Abstract

Batik adalah budaya yang populer di Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah batik Sidoluhur. Selain menjadi budaya yang dapat digunakan dalam pentas seni, dan upacara adat di suatu daerah tertentu. Batik Sidoluhur juga dapat diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis open-ended. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek-aspek matematika pada batik sidoluhur dan mengaplikasikan batik Sidoluhur dalam pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis soal open-ended. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi yang sudah dilakukan peneliti. Dokumentasi penelitian berupa gambar batik yang akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kajian dalam penelitian ini bahwa batik Sidoluhur mengandung konsep-konsep matematika, dan batik Sidoluhur juga dapat diaplikasikan ke dalam pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis open-ended yang dapat memfasilitasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa.

Abstract

Maternal Classroom Activity is a tool for group learning about health for pregnant women, in the form of face-to-face that aims to improve knowledge and skills of pregnant women about pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care and newborn care, through practice by using KIA book (Maternal Child Health ) The aims of this Ibm is the increasing knowledge of pregnant women about postpartum pregnancy care, newborn care,  pregnant mother's readiness for exclusive breastfeeding, Increased maternal health during pregnancy with pregnancy exercises, pregnant women's preparation to face labor with breathing exercises, Knowledge of health status Pregnant women with the examination of pregnant women support includes blood pressureexamination, Hb. Ibm is done in the village of Ambukembang which is the work area of Kedungwuni II health center for 6 months starting from March until August 2017. The results of this Ibm activity is 90% of pregnant women enthusiastic about the activities undertaken. Conducive activity, comfortable place forpregnant women. And 93.3% of pregnant women who participated in this activity are active and interested inmaternity health matter and activity checks. For health workers especially midwives more motivate pregnant women to always follow the classroom activities of pregnant women. And required cooperation from the village government and health offices related to the pregnancy class pregnancy order activities can runeffectively.Keywords: class of pregnant women, ISIS STYLE

Abstract

The nutrient intake during pregnancy results in the inability of the born child to learn and adapt to the demands of society for the abilities that are considered normal. IbM Activities Brain nutrition during pregnancy is expected to improve the brain's quality in the fetus so as to enable an increased potential for post-child intelligence (Depkes, 2009). This activity is done by providing information to pregnant women about the importance of brain booster nutrition during pregnancy, brain booster nutrition and empowerment of cadres in monitoring the nutritional consumption of brain booster during pregnancy. Activity time in March-August 2017. Place of activity in working area of Kedungwuni II Public Health Center , Kedungwuni I Publich Health Center and Buaran Health Center. The results of the activity there is an increase in knowledge of pregnant women about brain booster before and after being given counseling, pregnant women consume regular brain booster nutrients. It is necessary to provide information on nutrition of brain booster and nutrition monitoring during pregnancy by cadre continuously so that pregnant mother does not experience malnutrition.Keyword: Nutrition, Brain booster, Pregnant women

Abstract

Intelligence with a range of definitions related to the brain at the last findings stated that the stimulation will increase the potential of intelligence when performed while pregnant and early life.  Lack of brain stimulation at the time of pregnancy can cause the inability of children to learn and adapt to the demands of society. In pregnancy the mother can  do a Fetal stimulation through classical voices that will form the regular vibration stimulation that can provide sensing, organs and emotions. The purpose of this IbM is an increase in knowledge and practice of stimulation on the fetus in an effort to improve the quality of the brain on the fetus allowing the increased potential of intelligence in children.  IBM was conducted in three villages with a population of participants 44 pregnant women.  The result of that the IbM education conducted this IbM increasing knowledge of pregnant women with a Ttest p value obtained = 0.026. There is a difference of knowledge before and after done IbM. Advice formidwives, to provide education on pregnant omen how member stimulation in infants to increase intelligence in accordance with program guide Brain Booster.Keyword : Pregnant Women, Fetal Intelligence

Abstract

The aim of this research was to improve the student’s activeness and learning outcome of social science subject in the understanding of Indonesian independence struggle through Jigsaw method implementation. The respondents were the students of grade VIII class B at SMP N 9 (State Junior High School 9) Surakarta. The data collection was conducted by interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The research used the interactive technique which was divided into three steps. The steps were, firstly data reduction, secondly data presentation, and thirdly concluding. Before the first cycle of this action research, there were 5 students with low learning activity and 10 students with low learning outcome. The result of the first cycle was the student’s activeness and learning outcome increase 15,62 % or 5 students improved their activeness and learning outcome. In the second cycle, almost all students had high activeness and learning outcome. Therefore, the implementation of Jig Saw method was successful to improve student’s activeness and learning outcomeKeywords: Learning Outcome, Activity, Jigsaw

Abstract

The role of the website is very important in all fields, especially for organizations or companies. Since 2017, evaluation of the VISLOG website owned by PT. Citra Surya Indonesia has never been done, so it does not know the quality of the website for its users. The purpose of this study is to measure the current level of website quality based on user ratings of actual perceived quality and expected ideal quality. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with dimension webqual 4.0 approach which is assessed based on the perspective of the level of performance and importance using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. User data is obtained by distributing questionnaires based on 3 dimensions on webqual 4.0, namely usability, information and service interaction dimensions. Obtained analysis results show that the VISLOG website is in accordance with user expectations with the results of the analysis of conformity of 101.19% or >100% and the average gap analysis result (GAP) of 0.05 or >0. IPA results shows quadrant III and quadrant IV, both quadrants have a low level of performance that will affect the level of importance or expectations of users.

