Abstract

This activity aims to provide socialization to young consumers about understanding the basic concepts of consumer behavior to help increase their confidence in making purchasing decisions as smart consumers. The activity was conducted at SMA 81 Jakarta involving 31 class X students. Pretest and post-test in the form of online questionnaires were administered before and after the socialization. Descriptive analysis and paired t-test were perfomed to analyze the data. The results of the analysis showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of consumer behavior in order to become smart consumers. The paired t-test showed that the difference in understanding scores before and after socialization showed a significant increase. The implication of this activity can be the basis for the development of similar extension programs in the educational environment, to equip the younger generation with knowledge and practical skills in dealing with the dynamics of consumer behavior.

Abstract

The concept of betrayal from the perspective of the Qur'an emphasizes the forms of betrayal and the implications of the verses offered by the Qur'an in dealing with these acts of betrayal. The objectives of this research include three, namely, knowing the terms related to betrayal. Second, know the forms and factors that cause betrayal. Third, know solutions to prevent treasonous acts. This research uses a qualitative analysis method, collecting data from Al-Quran verses related to betrayal. Data was analyzed using a textual and contextual approach to understand the meaning, context, and message conv, eyed by the Al-Quran regarding treasonous acts. The data analysis technique used in this research is the qualitative analysis based on the views of the Book of Tafsir Al Misbah by Prof. Quraish Shihab, Tafsir Ibnu Katsir, and Tafsir, Kemenag. The results of this research show that the terms of betrayal that can be identified are munafiq, murtad, disobedient, ghulul, kadzib, and the factors that cause traitorous behavior include hubb, hasad, khasam, baghyu, and anniayah.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Staff Competence, Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality on Cargo Shipping Service Users is a scientific article of literature study within the scope of the combination of human resources and marketing management. The purpose of this article is to build hypotheses of influence between variables that will be used in further research. The object of research is on online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. Research methods with library research sourced from e-books and open access e-journals. Qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this article: 1) Staff Competence affects Cargo Shipping Service Users; 2) Customer Satisfaction affects Cargo Shipping Service Users; and 3) Service Quality affects Cargo Shipping Service Users.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image, social media and price perceptions on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Lion Parcel in Indonesia. This sample is 179 respondents who use Lion Parcel expedition services. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS 4.0). The result of this study show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Social media has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The result of this artikel can be basis for Lion Parcel to improve their marketing skill by considering social media users and price perceptions that are aligned with their benefit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap (1) Bagaimana dasar Pembacaan Surah-Surah Muktabarah sebelum tidur terhadap Santriwati di Pondok Karya Pembangunan Al-Hidayah. (2) Apa saja Hikmah Pembacaan Surah-Surah Muktabarah sebelum tidur terhadap Santriwati di Pondok Karya Pembangunan Al-Hidayah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field Research) yang mana dalam teknis deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah Living Qur'an, dengan melakukan peninjauan ke lapangan terhadap pemahaman parasantriwati tentang Pembacaan Surah-Surah Muktabarah sebelum tidur terhadap Santriwati di Pondok Karya Pembangunan Al-Hidayah yang diterapkan sebagai penutup kegiatan sehari. Adapun hasil penelitian ini (1) Dasar pembacaan surah-surah Muktabarah sebelum tidur di Pondok Karya Pembangunan Al-Hidayah memiliki pengaruh yang sangat positif bagi santriwati, terutama dalam hal ketenangan jiwa dan batin. Surah muktabarah yang diterapkan fokus pada Surah Al Fatihah, Surah Al-Baqarah, Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, dan Surah An-Nas. (2) Hikmah dari pembacaan surah-surah muktabarah sebelum tidur, baik dari sisi spiritual, emosional, sosial, maupun psikologis. Kebiasaan ini layak untuk terus dilestarikan dan dijadikan sebagai bagian penting dari kurikulum pendidikan karakter di pondok pesantren, karena terbukti memberikan manfaat nyata bagi perkembangan pribadi santriwati.

Abstract

This research is to determine the factors that influence the purchase intention of customers or potential customers that mediated by trust in online marketplaces during the COVID-19 pandemic and entering the digital era 4.0. This study used quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used was 306 respondents. This research uses path analysis techniques with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test show a significant and positive influence on each latent variable except for the results of the hypothesis test of the effect of ease on trust which has a direct but not significant and positive influence. While in the indirect influence test, latent variables have a significant and positive indirect influence, except for the indirect influence of convenience on purchase intention mediated by customer or prospective customer confidence. Thus, marketplace application business people are expected to improve digital marketing services, especially in the ease of using applications so that they can increase purchase intent that further makes transactions on marketplace applications.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the principal's leadership style and school climate on teacher performance at SMPIT Annur Cikarang Timur. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis method to analyze the collected data. The results of this study show that simultaneously, the principal's leadership style and school climate have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The simultaneous hypothesis test confirms that the principal's leadership style and school climate contribute significantly to teacher performance at SMPIT Annur Cikarang Timur. These results indicate that the role of the headmaster in developing an effective leadership style and creating a conducive school climate is critical in improving teacher performance. In addition, the hypothesis test partially showed that each of the variables, namely the principal's leadership style and school climate, positively and significantly influence individual teacher performance. Thus, the results of this study make an essential contribution to improving teacher performance and school management. The practical implications of this research are the importance of developing effective principal leadership and creating a conducive school climate as factors that can improve teacher motivation and performance. This research can also be a foundation for developing better school management strategies at SMPIT Annur Cikarang Timur and similar educational institutions
