Abstract

The research aimed to assess the extent to which fintech P2P lending contributes to the generation of purchasing power in South Sulawesi Province. Data were collected from websites associated with fintech P2P lending and analyzed using software designed for indexing, searching, and handling non-numerical and unstructured data. The findings indicate that the availability of online loans positively impacts economic growth in South Sulawesi. During the final seven months of 2023, the average monthly distribution of peer-to-peer (P2P) lending funds reached IDR 19.04 trillion. The total distribution within the industry amounted to IDR 20.38 trillion, with IDR 7.26 trillion (35.65 percent) allocated to the productive sector, including micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). This research contributes to the field by observing a 30.17 percent increase in credit in South Sulawesi Province. In February 2024, individual credit distribution in South Sulawesi reached IDR 1.29 trillion, based on 355,948 credit transactions. Fintech P2P lending helps improve financial literacy and inclusion in the South Sulawesi region by providing an easy-to-use digital platform to reach people in remote areas and support more equitable economic development. The contribution of fintech P2P lending plays an important role in increasing people's purchasing power while strengthening the foundation of the local economy in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee work discipline, and reward giving on employee performance at PT Inhutani I Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. Sampling used a saturated sample, namely taking the entire population as a sample, a total of 30 employees working at PT.Inhutani I Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires or questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis tool used was SPSS Version 125. The results showed that work discipline (X1) and reward (X2) both partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Inhutani I Banjarbaru South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the test results t (partial) work discipline variable which has a significant 0.002 <0.05 (α = 5%) and reward variable which has a significant 0.009 <0.05 (α = 5%). As well as work discipline and giving rewards together (Simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Inhutani I Banjarbaru, as evidenced by the results of the significance value of the F test output of 0.000 <0.05 (α = 5%).

Abstract

Desa Pallantikang Kecamatan Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto merupakan kegiatan pelaksanaan Desa Bonto Salama merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Sinjai Barat, Kabupaten Sinjai. Penduduk Desa Bonto Salama masyarakat desa ini berprofesi sebagai petani. Masyarakat di Desa Bonto Salama masih belum optimal memanfaatkan peluang pariwisata yang tersedia. Pada data kependudukan tahun 2021, tingkat pendidikan didominasi orang yang tidak sempat melalui pendidikan jenjang formal. Perhatian masyarakat Desa terhadap potensi pariwisata dalam meningkatkan perekonomian sudah mulai terbuka, namun tetap diperlukan dukungan ide dan fasilitas agar destinasi wisata di Desa Bonto Salama terdapat bisa berkembang. Tingkat kesadaran masyarakat Desa Bonto Salama untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata desa sangat tinggi. Tingkat pengetahuan mayarakat secara spesifik menjadi kendala utama bagi masyarakat desa pengembangan potensi ekonomi dalam mencapai taraf kesejahteraan. Kendala tersebut diperlukan pendampingan secara lebih intens dalam mendukung peningkatan ekonomi desa berbasis wisata desa. Wisata Desa Sapana merupakan potensi yang cukup menarik dan mampu menarik wisatawan domestik. Ketiadaan instrumen untuk mencitrakan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki Wisata Sapana kepada calon pengembang, investor, dan pemerintah pusat menjadi kendala utama saat ini.
