Abstract

Abstract. Sungai Tandipah Village experienced a spike in stunting sufferers from stunting screening activities held at the Banjar Regency level. From the Sungai Tabuk 3 Health Center area, Sungai Tandipah Village had the highest stunting rate. There was a 30% stunting incidence rate. Therefore, efforts were made to prevent and control this stunting. The objectives and focus of this activity were to: Increase the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres about herbal nutraceutical products, Tui Na massage and correct anthropometric measurements for stunting detection, Provide training in making herbal nutraceutical products of celery leaves with carrots along with chicken protein that children like in meeting toddler nutrition, Train cadres in Tui Na Massage practices and increase the knowledge and skills of cadres for education to parents of toddlers at Posyandu to increase toddler appetite and improve toddler sleep effectiveness. There was a 100% increase in cadre knowledge and skills for Tui Na massage and 57% for cadre knowledge and skills for herbal nutraceutical products and anthropometry. Posyandu cadres know and can practice Tui Na massage for toddlers and make herbal nutraceutical preparations that are liked by toddlers, children and adults. Abstrak. Desa Sungai Tandipah mengalami lonjakan angka penderita stunting dari kegiatan skrining stunting yang diadakan Tingkat kabupaten Banjar. Dari wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Tabuk 3, desa Sungai Tandipah paling tinggi angka stunting. Terdapat 30% angka kejadian stunting. Oleh karena itu dilakukan upaya untuk mencegah dan mengendalikan stunting ini. Tujuan dan fokus kegiatan ini adalah untuk : Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan  kader posyandu tentang produk nutraseutikal herbal ,  pijat Tui Na dan pengukuran antoprometri yang benar  untuk deteksi stunting, Memberikan pelatihan dalam pembuatan produk nutraseutikal herbal daun seledri dengan wortel bersama protein ayam  yang disukai anak dalam memenuhi nutrisi balita, Melatih kader praktek Pijat Tui Na dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader untuk edukasi kepada orang tua balita di posyandu untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan balita dan meningkatkan efektifitas tidur balita. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader sebesar 100% untuk pijat Tui Na dan 57% untuk pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader untuk produk nutraseutikal herbal dan antopometri. Kader posyandu mengenal dan bisa mempraktekkan pijat Tui Na untuk balita dan membuat sediaan nutraseutikal herbal tapi disukai baik balita , anak maupun orang dewasa.

Abstract

Information systems have an important role in supporting the health service process, to support the performance of hospital services using computerization. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the prescription service information system with the HOT-FIT (human, organization, technology and net benefit) method at Puruk Cahu Hospital. This study used a cross-sectional quantitative descriptive design  with a sample of 20 respondents. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, interviews with the Head of Pharmaceutical Installation, pharmacists, and pharmaceutical technical personnel, and data analysis by calculating SIM evaluation scores using the SPSS application. The results of the evaluation after development, the human  aspect results are good category with the effectiveness of the application of SIM application after development, the organization  aspect results are good category for the application of management information systems, the technology  aspect obtained good results after development for system implementation. The last aspect of net benefit has good category results. The results of information system development at the pharmaceutical installation of RSUD Puruk Cahu showed a significant increase in human, organizational, technology and net benefit aspects of 5.97; 10.31; 11.88 and 3.00% respectively
