Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen Motivasi Merja (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), Pelatihan (X3), dan Kompensasi (X4) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Fokus utama adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa signifikan pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel independent atau variabel X terhadap variabel dependen atau variable Y. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada kali ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk menguji hipotesis melalui uji F (simultan) dan uji t (parsial). Uji F dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh gabungan dari semua variabel independen, sedangkan uji t digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh individual dari masing-masing Motivasi Merja (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), Pelatihan (X3), dan Kompensasi (X4) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Merja (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), Pelatihan (X3), dan Kompensasi (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan angka signifikansi sebesar 4.110. Uji t mengindikasikan bahwa independen Motivasi Merja Kompensasi (X4) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), sedangkan beberapa lainnya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang kuat. Nilai signifikansi > 2.262 mengkonfirmasi bahwa pengaruh signifikan dan tidak signifikan terjadi secara parsial pada variabel independen yang diuji. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami pentingnya analisis simultan variabel-variabel independen dalam mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini relevan bagi manajer sumber daya manusia dalam pengambilan Keputusan keputusan strategis, terutama dalam merancang kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada departemen Human Resources. Abstract

This research is grounded in the findings of a preliminary study conducted on 3rd-grade students at SDN 06 Pagi Kebon Jeruk, revealing a high level of student attachment to their gadgets. This attachment carries the potential risk of gadget addiction, leading to psychological disturbances such as concentration problems, hyperactivity, and moral behavior issues in children. The primary aim of this study is to investigate the impact of gadget usage on the moral development of 3rd-grade elementary school students at SDN 06 Pagi Kebon Jeruk. The research employs a quantitative associative approach. The research population comprises 96 participants of third-grade students at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Pagi Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat. In The sample in this study was selected using the total sampling technique.. Data were collected through a questionnaire instrument utilizing a Likert scale. The study reveals a significant positive influence of gadget usage on the moral development of children at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Pagi Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat (sig p 0.044, with a simple linear regression equation Y= 32.954 -0.185X) and an R-square value of 0.43, indicating a 43% influence of gadget usage on child development. The remaining percentage is influenced by other variables or factors.

Abstract

Background: Celery (Apium graveolens) is a horticultural crop with significant economic and culinary value, particularly in Indonesia, where leaf celery is more commonly cultivated. Despite growing interest in hydroponic farming in regions such as Bangka Belitung, celery cultivation remains limited due to challenges in seed germination, especially under lowland and hot climate conditions. Celery seeds are known for slow and inconsistent germination due to hard seed coats and naturally occurring germination inhibitors like coumarin. Seed soaking in plant growth regulators (PGRs), including natural alternatives such as red onion (Allium cepa L) extract—rich in gibberellins and auxins—has been proposed to enhance germination and seedling vigor.Aims & Methods: This study aimed to investigate the effects of different soaking durations (24 and 48 hours) and concentrations (0%, 10%, 20%, and 30%) of red onion extract on the germination performance of celery seeds.Result: The results of this study indicate that a 24-hour soaking duration is the most effective in enhancing celery seed germination as under these conditions, the seeds experience only brief exposure to low oxygen levels. However, soaking seeds in red onion extract at concentrations of 10% to 30% resulted in lower germination parameters compared to the 0% because the concentration is suspected to be too high for celery seeds. Analysis of the interaction between soaking duration and extract concentration revealed that control seeds (without soaking or directly sowing) achieved germination performance comparable to the best treatment combination in terms of germination power, germination speed index, and mean germination time. At the same time, the highest vigor index and seedling length were observed in seeds treated with 10% red onion extract for 24 hours, which also showed similar performance to the control treatment.

Abstract

PT EPK is a company engaged in the printing and packaging industry, producing cardboard, paper pallets, and polyfoam. One of its products, Outer Generic Uli, experiences unstable demand, making it difficult for the company to accurately forecast market needs. Inaccurate forecasting can lead to stock overages or shortages and increased storage costs. Moreover, selecting the most appropriate forecasting method remains a challenge. This study aims to compare three forecasting methods—moving average, double exponential smoothing, and linear regression—to determine the most accurate model. Forecast accuracy is evaluated using tracking signal and mean square error (MSE). The results show that linear regression yields the most accurate forecast with the lowest MSE of 642,460.32. In comparison, double exponential smoothing has an MSE of 991,250, while moving average results in an MSE of 2,832,031.25. The significant difference in MSE indicates that linear regression outperforms the other methods. Implementing this method is expected to optimize inventory management, reduce the risk of stock imbalance, and enhance both supply chain efficiency and decision-making accuracy..
