Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan peserta didik di MIS Al Hikmah Namorambe diterapkan dan apa saja langkah-langkah yang diambil oleh sekolah dalam memastikan proses tersebut berjalan efektif. 2) Untuk mengetahui tantangan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam perencanaan peserta didik di MIS Al Hikmah Namorambe, dan 3) bagaimana sekolah mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunkaan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekataka kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokuemntasi, sedangkan teknik analisa data berupa reduksi data, penyajian dan dan menyimpulkan data dengan teknik keabsahan data melalui Uji Kredibilitas, Uji Transferabilitas, Uji Dependabilitas, dan Uji Konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Proses perencanaan peserta didik di sekolah ini dimulai dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan setiap tahun. 2) Tantangan utama yang dihadapi dalam perencanaan peserta didik di MIS Al Hikmah Namorambe mencakup fluktuasi jumlah pendaftar yang sulit diprediksi setiap tahunnya, keterbatasan fasilitas, menjaga komunikasi yang efektif serta memastikan peningkatan kualitas pendidika. 3) Untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini sekolah melakukan beberapa tindakan seperti memperkuat komunikasi, kerjasama, memanfaatkan ruang multifungsi, jadwal belajar yang lebih fleksibel, mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki sistem penerimaan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi pengembangan keterampilan guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse librarian service management in increasing students' reading interest at SDN 22 Panai Hulu. The research was motivated by the low level of reading interest among elementary school students, which is influenced by several factors such as limited access to engaging reading materials and the growing impact of digital distractions, particularly social media. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study involved eight purposively selected participants, including the school principal, librarian, administrative staff, and students. Data were collected through interviews and observations, then analysed using Miles and Huberman’s model, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that optimising library functions, creating a comfortable and engaging reading environment, and addressing literacy challenges in the digital era are critical strategies in fostering students' reading interest. Librarians play a proactive role in curating relevant books and organising literacy programs that appeal to students. The study concludes that effective librarian service management can significantly improve reading motivation, and school libraries must continue adapting to technological advancements to fulfil the evolving literacy needs of students.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of school principal leadership in improving the work culture in the elementary madrasah. Improving and enhancing the work culture is important in order to increase the effectiveness and quality of learning in that environment. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing the data by summarizing the main points obtained from the reports that have been prepared and then presented to see patterns of relationships between one data and another data, and in the final stage, it is concluded. The results of the research show that the principal of MIIT Roudhotul Qurro has a personal leadership approach and is actively involved in the daily activities of the madrasah. The principal's tangible actions in addressing discipline and attendance issues reflect a strong commitment to shaping a well-organized and productive madrasah environment. Daily interactions filled with values such as cooperation, integrity, and dedication form the basis for a positive and effective work culture.

Abstract

Further cultivating the informational experience and expanding understudies' numerical Unequivocal thinking skills (KPMM) by applying the Issue Based Learning (PBL) model are the boss focal points of this appraisal. The examination applied is PTK with two cycles completed in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 scholastic year. The subject of this examination was a sum of 36 Class VII understudies at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Onang. The learning devices utilized incorporate framework, model plans, and understudy worksheets (LKS). Information gathering instruments were helped through acumen sheets and KPMM tests. The KPMM tests and the observations made by the students were used in the data analysis. The outcomes showed that applying the PBL model had the decision to develop understudies' KPMM. The improvement in the mean score of understudies' KPMM tests from cycle 1 was 65.61 to 86.80 in cycle II. In this manner, class VII-A students at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Onang can benefit from the execution of the PBL model by extending their KPMM and further fostering their approach to learning.
