Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Predictive Analytics, Agile Workforce Leadership, and Robotic HR Interface on Organizational Innovation in West Java’s automotive manufacturing sector. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 180 participants using a Likert scale (1–5) and analyzed via Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 3. The findings reveal that all three predictors significantly enhance organizational innovation, with Robotic HR Interface having the strongest effect, followed by Agile Workforce Leadership and Predictive Analytics. The model demonstrates substantial explanatory and predictive power (R² = 0.794, Q² = 0.788), highlighting the critical role of integrating technology and agile leadership in fostering innovation. The study contributes to the literature on innovation by emphasizing the interplay of technological tools and leadership strategies in a dynamic industrial context.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and rewards on employee productivity in retail companies in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 140 retail employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that compensation, organizational culture, and rewards all have significant positive effects on employee productivity. Compensation emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by organizational culture and rewards. These results suggest that fair compensation, a supportive organizational culture, and effective reward systems can significantly enhance employee performance in the retail sector. The study provides practical recommendations for retail companies to improve workforce productivity through strategic human resource management.

Abstract

The rapid development of the logistics industry in Jakarta has increased the need for organizations to improve operational performance through digitalization, infrastructure readiness, and workforce capability. This study aims to analyze the role of digital transformation, infrastructure availability, and human resource competence on the operational performance of logistics companies in Jakarta. A quantitative research approach was applied using survey data collected from 150 respondents through a structured questionnaire measured with a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The results indicate that digital transformation has the strongest positive and significant effect on operational performance, followed by human resource competence and infrastructure availability. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence operational performance with an R² value of 0.623, indicating that 62.3% of performance variation can be explained by the research model. The findings suggest that integrating digital technologies with adequate infrastructure and competent human resources is essential for improving efficiency, service reliability, and competitiveness in the logistics sector. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the combined role of technological, infrastructural, and human capital factors in enhancing operational performance within a metropolitan logistics environment.
