Abstract

Implementasi Program BUMDES bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses implementasi program BUMDes dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Ranga, Kecamatan Enrekang, Kabupaten Enrekang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang, terdiri dari 3 pengurus BUMDes, 1 aparat desa, dan 3 masyarakat Desa Ranga. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program BUMDes Desa Ranga dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sudah dilaksanakan, namun belum mencapai hasil yang optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan potensi desa yang tersedia. Faktor utama yang menjadi kendala adalah belum terpenuhinya indikator keberhasilan dalam implementasi kebijakan, seperti komunikasi yang efektif antara pengelola BUMDes dan masyarakat, serta keterbatasan sumber daya yang ada. Akibatnya, dampak program terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat belum dirasakan secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi dan perbaikan dalam pengelolaan BUMDes serta pemanfaatan potensi desa secara lebih maksimal agar tujuan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat dapat tercapai dengan lebih efektif

Abstract

Tourism development programmed by both the government and the private sector will be directed at efforts to increase the number of tourist visits because it is a significant source of income. This study aims to determine the contribution of the hospitality sub-sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pinrang Regency in 2013-2017. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation, documentation. The sample in this study was 19 (nineteen) hotels in Pinrang Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative descriptive method. With the results of the research, namely the Hospitality Sub-Sector in Pinrang Regency, providing a positive value in supporting the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pinrang Regency, with the results in 2013 the Hospitality Sub-Sector contributed 0.87% in 2014 Revenue the Hospitality Sub-Sector Contribution increased by 0.89% In 2015 Revenue contribution from the Hospitality Sector decreased by 0.86% in 2016 Revenue from the Hospitality Sector increased by 0.88% and in 2017 Syb Revenue contribution from the Hospitality Sector increased by 0.89%.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out more clearly about the local government's strategy in planning local tax collection by means of an online system in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were research samples, namely the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. After going through the analysis process, the results of this study can be concluded that, Local Tax Collection with the Online System in Sidenreng Rappang Regency is based on the legal basis of the Sidenreng Rappang Regent Regulation Number 20 of 2019, and there is still a lack of awareness of taxpayers in paying taxes. In the regent's regulation regarding the Online Local Tax and Retribution System, only 3 types of taxes are regulated in it, namely hotel tax, restaurant tax and entertainment tax. In implementing the online system, the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Government collaborated with Bank SULSELBAR as the operational executor, and submitted an integrated retail payment service via electronic network to the Regional Revenue Agency. Due to limited tools, the Regional Revenue Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency is temporarily focusing on installing an online tax collection tool for restaurant taxes.

Abstract

Poverty in developing countries is a fairly complicated problem even though several developing countries have succeeded in carrying out development in terms of production and national income. This study aims to determine the effect of the dependency ratio, the effect of government spending on education and health on poverty in the Parepare City. This research method is a quantitative descriptive study that uses secondary data in the form of a time series from the poverty data of the Parepare City for 2014-2019 period as well as government spending in the education and health sectors of the Parepare City for 2014-2019 period. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16 application.
