Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Staff Competence, Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality on Cargo Shipping Service Users is a scientific article of literature study within the scope of the combination of human resources and marketing management. The purpose of this article is to build hypotheses of influence between variables that will be used in further research. The object of research is on online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. Research methods with library research sourced from e-books and open access e-journals. Qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this article: 1) Staff Competence affects Cargo Shipping Service Users; 2) Customer Satisfaction affects Cargo Shipping Service Users; and 3) Service Quality affects Cargo Shipping Service Users.

Abstract

This study investigates how customer perceptions of service quality and airline brand image affect customer loyalty and intentions to repurchase. By employing a systematic literature review (SLR) method in line with the PRISMA protocol, the research examines 50 articles indexed in Scopus that pertain to customer perceptions in the airline sector. The results indicate that favorable perceptions of service quality significantly impact brand image, thereby promoting customer loyalty and repurchase intentions. Mediating factors such as "brand love," "passenger loyalty," and "positive word of mouth" are essential in reinforcing these connections. Additionally, the study presents a conceptual framework for airlines to develop more effective strategies aimed at improving customer loyalty. This research not only addresses theoretical gaps but also provides practical insights for enhancing airline service strategies that yield long-term benefits for customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research seeks to obtain empirical evidence and examine how learning discipline and motivation influence students' reading comprehension at Al-Ghozali Islamic High School, located in Gunung Sindur, Bogor. The study employs several analytical methods, including the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, ANOVA, Proportional Correct for assessing item difficulty, the biserial correlation coefficient, and the Kuder-Richardson reliability test. The findings reveal that both learning motivation and discipline significantly contribute to students' reading performance, particularly in understanding English texts. This ability will have an effect on increasing students' interest in reading, being able to optimise study time and being able to form good reading habits. In addition, the application of learning motivation and learning discipline will make students read regularly but without optimal understanding, students develop faster in reading skills, students maintain effective reading habits into adulthood. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for both teachers and students as well as institutions about students' reading ability to the maximum.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris dan menguji bagaimana disiplin belajar dan motivasi mempengaruhi pemahaman membaca siswa di SMA Islam Al-Ghozali, yang berlokasi di Gunung Sindur, Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode analisis, termasuk uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov, ANOVA, Proportional Correct untuk menilai tingkat kesulitan soal, koefisien korelasi biserial, dan uji reliabilitas Kuder-Richardson. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan disiplin secara signifikan berkontribusi pada kinerja membaca siswa, terutama dalam memahami teks bahasa Inggris. Kemampuan ini akan berpengaruh pada meningkatnya minat membaca siswa, mampu mengoptimalkan waktu belajar serta dapat membentuk kebiasaan membaca yang baik. Selain itu dengan penerapan motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar akan membuat siswa membaca secara rutin tetapi tanpa pemahaman yang optimal, siswa lebih cepat berkembang dalam kemampuan membaca, siswa mempertahankan kebiasaan membaca yang efektif hingga dewasa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat baik bagi guru maupun siswa maupun lembaga tentang kemampuan membaca siswa secara maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh prestige, kepuasan pelanggan (satisfaction), dan komunikasi korporat (corporate communication) terhadap identifikasi merek (brand identification) pada pelanggan Toko Oke Doku di Grand Mall Bekasi. Fenomena persaingan bisnis ritel yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk membangun citra merek yang kuat guna meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 115 responden menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebelum dilakukan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel kepuasan pelanggan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap identifikasi merek. Sementara itu, prestige dan komunikasi korporat tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu lebih fokus pada peningkatan pengalaman dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai faktor kunci dalam membangun kekuatan identitas merek di tengah persaingan pasar yang kompetitif.
