Abstract

At this juncture, the growth of handicraft business in the world is quite rapidly which marked by the hard competition increasingly of handicraft products between the district of regions Aceh, therefore the handicraft entrepreneurs from Aceh must show a high competitiveness to other regional products through conduct a good marketing strategy. “Y” generation is an important consumer market segment in future due to the rapid growth of this generation and is also a high-income community. Consequently, the "Y" generation has attracted various research groups and scientific discipline attention. The aim of this research is to identify the perception of "Y" generation regarding the Lhokseumawe handicraft product. Through the quantitative approach via questionnaire this research found that: marginally, the perception of The generation “Y” at Lhokseumawe city to local handicraft products is still sufficient with low quality and the relatively expensive price. The purchasing of local handicraft products is only a gift or souvenir to introduce Aceh region and still not become a culture that shows the love of local products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Attitude, Subjective Norms, and Halal image either partially or simultaneously on the intention of prospective customers to use Islamic banking products at the Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS) Lhokseumawe branch and to find out the most dominant factors in influencing prospective customer intentions. The results showed that attitude, subjective norms, and Halal image were simultaneously significant in influencing the intention of prospective customers to use Islamic banking products. Partially each of the Attitude, Subjective Norms, and Halal image variables influence the intention of prospective customers to use Islamic banking products. Attitude variable is the most dominant variable in influencing the intention of prospective customers to use Islamic banking products.

Abstract

The aim of this non-profit initiative is to find solutions to the problems faced by women entrepreneurs in the village of Meulia Paro, Lhoksumawe. Issues identified include lack of knowledge and motivation in online business, lack of understanding of financial management when running a business, lack of capital and knowledge when managing long-term assets, and lack of understanding of Islamic business ethics. etc. As a method of implementing this activity, we conduct preliminary observations, approaches based on social observations, examine issues, and find appropriate solutions. The implementation phase includes interaction, counseling and training for her MSME business people in Meuria Paloh Village. Evaluation is done by observing the economic agent again after the end of the philanthropic activity. The conclusions of this non-profit activity indicated that most of the training participants had limited knowledge and motivation for online business, poor understanding of Islamic business ethics, and poor financial management. I'm here. Therefore, this outreach can provide sustainable solutions for women entrepreneurs in Meulia Paro village, improve the quality of their business, understand Islamic business ethics and financial management, and expand the market for MSME products. is expected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation on the turnover intention of contract workers at dr Fauziah Bireuen Hospital. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 contract workers using the Census sample method. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results partially show that job satisfaction negatively and significantly affects turnover intention, intrinsic motivation negatively and significantly affects turnover intention, and extrinsic motivation negatively and significantly affects turnover intention. Simultaneously, job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation positively and significantly affect the turnover intention of contract workers at dr Fauziah Bireuen Hospital.

Abstract

The international database that includes various industries shows that on average, only 20% of employees are engaged in their work, 20% are at a low point in their job, and the remaining 60% work without using their resources. This research aims to ascertain how employee work engagement at PT Smart Glove Tanjung Morawa is impacted by perceived organizational support (POS), job demand, and job satisfaction. This quantitative study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool distributed to 100 employees in the PT Smart Glove Tanjung Morawa production department using a Likert scale. The results indicate that perceived organizational support (POS) has a positive and significant influence on employee work engagement at PT Smart Glove Tanjung Morawa; job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee work engagement at PT Smart Glove Tanjung Morawa; and job demand has a negative but significant influence on employee work engagement at PT Smart Glove Tanjung Morawa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan: (1) Aktivitas belajar siswa Kelas VII UPT SPF SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis dengan menerapkan model Pembelajaran Talking Stick. (2) Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI Kelas VII UPT SPF SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis dengan menerapkan model Pembelajaran Talking Stick. Bentuk penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan serta refleksi dengan lokasi penelitian di V UPT SPF SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis dan dengan subjek penelitian yaitu siswa Kelas VII yang berjumlah 32 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes hasil belajar.Pada penelitian ini teknis analisis data yang dipakai adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi yang dilakukan oleh observer. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan hasil observasi menyimpulkan apakah dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa model pembelajaran Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI Kelas VII UPT SPF SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis Hal ini didukung dari hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata siklus I yaitu 75,6 dan nilai rata-rata pada siklus II yaitu 82,5. Jadi peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 6,9. Keunggulan dari model pembelajaran Talking Stick adalah adanya kerja sama dalam kelompok dalam menentukan keberhasilan kelompok tergantung keberhasilan individu, sehingga setiap anggota kelompok tidak bisa menggantungkan pada anggota yang lain. Pembelajaran Talking Stick menekankan pada aktivitas dan interaksi diantara siswa untuk saling memotivasi saling membantu dalam menguasai materi pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan guna mencapai prestasi yang maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. SOCFINDO. The researcher uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Replication research is the repetition of the basic experiment. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression model. As for the results of this study, the first hypothesis proposed states that the work environment variable (X) has an effect on the work motivation variable (Z). Work Environment variable (X) has no effect on Employee Performance variable (Y). Work Motivation variable (Z) has an effect on Employee Performance variable (Y). work environment variables cannot mediate the effect of work environment on work motivation. So it can be proven that H4 is rejected. The results of the study indicate that the role of work motivation on employee performance is significant, at PT. Socfindo means that employee motivation affects the way employees show their daily work performance. Health facilities and insurance in this case have met the basic needs of employees in the category of security needs.

Abstract

The diversity of ethnicities, cultures, and religions in Indonesian society is an undeniable fact. This diversity, of course, results in differences. These differences, if not properly managed, can lead to conflict. When the essence of tolerance like respecting other people’s differences as we embrace our own is upheld, this source of conflict and division in society can be prevented. The aim of this study is to identify and explain the tolerance values of the Dayak people, the social relations in their society, and the factors that prevent the preservation of religious tolerance based on the experience of the Dayak people of Lubuk Kakap Village. This research employed a qualitative research design with a phenomenological research method. Interviews and documentation were data collection procedures while data reduction, data display, and data verification are used as data analysis activities. The credibility (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability), and confirmability of the data in this research were used as data validity testing. Based on the findings of the study, the tolerance values documented the life of the Dayak community of Lubuk Kakap Village are respect, appreciation of religion, belief and culture in social relations. The Dayak people interact in meetings and communal work which is called gotong royong. The Dayak people believe that the factors that prevent religious tolerance include small or big conflicts and individual disputes.
