Abstract

Rural Banks will identify their internal strengths to be able to seize opportunities to become opportunities for growth as well as in facing threats in the current banking digitalization era. This study aims to formulate a sustainable competitive strategy at PT. BPR X in Jombang Regency, East Java Province using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats). It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference for Rural Banks to compete and build sustainable competitive advantages and contribute to strategic management, especially analysis of the company's internal and external environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with 2 informants, The instrument used is structured interviews. Then the interview results are integrated into the SWOT matrix to be weighted. After that, calculating the difference in each SWOT component and integrating it into a diagram so that you meet the strategic categories according to the difference calculation earlier. The findings of this study are that PT BPR X is in a position to support an aggressive strategy. where this is used as a guideline for several strategies in the 4 (four) quadrants namely SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is very important to implement in order to prepare students to have entrepreneurial life skills that are creative, courageous, trained to become advanced individuals, and have a better quality of life. However, not all teachers understand the role of social media for marketing in increasing the engagement of prospective buyers, influencing consumer behavior and increasing sales of student work. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to provide training on optimizing social media in project-based learning with local content, craft and entrepreneurship education for teachers. The method used in community service is in the form of integrated training which begins with the provision of material related to social media and Project-Based Learning to teachers. The target in this community service activity is 36 teachers at SMA. This community service shows good results with an increased understanding of social media marketing and training in the use of social media that is effective enough to provide technical skills in using social media in entrepreneurship subjects.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyse the effect of work-life balance on job performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at health agency X in Bangkalan Regency, East Java. This research is a type of quantitative research. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique with 57 medical employee respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research applies SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this research prove that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job performance, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work-life balance on job performance. Implications based on research show that health agency X needs to pay attention to employee time management to create a good work-life balance. Apart from that, health agency X needs to help employees increase their level of job satisfaction so that it will have an impact on their resulting performance.
