Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of place atmosphere, price perception and menu variations on consumer satisfaction at PT Panca Rasa Nusantara. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents who were determined using the Wibisono formula and purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample based on certain considerations. This study uses SPSS 25.0 as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that partially the atmosphere of the place has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while price perceptions and menu variations partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. While simultaneously showing that the atmosphere of the place, perception of prices and menu variations together have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This seminar aims to provide students with an understanding of the importance of sustainable leadership, encourage students to develop competitive leadership skills, shape students' characters to become future leaders with integrity, inspire students to play an active role in sustainable development in the surrounding environment, and equip students with insights and practical skills needed in the modern era. Important targets of this seminar include students of SMA Negeri 19 Medan as future leaders, teachers and educators as facilitators in the development of student leadership, the school environment as an ecosystem that supports the implementation of sustainable leadership, and the surrounding community as beneficiaries of positive changes produced by young leaders. The method was conducted indoors using slides and presentations in front of the students. Some questions and answers about the material provided were held to make it easier for all students to understand and find out more about the material that had been delivered previously. The implementation of service activities took place in the SMA Negeri 19 Medan Hall starting at 09.00 WIB until completion, with 200 participants attending. Activities in the form of direct delivery of material. The results of the seminar activities are Overall, the results of community service activities in the form of this seminar showed a significant positive impact on SMA Negeri 19 Medan students. The seminar not only succeeded in improving students' understanding of sustainable leadership, but also inspired them to become future leaders with competitiveness and integrity. In addition, this activity encouraged students to take an active role in creating positive changes in the school environment and society. With support from all parties, the results of this seminar are expected to create a sustainable impact and give birth to a generation of leaders who are able to answer challenges in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the impact of word-of-mouth, social media marketing and servicescape partially and simultaneously on Purchase Interest in Cols N Brew in Medan City. This research uses numerous straight relapse examination based on SPSS adaptation 25 investigation. The factual examination utilized in this investigate is Legitimacy and Unwavering quality Test, classical presumption test, different straight relapse examination, and theory testing. The population in this research is visitors to Cold N Brew Coffee, and the sample that cannot be known uses the Zikmund formula with a total of 100 respondents who visited Cold N Brew Coffee. The hypothesis used is that word of mouth, social media marketing, servicescape have a noteworthy impact on Consumer Purchase Interest. The results of this study are intended to help with the management of Cold N Brew Coffee in Medan City, in developing strategies to improve social media marketing and servicescape so as consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide insight into relevant leadership skills, increase adaptability, and empower students to lead effectively in a dynamic work environment. The important target of the seminar Transforming the Digitalization Era in Shaping the Spirit of Leadership in Gen-Z and Millennials is all students of the Potensi Utama University, study program in preparing the younger generation to become adaptive, innovative, inclusive, and ethical leaders in the digital era. Through increased understanding of technology, development of leadership skills, formation of a collaborative spirit, expansion of professional networks, and ethical awareness, this seminar is expected to produce future leaders who are ready to face the complexities and opportunities offered by the modern world of work. The method was conducted indoors using slides and presentations in front of the students. Several questions and answers about the material provided were held to facilitate all students in understanding and knowing more about the material that had been delivered previously. The implementation of community service activities took place in the Hall Building B, University of Main Potential Medan starting at 09.00 WIB until completion, attended by 400 student participants from all study programs at the University of Main Potential both offline and online (zoom). Activities in the form of direct delivery of material. The results of the seminar activities are that students are expected to develop adaptive and innovative skills in accordance with the demands of the times, students will also be able to recognize and overcome the challenges of digitalization, as well as implement effective leadership strategies, In addition, this seminar aims to expand the professional network of participants, so that they can collaborate and share experiences with peers. Overall, the seminar is expected to produce young leaders who are ready to face the dynamics and complexities of the modern working world.
