Employee performance is very determining progress something company Because performance is something very important thing in effort organization For reach objective . If employee own good performance _ naturally will give impact profitable for company vice versa _ if performance employee low so company will experience difficulties and losses in achievement goals that have been determined by the Company. Abstract

This seminar aims to provide students with an understanding of the importance of sustainable leadership, encourage students to develop competitive leadership skills, shape students' characters to become future leaders with integrity, inspire students to play an active role in sustainable development in the surrounding environment, and equip students with insights and practical skills needed in the modern era. Important targets of this seminar include students of SMA Negeri 19 Medan as future leaders, teachers and educators as facilitators in the development of student leadership, the school environment as an ecosystem that supports the implementation of sustainable leadership, and the surrounding community as beneficiaries of positive changes produced by young leaders. The method was conducted indoors using slides and presentations in front of the students. Some questions and answers about the material provided were held to make it easier for all students to understand and find out more about the material that had been delivered previously. The implementation of service activities took place in the SMA Negeri 19 Medan Hall starting at 09.00 WIB until completion, with 200 participants attending. Activities in the form of direct delivery of material. The results of the seminar activities are Overall, the results of community service activities in the form of this seminar showed a significant positive impact on SMA Negeri 19 Medan students. The seminar not only succeeded in improving students' understanding of sustainable leadership, but also inspired them to become future leaders with competitiveness and integrity. In addition, this activity encouraged students to take an active role in creating positive changes in the school environment and society. With support from all parties, the results of this seminar are expected to create a sustainable impact and give birth to a generation of leaders who are able to answer challenges in the modern era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa di Universitas Potensi Utama dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan mahasiswa dari jurusan yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pengajaran, fasilitas kampus, dan fleksibilitas jadwal kuliah. Namun, masalah seperti koneksi Wi-Fi yang lambat dan keterbatasan parkir menjadi faktor penghambat. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi peluang untuk meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa melalui pengembangan kegiatan non-akademik dan perbaikan fasilitas kampus. Saran yang diberikan meliputi peningkatan kualitas fasilitas fisik dan pengelolaan layanan yang lebih efektif.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan mahasiswa, analisis SWOT, pengajaran, fasilitas kampus, kegiatan non-akademik, Universitas Potensi Utama.

Abstract

In running a micro, small and medium enterprise, good management elements are needed, one of which is financial management which plays a very important role in managing a business and is evidence of fund development in the modern era today. Catfish farming, which is one of the MSMEs, has become one of the main businesses of the Kuta Baru Village community, Tebing Tinggi District, Serdang Bedagai. However, there are still many catfish farmers who experience obstacles in managing their business, especially in managing their financial management. The role of the Campus through Student KKN activities tries to help solve the problems in the Kuta Baru Village community. In this activity, catfish farmers are given guidance and assistance on how to make basic financial reports such as cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets, as well as strategies for managing production costs, maximizing profits, and long-term financial planning. The Maqasid Syariah aspects are also applied as an effort to realize community welfare through catfish farming which has a positive impact on entrepreneurs and their families as well as the surrounding community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh pelatihan hardskill dan softskill terhadap kompetensi peserta pemagangan ke Jepang yang dilaksanakan oleh Mirai Group Sumatera. Melalui pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap hubungan antara kedua jenis pelatihan tersebut dengan peningkatan kompetensi, diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan yang konstruktif dalam upaya pengembangan program pelatihan yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia industri di Jepang. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of compensation on employee performance at RSU Natama. Where data will be collected through distributing questionnaires to 32 respondents who are employees of RSU Natama, using the census method. The data obtained were then analyzed using a quantitative approach, which includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests through t-tests, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) using the SPSS 25 statistical analysis tool.

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly tight market competition, product innovation and quality management are key factors to ensure the sustainability and growth of MSMEs. Syagina Cassava Chips is one example of an MSME engaged in the processed food sector, especially cassava chips. The purpose of this activity is to identify and analyze the challenges faced by Syagina in product innovation and its impact on competitiveness in the market and to explore the quality management strategies implemented by Syagina in meeting consumer standards and competing with chip products from big brands and identifying opportunities that can be utilized by Syagina in developing product innovation and improving quality management to support business sustainability. The results of this activity show that limited financial and technological resources are the main obstacles in carrying out product innovation. However, by implementing effective quality management strategies, such as Total Quality Management (TQM) and strict quality control, Syagina Cassava Chips can ensure that the products produced meet the standards expected by consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak dari estimasi harga, kepuasan konsumen, dan pemasaran media sosial terhadap keputusan menginap di Grand Darussalam Hotel Medan. Keputusan untuk menginap merupakan aspek penting dari kesuksesan dalam industri perhotelan, dimana strategi penetapan harga, kualitas layanan, dan promosi digital secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data melalui survei yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang pernah menginap di hotel tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 49,1% dari variasi keputusan untuk menginap dipengaruhi oleh persepsi harga, kepuasan konsumen, dan pemasaran media sosial. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut secara bersama-sama memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan preferensi tamu. Sementara itu, sisanya sebesar 50,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, seperti lokasi, fasilitas, citra merek, atau rekomendasi pribadi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan ketiga variabel ini dapat secara strategis meningkatkan retensi tamu dan keunggulan kompetitif di sektor perhotelan. Penelitian di masa depan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide insight into relevant leadership skills, increase adaptability, and empower students to lead effectively in a dynamic work environment. The important target of the seminar Transforming the Digitalization Era in Shaping the Spirit of Leadership in Gen-Z and Millennials is all students of the Potensi Utama University, study program in preparing the younger generation to become adaptive, innovative, inclusive, and ethical leaders in the digital era. Through increased understanding of technology, development of leadership skills, formation of a collaborative spirit, expansion of professional networks, and ethical awareness, this seminar is expected to produce future leaders who are ready to face the complexities and opportunities offered by the modern world of work. The method was conducted indoors using slides and presentations in front of the students. Several questions and answers about the material provided were held to facilitate all students in understanding and knowing more about the material that had been delivered previously. The implementation of community service activities took place in the Hall Building B, University of Main Potential Medan starting at 09.00 WIB until completion, attended by 400 student participants from all study programs at the University of Main Potential both offline and online (zoom). Activities in the form of direct delivery of material. The results of the seminar activities are that students are expected to develop adaptive and innovative skills in accordance with the demands of the times, students will also be able to recognize and overcome the challenges of digitalization, as well as implement effective leadership strategies, In addition, this seminar aims to expand the professional network of participants, so that they can collaborate and share experiences with peers. Overall, the seminar is expected to produce young leaders who are ready to face the dynamics and complexities of the modern working world.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of Hawk's business, namely car wash services using applications and including businesses that have never been run before. This research method uses library research. The data obtained is then managed, analyzed in depth. The background for Hawk's is the difficulty the community has in getting services in the form of car washes, even if there are people who have to queue long to get these services so that it takes a long time. Therefore, it is hoped that the existence of the Hawk's application can help the community in solving this problem. In this study there are four aspects to be analyzed including economic and social aspects, aspects of human resources and organizational management, legal and legal aspects and market and marketing aspects. The results of the study show that Hawk's business is feasible to run, because in running this business in the aspect of human resources and management of this business organization, it is not only to achieve profit in the worldly aspect but also from a spiritual perspective it has been fulfilled, namely in terms of capital there is no interest system, from In terms of law and legality, this business is in the form of a firm and has a notarial deed, market and marketing aspects in this business. Furthermore, from the market and marketing aspect, this business uses its own website.
