Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of EUCS (End-User Computing Satisfaction) variables on user satisfaction with the CEISA 4.0 administrative system at KPPBC TMP Juanda. This study aims to evaluate how various factors, including technical support, reporting features, and system usability, contribute to overall user satisfaction. Data were collected through a survey, and analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess the relationship between the identified variables. Key findings indicated that users experienced satisfactory technical support, characterized by quick responses and effective solutions to problems. In addition, the system's excellent reporting features facilitate the generation of comprehensive and easy-to-understand reports, further increasing user satisfaction. The research also included validity and reliability tests, confirming that the constructs used in this study are valid and reliable for measuring user satisfaction. The results show that improving these factors can significantly increase user satisfaction with CEISA 4.0, ultimately leading to more efficient administrative processes. This research adds to a more profound comprehension of the elements that influence user satisfaction in administrative systems, as well as providing valuable insights for future development of similar technologies.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melestarikan identitas budaya Sidoarjo melalui workshop pembuatan udeng Pacul Gowang bersama Komunitas Kabut Malam. Udeng Pacul Gowang sebagai penutup kepala tradisional memiliki makna filosofis yang kian terpinggirkan di tengah arus globalisasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan transfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan sekaligus memperkuat kesadaran kolektif masyarakat akan pentingnya pelestarian budaya lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory action research dengan tahapan observasi awal, penyusunan modul, pelaksanaan workshop, evaluasi, serta dokumentasi. Instrumen evaluasi berupa lembar observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara reflektif digunakan untuk mengukur pencapaian keterampilan dan kesadaran budaya peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek keterampilan, di mana 90% peserta mampu membuat udeng Pacul Gowang secara mandiri setelah pelatihan. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai nilai filosofis udeng sebagai simbol identitas kultural masyarakat Sidoarjo. Workshop juga menghasilkan dokumentasi digital yang dapat dijadikan arsip budaya serta media promosi. Implikasi kegiatan ini meliputi penguatan identitas lokal, peluang ekonomi kreatif, dan dukungan kebijakan berbasis budaya. serta penerapan pendekatan partisipatif yang menjadikan komunitas sebagai aktor utama. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya memperkaya strategi pelestarian budaya, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam menghubungkan tradisi dengan kreativitas kontemporer.

Abstract

MSMEs play a vital role in the economy, yet many still face challenges due to manual business management. UD Sumber Agung, a B2C and B2B cracker-selling MSMEs, experienced challenges in transaction recording, stock management, and financial reporting, resulting in inaccurate data and suboptimal decision-making. This community service activity aimed to assist and empower partners through the implementation of a smart cashier application to support business digitization. The implementation method included needs identification, system implementation assistance, application usage training, and outcome evaluation. The results demonstrated increased operational efficiency through automated and real-time recording, neater and more accurate reporting, and increased partner capacity in utilizing digital technology.
