Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. SOCFINDO. The researcher uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Replication research is the repetition of the basic experiment. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression model. As for the results of this study, the first hypothesis proposed states that the work environment variable (X) has an effect on the work motivation variable (Z). Work Environment variable (X) has no effect on Employee Performance variable (Y). Work Motivation variable (Z) has an effect on Employee Performance variable (Y). work environment variables cannot mediate the effect of work environment on work motivation. So it can be proven that H4 is rejected. The results of the study indicate that the role of work motivation on employee performance is significant, at PT. Socfindo means that employee motivation affects the way employees show their daily work performance. Health facilities and insurance in this case have met the basic needs of employees in the category of security needs.

Abstract

This research is about the Implementation of Green Industrial Policy on Sustainable Development with Green Innovation as a Mediating Variable at PT Samator Gas Industri Tebing Tinggi. In this research, the approach used by researchers is a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is systematic scientific research into parts and phenomena as well as the relationships between parts of phenomena. Data analysis techniques are used to answer problems or test hypotheses that have been formulated. Data management in this research will use smartPLS software. The first hypothesis is accepted that Green Industry (X) influences Green Innovation (Z). The second hypothesis is accepted that Green Innovation (Z) influences Sustainable Development (Y). The third hypothesis is accepted that Green Industry (X) has a significant effect on Sustainable Development (Y) through Green Innovation (Z) as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The development of technology in the Industry 4.0 era has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt digital marketing strategies in carrying out their business activities. This study aims to analyze how digital marketing strategies can increase consumer loyalty in MSMEs, especially through the use of social media, e-commerce, and digital-based customer relationship management (CRM). The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach on several MSMEs that are actively conducting digital marketing. The results of the study show that the implementation of digital strategies such as attractive marketing content, active interaction with customers on online platforms, and proper use of customer data has been proven to increase consumer engagement and loyalty. This study concludes that digital marketing is not only a promotional tool, but also a strategy for building long-term relationships with consumers that are effective and relevant in the current era of digital transformation.

Abstract

UMKM jamur tiram di Desa Blok 10 memiliki potensi ekonomi lokal yang menjanjikan, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti produksi manual yang tidak efisien, keterbatasan inovasi produk, serta pemasaran yang masih konvensional. Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mendorong transformasi UMKM jamur tiram melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna, inovasi produk olahan, digitalisasi pemasaran, serta penguatan branding usaha. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan produksi berbasis inkubator otomatis, pembuatan produk olahan bernilai tambah, aktivasi media sosial dan marketplace digital, serta perancangan identitas visual produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi produksi, diversifikasi produk, serta perluasan jangkauan pasar yang berdampak pada penguatan ekonomi masyarakat desa secara berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM desa menuju integrasi dalam ekosistem smart economy.

Abstract

The research objective is to see and analyze the impact of relationship marketing and store atmosphere on customer loyalty by using satisfaction as an intervention variable. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in this study were 92 respondents and the sampling technique used was purpositive. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who visited more than once using a Likert scale. Using the SPSS 25.00 tool, the t-test and path analysis yielded the following results. Relationship marketing and Store Atmosphare have an influence on customer loyalty variables. where tcount > ttable. Relationship marketing and store atmosphere affect the satisfaction variable, tcount > ttable. Customer satisfaction has no effect on customer loyalty variables. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction cannot mediate relationship marketing and store atmosphere on customer loyalty.
