Abstract

In an effort to reconstruct and reposition Islamic Religious Higher Education (PTKI) in this modern era, it is important to change our perspective and increase awareness of the true role of Islamic education. This is not only related to the ability of each PTKI to compete with leading universities in the world, but also about a greater responsibility, namely fighting for Islamic values in the context of national life. Apart from producing intellectually competent graduates, PTKI is also responsible for forming noble characters. This research uses the "Library Research" method with a focus on text literacy and field phenomena. Data was collected through literature studies from books and journals relevant to the research topic. Research findings show that in the planning stage, several policies are needed, including structuring, controlling and strengthening institutions; academic standardization; improving the quality and welfare of lecturers; development of academic and student programs; development of employment programs; and optimizing mentoring programs. In implementing quality management, development strategies need to be built, stakeholder trust and confidence must be created, centers of competitive advantage need to be built, information and communication technology needs to be developed, professionalism needs to be increased, quality must be guaranteed, good relations with stakeholders must be maintained, cooperation with other institutions needs to be built, and commitment to the Islamization of academia must be developed

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi sosial pemimpin pondok pesantren dan religiusitas guru terhadap kinerja guru.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasi. Hasil penelitian dapat dipahami bahwa kompetensi sosial pemimpin dan religiusitas guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Pondok Pesantren Ashabul Yamin Lasi, hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji simultan pada tabel di atas pada model ANOVA diperoleh F hitung sebesar 16,105 signifikan 0,000. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompetensi sosial pemimpin dan religiusitas guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Pondok Pesantren Ashabul Yamin Lasi. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi atau R squere adalah sebesar 0,325 atau 32,5%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu kompetensi sosial pemimpin dan religiusitas guru berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja guru di Pondok Pesantren Ashabul Yamin Lasi sebesar 32,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 67,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.This study aims to determine the effect of social competence of boarding school leaders and teacher religiosity on teacher performance.  This study uses a quantitative correlation approach. The results of the study can be understood that the social competence of leaders and teacher religiosity together affect the performance of teachers at Ashabul Yamin Lasi Islamic Boarding School, this is based on the results of the simultaneous test in the table above in the ANOVA model obtained F count of 16.105 significant 0.000. Result in this paper the social competence of leaders and teacher religiosity affect teacher performance at Ashabul Yamin Lasi Islamic Boarding School. Based on the coefficient of determination or R squere is equal to 0.325 or 32.5%, this shows that the independent variable, namely the social competence of the leader and the religiosity of the teacher, affects the dependent variable, namely the performance of teachers at the Ashabul Yamin Lasi Islamic Boarding School by 32.5%, while the remaining 67.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

AbstrakPerencanaan strategis dalam organisasi adalah proses sistematis untuk menentukan tujuan jangka panjang organisasi dan memilih strategi terbaik untuk mencapainya. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang peran perencanaan strategis dalam organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan studi literatur bahwa dapat diartikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam studi literatur melibatkan pengumpulan informasi dari sumber-sumber tertulis atau cetakan, seperti buku, jurnal, artikel, laporan, dan dokumen lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategis merupakan suatu bentuk perencanaan yang bersifat menyeluruh bagi sebuah organisasi. Kehadiran perencanaan strategis ini sangat penting dalam konteks organisasional karena perencanaan tersebut disusun untuk jangka panjang, mencakup berbagai aspek, dan memberikan kerangka dasar yang menjadi pedoman untuk semua kegiatan organisasi. Adanya perencanaan strategis menunjukkan bahwa organisasi memiliki landasan yang dapat dijadikan arahan untuk pelaksanaan seluruh aktivitasnya. Perencanaan strategis juga berfungsi sebagai panduan untuk menguraikan sasaran-sasaran organisasi dalam periode jangka pendek. Keberadaan perencanaan yang matang sangat bermanfaat untuk mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan, karena semua kegiatan organisasi diarahkan menuju tujuan yang sama. Dengan kata lain, setiap anggota organisasi diharapkan dapat menjalankan aktivitas sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan, demi pencapaian tujuan organisasi secara efektif. AbstractStrategic planning in organizations is a systematic process of determining the long-term goals of an organization and selecting the best strategies to achieve them. The aim of this research is to explain the role of strategic planning in organizations. The method used in this study uses literature study which can be interpreted as a series of activities relating to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes as well as processing research materials. Data collection techniques in literature studies involve collecting information from written or printed sources, such as books, journals, articles, reports, and other documents. The research results show that strategic planning is a comprehensive form of planning for an organization. The presence of strategic planning is very important in an organizational context because this planning is prepared for the long term, covers various aspects, and provides a basic framework that serves as a guide for all organizational activities. The existence of strategic planning shows that the organization has a foundation that can be used as direction for the implementation of all its activities. Strategic planning also serves as a guide to outline organizational goals in the short term period. The existence of careful planning is very useful for reducing the possibility of errors, because all organizational activities are directed towards the same goal. In other words, every member of the organization is expected to be able to carry out activities in accordance with predetermined plans, in order to achieve organizational goals effectively.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang Peran Kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam Meningkatkan Performa Sekolah Melalui Pendekatan Malcolm Baldrige di Pondok Pesantren Ashabul Yamin Lasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan studi kasus adalah alat yang kuat untuk menjelajahi situasi atau peristiwa tertentu dengan cermat, mendalam, dan rinci. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kompleksitas dan dinamika suatu fenomena atau masalah dalam konteks nyata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Pendekatan Malcolm Baldrige dan penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional di Pondok Pesantren Ashabul Yamin Lasi telah membawa dampak positif yang signifikan. Pendekatan Baldrige meningkatkan pengelolaan, efisiensi operasional, dan pencapaian akademis siswa melalui KPI yang terukur. Sementara kepemimpinan transformasional menciptakan budaya pembelajaran, inovasi, dan peningkatan kinerja guru. Meskipun tantangan seperti kompleksitas lembaga pesantren, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan penyesuaian dengan dimensi keagamaan, Pondok Pesantren Ashabul Yamin Lasi berhasil mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Evaluasi berkelanjutan, komunikasi efektif, dan partisipasi komunitas pesantren menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Pondok Pesantren Ashabul Yamin Lasi menetapkan standar tinggi dalam menciptakan pendidikan yang bermakna dan holistik di lingkungan pesantren.   The role of transformational leadership in improving school performance through the Malcolm Baldrige approach   Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explain the Role of Transformational Leadership in Improving School Performance Through the Malcolm Baldrige Approach at Ashabul Yamin Lasi Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The case study approach is a powerful tool for carefully, deeply, and in detail exploring a particular situation or event. This approach allows researchers to better understand the complexity and dynamics of a phenomenon or problem in a real context. The results of this study indicate that implementing the Malcolm Baldrige approach and applying transformational leadership at Pondok Pesantren Ashabul Yamin Lasi have had significant positive impacts. The Baldrige approach improves management, operational efficiency, and student academic achievement through measurable KPIs. In contrast, transformational leadership creates a culture of learning, innovation, and improved teacher performance. Despite challenges such as the complexity of pesantren institutions, resistance to change, and adjustment to the religious dimension, Pondok Pesantren Ashabul Yamin Lasi managed to overcome these obstacles. Continuous evaluation, effective communication, and the participation of the pesantren community are the keys to success. Pondok Pesantren Ashabul Yamin Lasi sets high standards in creating meaningful and holistic education in the pesantren environment.
