Abstract

Human Resource Management is the process of resolving every problem in the life of a worker, customer, supplier, manager, and other areas related to workers. Work-life balance is caused by employees' efforts to manage stress, anxiety, and various psychological problems. Career development is supported by business ventures so that the business can continue to grow in the future. This research aims to understand Human Resources Management in balancing work and career development at the Kediri Regency Social Service. Qualitative analysis is in line with descriptive technique, conducting research that has a clear object, and primary data as a summary in the analysis that is used to help the conversation and come directly. Work balance, at its purest, fosters a state in which employees who help manage their time are effective at structuring their time and harmoniously linking work-related demands with personal needs or group responsibilities. Someone who successfully maintains or implements work. work-life balance is an employee with high productivity from a high level of career development. Within the Kediri Regency Social Service there has been a good work ethic and career growth that is in accordance with employee competencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menganalisis Pengaruh Stress kerja, Beban kerja dan Komunikasi Interpersonal secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan BPR Artha Samudra Indonesia, (2) Menganalisis Pengaruh Stress Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Komunikasi Interpersonal secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPR Artha Samudra Indonesia. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 karyawan. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria karyawan bagian AO (Account Officer). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuisioner dan teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan uji F untuk menganalisis secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPR Artha Samudra Indonesia dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,00<0,05). Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyaan BPR Artha Samudra Indonesia dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,04<0,05) dan komunikasi interpersonal juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPR Artha Samudra Indonesia dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,04<0,05). Secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPR Artha Samudra Indonesia dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Abstract

Abstrak Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kehidupan sosial ekonomi pedagang kaki lima sayuran di pasar tradisional. Sedangkan secara khusus adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pola pemasaran yang spesifik pada distribusi harga untuk membangun kepercayaan antara pedagang dengan bedag permanen, semi permanen dan juga pedagang kaki lima sayuran. Pendekatan fenomenologi digunakan karena penelitian ini berbasis fenomena keseharian yang terjadi dipasar tradisional dimana terjadi polarisasi kepercayaan antar pedagang untuk memperkuat ketahanan sosial mereka. Informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 4 orang yang terdiri dari 1 pedagang sayuran bedag permanan, satu pedagang sayuran bedag semi permanen yang berada dipasar tradisional wilayah kediri dan 2 pedagang kaki lima sayuran. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi adalah adanya pedagang sayuran dengan jam operasional yang sama sehingga menghalangi pembeli untuk ke lokasi usaha dari pedagang permanen yang ada dipasar tradisional. Interaksi sosial terjadi antar pedagang sehingga membentuk rasa saling percaya yang kuat dan ini bisa menjadi modal sosial bagi pedagang sayuran untuk bisa membangun eksistensinya ditengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Sedangkan untuk pola integrasi terjadi pada pemberian harga yang berbeda pada pembeli PKL sayuran dan konsumen rumah tangga dan ini merupakan potensi untuk bisa dikembangkan menjadi sebuah kekuatan daya tawar dari PKL sayuran itu sendiri.   Kata kunci: Pasar Tradisional, Pedagang Kaki Lima Sayuran, Kearifn Lokal, modal Sosial

Abstract

Change is an unavoidable phenomenon and organizations must develop their change capacity in order to survive in competition. The purpose of this study was to examine the determinants and impacts of organizational capacity for change (OCC). In addition, the moderating influence of empowerment on transformational leadership change is also examined in influencing the organization's capacity to change and remain empowered. The hypothesis is tested using the data obtained from the survey. A total of 200 questionnaires were filled in by management as respondents and used for data analysis in this research using the survey method. The results of the study show that the orientation of transformational leadership has a positive effect on OCC. Likewise, the influence of OCC on empowerment. To increase the capacity for change, administrators at Islamic boarding schools can increase the orientation of transformational leadership so that Islamic boarding schools can increase empowerment by not changing the existing culture at Islamic boarding schools and remain empowered according to applicable regulations. This research empirically examines OCC in the context of Islamic boarding schools which are shaped by leader orientation. Furthermore, OCC has a mediating role in the influence of leadership on the empowerment of Islamic boarding schools. In addition, OCC in this study was tested with 3 dimensions (learning, process, and context) which were previously proposed only conceptually. Transformational leadership has the organizational capacity to change. In the end, this research proposes and shows that the organizational context (culture) plays an important role in the organizational capacity for change (OCC) in developing empowerment.

Abstract

Rural Banks will identify their internal strengths to be able to seize opportunities to become opportunities for growth as well as in facing threats in the current banking digitalization era. This study aims to formulate a sustainable competitive strategy at PT. BPR X in Jombang Regency, East Java Province using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats). It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference for Rural Banks to compete and build sustainable competitive advantages and contribute to strategic management, especially analysis of the company's internal and external environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with 2 informants, The instrument used is structured interviews. Then the interview results are integrated into the SWOT matrix to be weighted. After that, calculating the difference in each SWOT component and integrating it into a diagram so that you meet the strategic categories according to the difference calculation earlier. The findings of this study are that PT BPR X is in a position to support an aggressive strategy. where this is used as a guideline for several strategies in the 4 (four) quadrants namely SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy

Abstract

Based on the results of the interviews, it is still found that the quality standards for the taste of the chips produced by the Ketintang Village MSMEs still change frequently, so it is necessary to organize quality control as well as financial records so that the financial management of MSMEs in Ketintang Village is even better. The solution offered is to provide training on Quality Control and making simple financial reports to improve the performance of MSMEs in Ketintang Village Surabaya. The approach method offered to solve partner problems that have been mutually agreed upon and stages is the training and mentoring method. these results show that the effectiveness of community service activities is almost 80% achieved. Training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and simple finance provides great benefits for MSMEs in building a more structured and efficient business foundation. From this training, participants gained an understanding of the importance of SOPs as work guidelines to improve operational consistency and quality. In addition, the simple finance training provided insights for businesses on the importance of recording transactions, preparing financial statements, and good cash flow management. By mastering these materials, MSMEs can increase productivity and competitiveness in the market.
