Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah variabel word of mouth, promosi media social, dan reference group berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian pada UMKM jajanan kuliner di Pelabuhan kamal. Populasi peneliti ini adalah seluruh konsumen UMKM jajanan kuliner di Pelabuhan kamal dan diambil sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh Nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0.374 artinya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 37,4% sehingga tergolong pada kategori moderat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variable word of mouth Secara parsial berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variable promosi media sosial berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. dan Secara parsial reference group berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan variable word of mouth, promosi media social, dan reference group berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of destination image, perceived value, and satisfaction on tourist loyalty at Lon Malang Beach, Sampang Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with analysis using Structural Equation Modeling using the SmartPLS version 4 statistical program. In this study, the population used is not known for certain (infinite) and the sample used is tourists who visit Lon Malang Beach. This study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study obtained are that destination image has a strong influence on loyalty, but destination image has no effect on satisfaction. While perceived value also has no effect on loyalty, but perceived value has a strong influence on satisfaction. Likewise, satisfaction also has a positive effect on loyalty. So overall, destination image and perceived value play an important role in building loyalty and satisfaction at Lon Malang Beach in Sampang Regency, but the influence varies depending on the path tested. While satisfaction has a strong influence on tourist loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of writing this article is to discuss HRM challenges in facing technological developments in the form of payments via E-Wallet and the use of cash registers. The method used in this article is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, literature study and interviews. And using descriptive analysis techniques using primary and secondary data. The results of this research show that the digital era has had a major impact on the world of work, including the increasing need for HR competency. It is important for business owners to be aware of technological developments, and business owners need to follow the flow of technological developments. The challenges in facing the digital era are not only related to technological competence, but also involve human aspects and soft skills such as work ethics, social sensitivity and employee adaptability. Collaboration between business owners and employees is also required