Abstract

Masa remaja awal adalah saat-saat terjadinya kematangan seksual yang sesungguhnya, bersamaan dengan terjadinya perkembangan fisiologis yang berhubungan dengan kematangan kelenjar endokrin. Terjadinya kematangan jasmani bagi wanita biasanya ditandai dengan adanya menstruasi pertama (menarche). Usia menarche juga merupakan salah satu faktor yang berhubungan dengan PMS. Mekanisme antara usia menarche dengan kejadian sindrom premenstruasi sebenarnya masih belum jelas. Namun ada kemungkinan bahwa proses pematangan dari sisi fisiologis dan psikologis yang belum sepenuhnya sempurna pada awal fungsi ovariumlah yang mungkin bertanggung jawab atas hubungan tersebut. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua semua remaja putri di SMP Negeri 1 Sragi Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan jumlah siswa ada 517 siswi. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, yaitu peneliti mengambil secara acak 20% (5 kelas) dari 25 kelas yang ada di SMP N 1 Sragi. Jumlah siswa di 5 kelas tersebut ada 99 remaja putri. Jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian yaitu remaja putri usia 12-15 tahun yang sudah mengalami menstruasi ada 94 responden. Data diambil menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Analisa data univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan korelasi spearman rank. Hasil penelitian ini adalah lebih dari separuh responden mengalami menarche pada usia yang normal yaitu usia 12 sampai dengan 13 tahun sebanyak 57 orang (60,6%) dan sebagian besar responden mengalami sindrom pramenstruasi ringan yaitu 67 orang (71,3%). Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused restrictions on many activities, including pregnancy checks, because feared that pregnant women will contract the virus. So we need an innovation for pregnant women to know the risk of pregnancy to get the right treatment. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the SiBumil application, which is an application to detect the risk of independent pregnancy. The population in this study were pregnant women with high risk in the Kramatsari Public Health Center, Pekalongan City as many as 103 as samples using the Krejcie and Morgan tables based on an error of 5%. Primary data collection methods are carried out by direct assistance to pregnant women and distributing questionnaires. The results of the analysis using the alpha test with the Black box technique showed that the functions of all the menus in SiBumil were successfully executed. For the feasibility test using the usability test, an average of 84% was obtained, indicating that this application is very feasible to use. For differences in knowledge using the Wilcoxon test, p value was obtained 0.000 < ? (0.05) so it was concluded that there was a difference in knowledge before and after the use of SiBumil.  Keywords: SiBumil, pregnant women, android based, pregnancy risk detection

Abstract

During this time the performance appraisal of PT. Injep Inti Cemerlang has not been implemented optimally, especially in assessing employee performance. So far, performance appraisal is only determined from the results of its work, there are no clear assessment criteria. For this reason, a decision support system is needed to help find the best alternative for the selection of employees. in this study a decision support system for employee performance appraisal will be developed based on Attitude, Responsibility, Attendance, Discipline and Cooperation. This study aims to design a decision support system for employee performance appraisal using data collection methods by observation, interviews and giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Injep Inti Cemerlang. The data collected is carried out the process of analyzing data and looking for weighting values ​​using the AHP method and for ranking using the TOPSIS method, where each criterion is in this case. assessment factors and alternatives in this case employees are compared with criteria that have been weighted through the process of calculating the ahp and topsis method starting from giving the weighting of criteria by calculating with Ms.Excel and calculating with Expert Choice software. The results have been obtained from weighting the next ranking by the TOPSIS method. thus providing a value output that results in a system that assesses employees. This decision support system helps assess the performance of each employee of PT. Injep Inti Cemerlang in determining the employee who has the best performance

Abstract

This research is basedon students’ less in training so that they difficulty in finishing question on “ circle” topic then they are less active in teaching learning process so that giving impact into student’ mathematics outcomes. This research uses experimental method with untreated control group design with pretest and posttest. The population of this research are all the students at VIII class MTs.N 2 Padangsidimpuan which amounts to 143 students, while the sample of this research is VIII-2 as an experimental class for about 29 students’and VIII-3 as control class for about 28 students. The instrument that is used in this research is essay test that consist of 8 questions about “circle” materials. The result of data analysis in requirement test is obtained by both sample class is normal and homogeneous distribution. The result of t-test are obtained t count =2,065t table = 1.67, resulting in a rejection of O and acceptance Ha. This  study concludes that there is a significant effect in using contextual teaching and learning approach to the student’ mathematics learninf outcomes on the “circle” materials at VIII grade  MTs. N 2 Padangsidimpuan.
