Companies also need to regularly monitor and evaluate the development of employee job attachment and job satisfaction to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

This study was conducted to explore the extent to which Cultural Environment Factors and Psychological Empowerment influence Employee Engagement, with Employee Perspective as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach using a causal-explanatory research design. Data analysis was carried out using the Lemeshow formula and the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, executed through the SmartPLS 4.0 software. Respondents were selected randomly using the Simple Random Sampling method. The results of the study indicate that Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Employee Perspective. Internal Cultural Environment significantly affects Employee Engagement, but does not have a direct significant effect on Employee Perspective. Psychological Empowerment was found to have a significant effect on both Employee Engagement and Employee Perspective. Furthermore, the study revealed a significant indirect effect of Internal Cultural Environment on Employee Perspective through Employee Engagement, as well as an indirect effect of Psychological Empowerment on Employee Perspective through Employee Engagement. These findings highlight the critical mediating role of Employee Engagement in shaping Employee Perspective.
