Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to examine digital technology that can be used in Arabic language learning evaluation. The research method employed is a literature review by analyzing relevant scientific articles from indexed journals. The findings reveal that several digital technology, such as Edmodo, Quizizz, Google Forms, Kahoot, Plickers, and Thatquiz, possess unique features that support the learning evaluation process. The use of digital technology has been proven to improve time efficiency, accessibility for students, and learning motivation through an interactive approach. Additionally, the integration of digital technology in evaluation enables personalized learning, resource efficiency, long-term data management, and the development of digital skills for both students and educators. The implications of this study indicate that integrating digital technology into the evaluation of Arabic language learning can enhance teaching quality and responsiveness to students' needs. The main contribution of this research is to provide educators with a guide for selecting and implementing appropriate digital evaluation technologies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis problematika yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran istima' (mendengarkan) pada Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di Institut Agama Islam Imam Syafii Indonesia. Pembelajaran istima' merupakan salah satu keterampilan penting dalam penguasaan bahasa Arab yang membutuhkan pendekatan khusus. Namun, dalam praktiknya, terdapat berbagai tantangan yang menghambat efektivitas pembelajaran, baik dari sisi kurikulum, metode pengajaran, hingga faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kemampuan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya media pembelajaran yang variatif, minimnya penguasaan teknologi oleh pengajar, serta kesulitan dalam memahami berbagai aksen atau dialek bahasa Arab menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran istima'. Selain itu, rendahnya motivasi dan kebiasaan mahasiswa dalam berlatih mendengarkan bahasa Arab juga turut memperburuk kondisi ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan metode yang lebih inovatif, serta peningkatan motivasi mahasiswa agar dapat mengatasi problematika yang ada dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran istima' di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab IAI Imam Syafii Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to detect grammatical errors in the undergraduate thesis of students of the Department of Arabic Language Education at Sultan Sharif Qasim Islamic State University Riau in 2017. The design of this research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection tools are the official documents method. In this research, the researcher analyzed the grammatical errors in the university thesis, where the researcher went through three stages, namely: 1- Recognizing the error, the researcher looked at the texts of the supplementary research written in Arabic for students of the Department of Arabic Language Education at Sultan Sharif Qasim Islamic State University in 2017, and identified the errors in which the students deviated from the grammatical rules. 2 - Correcting the error, the researcher clarified what is correct 3 - Clarifying the error, the researcher clarified what are the correct rules in the Arabic language. The results of this research are: The grammatical errors made by the students of the Department of Arabic Language Education at Sultan Sharif Qasim Islamic State University, Riau, in writing the supplementary research are many, including those related to the section of marfu’at, manshubat, majrurat, majzumat, asma` ma’rifah, tawabi’ and murakkabat. The researcher found forty-nine errors in the section of tawabi’ (na’at haqiqy) and forty errors in the section of murakkabat (tarkib idhafah). The least number of errors were found in the section of majrurat and majzumat.
