Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang etika bisnis dan pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada toko Biru yang merupakan tempat penjualan kebutuhan rumah tangga. Etika merupakan sistem moral dan prinsip-prinsip dari suatu perilaku manusia yang kemudian dijadikan standarisasi, baik-buruk, salah-benar, serta sesuatu yang bermoral atau tidak bermoral, Sedangkan Pelayanan adalah perihal atau cara melayani, usaha melayani orang lain dengan memperoleh imbalan (uang) jasa, kemudahaan yang diberikan sehubungan dengan jual beli barang atau jasa.  Pelayanan pada dasarnya adalah kegiatan yang ditawarkan oleh organisasi atau perorangan kepada konsumen, yang bersifat tidak berwujud dan tidak dapat dimiliki, sehigga dalam artikel ini akan dibahas bagaimana etika dan pelayanan memberikan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan.Kata Kunci : Etika Bisnis, Layanan, kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of YouTube media in improving students' speaking skills. As a digital platform rich in audiovisual content, YouTube offers a variety of authentic materials that can be used as learning resources to enrich vocabulary, improve pronunciation, and boost students’ confidence and intonation in speaking. This research employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach. The results indicated that the structured use of YouTube media in the learning process had a significant impact on students’ speaking skill improvement. These findings recommend integrating digital media like YouTube into language learning curricula as an effort to enhance students’ oral communication skills in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kesantunan berbahasa anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI) terhadap rakyat pada tahun 2025. Kesantunan berbahasa dipandang sebagai faktor penting dalam menjaga legitimasi politik, membangun kepercayaan publik, serta menciptakan stabilitas demokrasi. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan analisis wacana kritis, studi dokumentasi, survei opini publik, dan observasi digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa praktik komunikasi politik DPR dipengaruhi oleh aspek pragmatik, sosiolinguistik, psikologis, dan digital. Studi kasus sepanjang tahun 2025 memperlihatkan sejumlah kontroversi, seperti pernyataan emosional dalam sidang, sindiran di media sosial, hingga komentar diskriminatif yang menimbulkan reaksi publik. Fenomena tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa kesalahan berbahasa sekecil apa pun dapat berdampak luas terhadap citra DPR. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kode etik, pelatihan komunikasi politik, profesionalisasi pengelolaan media sosial, serta internalisasi budaya politik santun menjadi rekomendasi utama. Kesantunan berbahasa terbukti tidak hanya sebagai norma etika, melainkan juga sebagai fondasi kepercayaan dan legitimasi DPR RI di mata masyarakat.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of remote learning environments on students’ speaking abilities, particularly among learners in geographically isolated areas. Using a descriptive qualitative design, data were collected from 50 ninth-grade students at a private Islamic junior secondary school in a remote area through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with English teachers, and self-report questionnaires focusing on linguistic competence and motivation. The findings indicate that remote learning contexts intensify several barriers to speaking development, including limited vocabulary, poor pronunciation, low confidence, and reduced motivation. These challenges are largely attributed to minimal exposure to authentic English use, strong interference from the first language, and restricted learning environments. In addition, psychological factors such as fear of making mistakes and classroom interaction constraints further hinder students’ oral performance. The study also identifies gaps in instructional implementation, including limited evaluation practices and time constraints, which contribute to less effective learning outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of providing targeted pedagogical support, improving access to digital learning resources, and adopting culturally responsive teaching strategies to enhance students’ speaking proficiency in remote settings. This study contributes to the broader discussion on equitable English language education in underserved areas.
